Primavane, Kim, Eddie, mejo, and those of you listening to us right now. Oh, shoot. So are you guys down to watch a series together? And I'll give you a week to watch it. Kim's like, "Not your series, your boy. They're boring as hell." No, I actually think I got two really good options. Okay, okay. The canteen plus, blanco nero. And then, you know, we all watch it together for about a week and next Tuesday, a week from now, we all check in and talk about it more in depth. Depending. You guys down or not? I'm down. Yeah, like homework. I'm down. It's like homework. I know, we're getting paid. Yes, you can. It's for the show. You can watch it during the show. This goes, "Manera, something else." I'll dig dog games like that. Might as well watch the Netflix. Yeah, but throw out. I hope so. Exactly. We got to scroll. Okay, here are the two options. Okay, and for those of you listening, these are your two options. We're going to choose one and then maybe the following we'll watch the next one. That would be so fun. It's like a book club. I know a movie club. I thought you raised your hands for some reason. Oh, no, because you were like two options. Oh, what? How did you do? You know, when I was in the insurance business, they actually taught me that in order, it's kind of a manipulative manipulation tactic. You offer people two options of which you both love. You both like both options. Okay. So they think they have a choice, but really you win either way. Oh, nice. That's what I do along my hands. You want to smash an hour later. Basically, the way it works out. Thank you, Ken. Half black. Oh, my God. Smashed. Smashed. This is the trick you say in Half black. Because I used to work Half black. Yeah, right. Wish your boys parents the ducks. It's a goose. It's a goose, no oblisk. If you know, you know. Any word now? Choking the goose. Can I give them two options? Yeah, give them. They better be good. Yeah. Don't even. Was they going to play? All right. We have Ashley Madison. Sex, lies, and scandal. It's these are both documentaries about real events. I love watching documentaries. Okay. Or the other one is called Dancing for the Devil. The seat, the 7M TikTok cult. I watched it. Okay. So let me explain a little bit of both. And then we'll decide. If Ken watched it, probably already watched it. No. You didn't. No. I think you guys watched stuff together. We do. But sometimes he's like, yeah, let's watch it. I take forever. Relax it. I finish it. That's me. And then Janet watches ahead of me. And I get super buttered about it. I feel like she's cheating on me when she watches. Aren't I fix this? I saw Eddie, though. I saw him. I'm cheating on you right now. All right. So let me explain the first one. So Ashley, Madison, Sex, Lies, and Scandal. This is the only one that we've watched in full. The wife and I. And it took us a month and a half to watch. So that's cheating. You already see it. It doesn't matter because I just finished it. The other one I'm like, maybe one episode in. Let me just explain what it is. OK, explain. OK, explain. Ashley, Madison is an actual website where married people can go to this website, think of like Tinder or whatever. It's a dating website for married people to cheat on their spouses. Obviously it's secretive. Nobody's supposed to know. But a few years ago, there was a hacker that hacked in to Ashley, Madison. Yeah. And released hella names of the people that were signed up that were cheating on their wives and husbands. Wow. I mean, I'm talking about politicians, celebrities, everyday people. People literally committed suicide over it. Wow. You know, lost careers, marriages, you name it. And they follow a few couples on their journey. Once the news broke and their partner found out that they were on the list, what happened to their relationship? That's Ashley Madison right there. And it's really interesting how crazy the CEO was of Ashley Madison. You know, just to any extreme of him going in, even what happened to him at the end. I'll just leave it at that. Boiler! Not at all. That's a team. Ashley Madison. Or we can watch Dancing for the Devil. And this is a true story based on two sisters that love dancing together. You don't like TikTok dances. He has to stick a lot, right? I'm a savage. Yeah. They-- Don't say TikTok dancers. They're actually real dancers. They grew up dancing their entire life. Then TikTok happened and they, you know, blew up there. But they're actually really talented dancers. Like they're-- Okay. Nationals. Okay. They're legit dancers and, you know, they started getting a lot of followers on social media, but they were always together. Like the Wilkins sisters, I believe, is our last name. Yeah, like they're like twins. Yeah. Like super attached. Think Ariela and Alani. Just so close. They moved from another state to Southern California. I guess they get a lot of long story short. One of the sisters meets another really good dancer, but this one was involved with some weird church-- Cult. --that turns out to be a potential cult that's also a management company for dancers slash influencers. Yes. And one of the sisters gets involved in this church and tries to disconnect from her family and the whole premise of the series is her other sister and the parents are trying to save the one sister from this cult and get her back. Which one do you all want to watch within the next two weeks? I could watch both of them and I could watch them both. [laughter] We're going to go one at a time. I guess we'll take our dads one. I don't know. And Ashley Madison one seems pretty interesting. I'm going to watch them both. We're going to watch both, but which one do you want to watch first? And then we'll do the other one. I'll probably watch the Ashley Madison one first just because she'll boy you already told us. I already told you what? Well, you already told us everything. No, I didn't. Basically. There's tons more details in it. Trust that I'm not giving you like. Okay, well, tune in and we'll see what details I picked up. So which one do you want to watch first? Ashley Madison. Okay. Eddie, what's your vote? You too, Madison. Ashley Madison, Kim, are you going to allow Eddie your boyfriend to watch a series on Cheaters? Yeah. Okay. So he could learn what not to do. Yes, what not to do. And Kim, have you watched the Ashley Madison one yet? I haven't. Okay, this is perfect. Yeah, and I haven't finished dancing with the devil. I put a pause on it because honestly, guys, it gets a little intense. Oh. And what episode? I want to say I stopped at like episode three and I think there's like four. And they're, what, hour long? They're short. They're, no, they're pretty long. They're like an hour. Eddie, you actually were over when I was watching a little bit of it. A little bit of count. You were working or? Eddie was on his phone for sure. Yeah. Oh, Eddie. Eddie was watching La Copa, America. I was cleaning and I was watching it. All right. So we're going to watch on Netflix. Ashley, Madison, Sex, Lies, and Scandal. And next Tuesday, we're going to check in to see what everybody thinks about. Those of you listening, if you haven't watched it, go check it out. And if you have watched it, please don't spoil. I told this listener that I was watching this other show. She just sends me spoilers all the time. I'm like, oh, no, I told her, please don't spoil. It sends me spoilers. What's her hat? No, what's her hat? I'm not going to. All right. Pretty well, Ashley, Madison. Here we go. And Ashley, Madison, yeah, I think it's episodes as well. But I think, I think y'all will be able to finish it. Do you remember when Ashley, Madison, happened? Like the-- Like it really liked? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I remember it too. What timeline are we thinking like early 2000s? No, no. I think it's giving, I don't remember the exact year, but it's probably like 2016, 2007, time when it got hacked. Yeah, that's recent. It was wild, bro. Yeah, yeah. Like I mean-- Social media was already-- They're just dumping, I feel like it's names. Damn. And this isn't a spoiler alert, but there was this radio show that was doing radio in Australia. And there was websites that came out, basically where you would pay some money and then you can search to see if your partner was on the list. Right. That was released. So the radio stations are like, "Hey, we'll pick up the cost, call in, and we'll find out if your partner's on this list or not." So they would do that live on the show like, "Hey, can you see it?" How fun. Vanessa Seat is on there. Can you see if Kimberly Garcia is on there? Yeah. And they would look at Eddie Zotelo. It was wild, bro. So anyways, those are going to be pretty interesting. I'm glad I'm already done watching that, so I'll continue watching. No, because it takes-- See, that's cheating. No, because it takes my wife and I forever to watch a series together. That's true. When you are a parent and you got a five and seven year old at home, you probably-- we probably get like 20 minutes at the end of the night when they fall asleep for us too. And you know where two of those minutes go. Yeah. Brush my teeth. Put on my lotion and then another minute for something else. And then the rest, we watch TV. Oh. So it's going to be good. 17 minutes. What's the best series you've seen recently? If you want to let me know, come on next. [MUSIC] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] Meet the next generation of podcast stars with SiriusXM's Listen Next program presented by State Farm. I'm going to have to just go with my safe show and just say the office. Oh, okay. Yeah. We're saying recent Netflix. You're going to general in all time. Or just recently. Recently. Oh, recent series. Bridgerton. Bridgerton. Oh, yeah. I heard that one was good. But it has crazy sex scenes. Yeah, it's a very intense one. First opening scene, they're just smashing. I was like, "All right, I'm out." Titties. In the opening scene? Yeah, it's like straight up. What's the name of it? [LAUGHTER] Bridgerton. About that. Look it out. Troy, can I borrow your phone? I don't have Netflix. No. No. Oh, get off my phone. [LAUGHTER] Gross. No, it's a good show. You already know me. I'm about the time period pieces. I'm about to, oh, no. Yeah, it's just kind of like-- [LAUGHTER] It's not about sex scenes at all. No, not for the sex. I know, guys. I walked into that one. I bet you wish it were. I know. I was like, "I need to walk into something else." The church, guys. We need to walk into church. No. Bridgerton. It's Bridgerton. It sounds like time period piece. Can I ask you guys something? Yeah. Because I was just talking about this with one of my homies. My boy Boo was recommending some show name boys. I love the boys. I was about to say that. No. The boys, the superheroes. But it's more like human-based superheroes. Like, it's more like-- No. It's like the superheroes being corrupted. Bridgerton. Hey. That's your man. Boy, yeah. [LAUGHTER] That's your man. [LAUGHTER] Yeah, the boys. It's about superheroes. That's what he's single, no? Your friend? Yeah, but he gets action. Oh. Yeah. But it's all superheroes that are corrupted. So they have a whole PR team. To make them seem like they're good. But they're actually really corrupted these superheroes. And is that on HBO Max? No, it's on Amazon Prime. Amazon Prime? And it's called The Boys. The Boys. OK. So he brought that up. And somebody else brought up another show. And now you bring up Bridgerton. And Kim, you're saying it's got hella sex scenes. And I was just like, do you all believe like a lot of these shows that have hella sex scenes? Like, they could go without those. Oh, yeah. And we wouldn't miss out on how good the show is. And the storyline. Would you agree with that? Yeah, I would agree. But the reason why the sex scenes are in there is because it's based off a novel. It's based off a book. And the book is hella 50 Shades of Grey vibes. Oh, it is. The Bridgerton one? Right. I don't know. Yeah. So that's why they have to include it. Because it's like, you know? And obviously-- There's also more Anita in it? Or just for the movie. Because they know there is going to be sex scenes on video. I think maybe just for the movie. Yeah. It's going to be a convenience. Right. But it is cool how they use-- Because it is time period piece. And it's cool how they use modern day songs. Like, you know, they kind of like-- But with the style of, you know, back in the day. Oh, that's a one. It's cool. I like it. Plus there's drama, scandal. Yeah. So would you all agree? Like, for example, Euphoria. I heard that has hella sex scenes in it too. The show? Yeah. The show you-- The show you-- Oh, yeah. It stars Penn Badgley. And the first three seasons-- There's a lot of sex scenes. And it's very intense. I wouldn't say as intense as other shows. But it definitely is intense. And he has a wife. And he voiced that towards the fourth season. In real life. In real life. He got a wife. And he said, you know, I don't feel comfortable doing these sex scenes anymore. I am now married since the third season. What about Biaj? And I respect my wife. And I don't want to continue to do them. So-- Next season, he's going to be divorced. There are sex scenes. But you don't see anything. You just know that it happened. That's all. But it's just so much better. And I think that's a good way. You know, there's still intimacy in the show. You're just not seeing literally anything flapping around. I think it's so unnecessary. Like the extreme amount of sex in a lot of these shows. Sex cells, guys. Uh, I guess. Like we know how sex works. We don't have to see it on the scenario. Sex cells get sex cells. But I will honestly not watch a series because of it. Or I'll just pass forward through it. Like I don't want to throw a meal. I know. Put that right now, I'm just giving my opinion. Like I-- because we got girls running around and this and that. And on top of it, it's just unnecessary to me. I'm not trying to be approved or be boring. I just-- what I'm saying is I feel like a lot of sex scenes now in shows get thrown in just because sex cells. And it's not necessary. Um, necessarily for the series to be great or not. See, I'm at the end of this. Like the series would be great regardless of-- Like when you talk about it with a friend, you're like, "Oh my gosh, did you see what happened with the drama of this and that?" You don't say like, "Oh my gosh, did you see the sex scene?" Bring my money. [Laughter] I absolutely 1,000 percent do. Oh, so you, when you watch "Bridgerton" for example, you'll talk to a girlfriend of yours about a sex scene specifically. Girl, like did you see "Home Girl?" Like she was like, "Yeah." And like, I mean, a part of that so like not-- Oh yeah, she was getting it in, like all that. No, not in that context, but just like-- I mean, I think so, yeah. Just like, "Oh dang, that should be me type thing." Or even that, like at least "The Bridgerton" girl in this last season, she's a thicker girl. Yeah. So, and there's a scene with her, a sex scene with her specifically. So, I mean, I definitely have the conversation of like, "Hey, you know, it's cool seeing like, you know, bigger bodies represented on the screen." Right. And just also how they kind of like worked around that, you know? Did you learn anything? No. Like any good positions? No, I was like, I mean, I kind of was like, "Porissita" because she was "Hala Tapada." Like, "La Tapada no Pokito." And I'm like, "Dude, let it be a flaca." And they'd be showing everything. You get me right, like her whole body. I feel like they only showed like her boobs, you know what I mean? Like a little curve. Zendaya had a clause in it where she didn't want to have any sex scenes. She was not naked through the entire series at all. Sydney Sweeney, a rising actress, felt like she had to get naked and she did multiple times throughout the series. And it's like, it's sad because Zendaya, who's already an established actor, didn't have to strip down, but a rising actor did. You got to pay her dues, Kim. It's sad. Zendaya has never been naked. But Zendaya is actually talented. Yeah, that's what I'm about to say. The other hyena is, she's got nice knockers. Nietzsche, that's terrible for you to say. Name another movie where she did good. Anyone but you is literally still everything. They show her boobs the entire time. They don't. She's never naked. Thank you. But just even that perception that she's only getting movie roles because of her body is kind of wild. Yeah. I mean, nowadays, right? Like, I mean, that's cool. Like, if you're beautiful as well. I mean, I don't know if y'all were actors. Hell no. Are you doing it? Nope. Nope. They wouldn't ask me to be part of those series. It's a wrap. Can we AI this? Okay, let me tell you guys my favorite series. I've been waiting for you. Oh my god, Kim, go! It better be good. It is. And it comes out today. Oh. Sorry, Wednesday. Tomorrow, it comes out tomorrow. It's called the worst roommate. And it's a series. So, second season comes out tomorrow. First season is so good. It's about people. What platform? It's on Netflix. People share their worst roommate stories. And they're real? They're real. Hey, what's going on to that? But it's crazy. It's about like an old lady who murdered this man in her backyard, hid him. And the roommates started to smell like something going on. She was really weird. And yeah, they discovered their roommate was a murderer. There's one where a roommate just wouldn't leave the house. He was like a squatter. It was crazy. You guys have to watch it. And I just can't wait next time. So, that's coming out tomorrow, Wednesday. Wow. And if you say that the first season was crazy, imagine season two? Yeah, the first season was so good. So, Kim, is it documentary style? Or are they just like remaking these stories as actual like, you know, actors acting out what's happening? We're both reenactments. There are reenactments. But I think it's like kind of cartoonish, but not cartoon. Not dummy. Not dumb, yeah. Not dumb. I won't watch that. It's like documentary style, but then you also kind of get visuals of like, oh my gosh, this old lady, like literally hiding a body, how it happened. So, it's really good. That's what's up. All right. So, the homework is Ashley Madison on Netflix. And we'll check in next Tuesday. And if you guys want to watch the worst roommate with me, let's watch it. See you next Tuesday. I'll probably watch all of these. Let's go, Brijana. Where the heck do I have all the time? I'll work your other job. Yeah, I watch the bear. Yeah, the bear is really-- The cut up, it's coming out this week. Oh, yeah, it doesn't mean that. Is that a new season? New season, yes. All episodes are coming out. Yes, Chef. All episodes. All episodes. Is Kylie still with the guy from bed? No, it's Rosalia. Oh, yeah, Rosalia. Fine. Jeremy Allen White. It's her way. Fine ass. Honestly, the bear gave me over stimulation. It's very stressful. It's very, yes. It's like, yes, Chef, come on. Yeah, yeah. I was like, you're wagging. You're wagging. I have enough stress in my life. I'll check it out. It's very stressful. It is a stressful show. Hey, Chef. Sounds like it'll make me hungry. All right, guys. Thanks for hanging out. Let's get him on the mood show. [LAUGHS] And watch almost my yana. Vinny Tionis. [MUSIC PLAYING] Voila. Thank you for listening to my dad. That's your boy show. What? What?
