You are a morning ray of sunshine by an unsafe command. The problem is as big as we make it. There are people who will look at a minor irritant, like say a delayed flight or a traffic jam and make it a huge problem. Build a whole narrative of disaster and doom around it. No question then that it does become a huge issue or obstacle and derays that person's life, goals, happiness, everything. There are others who can look at a debilitating illness or a huge setback at work and say okay, minor hiccups, set it aside and keep forging ahead with the same enthusiasm, passion and joy as before. Because they give no importance to the problem, it diminishes in stature, becomes less than an annoyance. They remain happy, positive, charged, peaceful and achieve their goals without much ado. As they say in Hindi, whatever we put on our head weighs us down. What we place beneath our feet has little or no impact on us.
