Shanquella Robinson's family continues to search for justice for their murdered loved one and the United States government continues to impede that search according to her lawyer who says, in a new interview with the sun, that there are many red flags with the FBI's explanation.

You would think after seeing the video that everybody has seen, where Shankuelo Robinson is being assaulted while she's on vacation in Mexico. Yet, even though that video exists, somehow, the people responsible still have not been brought to justice. And now, Shankuelo Robinson's lawyer is saying that the FBI is not being transparent with them, and they feel like there's a bunch of red flags that have begun to emerge. So let's dive into this article from the US Sun, and let's see what Shankuelo Robinson's lawyer has to say. Headline, lack of transparency. Red flags emerge as FBI tell Shankuelo Robinson's family they can't release the autopsy results for disappointing reasons. Now, why in the hell can't they give the family the autopsy results? What is this another state secret we have more national security to worry about like when Epstein died? Enough is enough, with the lack of transparency already. This article was authored by Caitlyn Hornick. Shankuelo Robinson's family has slammed the red flags in the investigation into the tourist death after the FBI told them that they cannot release her autopsy results. What would you do if it was your kid and the FBI said that to you? Oh no, look sorry, we can't release these autopsy results for insert stupid reason here. I'm pretty sure most people out there wouldn't be happy with that answer and would demand that the request for the autopsy results of their child be handed over to them. Shankuelo's legal team and family continued to demand diplomatic intervention from the United States after she died while on vacation in Mexico. Shankuelo, the owner of a hair braiding business and online fashion boutique, traveled to Mexico on October 28th but died the next day in a luxury villa in Cabo San Lucas. The 25-year-old was vacationing with friends when she suffered a head injury and died of a broken neck, according to her autopsy which was conducted by Mexican authorities. So we already have the Mexican authorities and their autopsy telling us what happened here. But for some reason, the FBI, the State Department and the United States government, they're not interested in pursuing this any further it would seem and in fact they've come back and said that there's no basis even here for them to make an arrest. Which seems real crazy to me considering what we all saw in that video. It was determined during the investigation in Mexico that one of Shankuelo's travel mates was the attacker in the caught on camera incident that claimed the tourist's life. Shankuelo's family and legal team, including attorney Sue Ann Robinson, hoped that the United States would pursue the case and extradite the suspect to Mexico. But they haven't done that yet. At the same time, they're telling Mexico basically that Mexico has the extradite of video Guzman. How come Mexico has to adhere to all of the extradition rules, but the United States gets to pick and choose when and if they even abide by this treaty ratified by both nations. And don't get it twisted, I'm not saying America should just hand people over willy nilly, but I think in this instance when we see what we saw in that video and then we know that the autopsy results in Mexico gave us a way different result than what we're seeing here and this crime happened in Mexico. I would think that Mexico has the jurisdiction to go after these charges here and either prove it in a court of law or don't prove it in a court of law. But what is unacceptable is complete in action and no investigation and no trial or anything like that. How the hell is that okay? What was announced in April, 2023 that the FBI office in North Carolina where Shankuela was from declined to press charges against the alleged aggressor in the woman's death. Meanwhile, U.S. authorities conducted their autopsy once Shankuela's body was embalmed, which attorney Robinson said compromised the investigation. Wait, you mean to tell me some bozo medical examiner made a mistake? That never happens, does it? Yeah, okay, sure. One thing I have learned in all of these cases that we cover is I take everything that the coroner or the medical examiner says with a grain of salt because a lot of these people, especially in certain locations, really have no idea what they're talking about. Look at the stupidity we saw up in Idaho from Kathy Mabitt. So I think it's always a good idea to get a second opinion in a situation like this when you have a loved one who has been killed. Many Robinson, who represents Shankuela's family but is not related to them, spoke exclusively with the U.S. son to provide updates on the case. The FBI says we cannot release the documents, autopsy results, to you because the case is still open, because we are waiting for documents to be translated to English that we received from the Mexican authorities. Suwan Robinson told the U.S. son, I mean really, here's an idea, bring somebody in and have them translate the documents real quick so that this family can get the autopsy results that they requested. It's always oh this is an ongoing investigation, enough with that bullshit. Which again, red flags everywhere, because you've made a decision in the case, you've announced the decision publicly to the family and to the public, but you're saying the case is still not closed and admitting that some of the documents from the investigative file that arguably would affect your decision to charge have not been fully translated, so the family is deeply disappointed. They're concerned obviously about the red flags and the lack of transparency in the investigation, but they're not deterred, they're still a path to justice, and the family recognizes that. When reached for a comment on Monday, the FBI pointed the U.S. son to a previous press release about the agency meeting with Shanquella's family. It's said in part, as in any case, the government is prepared to review and examine new information related to the investigation should it become available, and they make those vague statements on purpose. That's exactly why those statements that you hear from the FBI and the rest of the alphabet agencies are so vague, they want to be able to wiggle off the hook one way or the other. Full of urgency Suan shared that Shanquella's family is planning to return to Washington DC on May 19, 2023, which will mark the 200th day since Shanquella's death. There the team of lawyers and family members will again demand diplomatic intervention. There should be a level of urgency, a level of prioritization by the U.S. authorities that just isn't there yet, Suan said. We also would happen on the video and we are demanding that U.S. authorities step in and prioritize the case and allow extradition process to flow. Allow Mexican authorities to prosecute the person they've identified as the aggressor in Mexican courts, despite the setback the family isn't giving up. We're still encouraging and grateful for all the platforms that are still saying Shanquella's name and not giving up on the case because we're not giving up on it, Suan said. And look, nobody should. This lady deserves justice. Her family deserves justice. Nobody's marching in the streets for Shanquella Robinson. Why? Because it's not politically expedient. You can't push your political message with it. So to hell with her family, huh? It's all just such a bunch of bullshit. All these so-called activists out here that act like they truly care about people, but it's transparent because it's only one-way activism and the activism only happens when they're benefiting from it politically. But in a case like this, where there's obviously a glaring need for justice, nobody has anything to say, huh? Only the family and only her close friends? I'm certainly not shocked because if you know the game plan, you know that's right up their alley. The legacy media and these dividers, they only want to shine light on things that are going to divide people. They don't ever want to bring attention to things that everybody agrees on for the most part, and this is certainly one of those situations, right? Who the hell watched that video and said to themselves, ah, you know what, Shanquella probably drank too much, and that's how she died. We all have somewhere we're trying to get to. FAC Finding Mission, Suan recently traveled to Mexico to check in on the status of the case and advocate for the Robinson family after sending a letter to the White House in March demanding diplomatic intervention. She shared that the investigation into Shaquella's death has been completed in Mexico and that an extradition packet was handed to the US government. Now, can anyone explain to me how this is acceptable? You go and commit a crime in a different country and you should be brought back to that country extradited if there's ample evidence of your crime and you should face justice. Yeah, I'm missing something here because it seems like it's pretty cut and dry what should be happening. She and Shaquella's family continue to plead with US officials for action in the case, which has been deemed femicide, a term used by Mexican police, to describe the homicide of a woman on account of her gender. Now I'm not too sure if I would classify this as a femicide, but definitely a homicide. There's no way she died of alcohol poisoning after she got dragged through that room by that woman on videotape. The lawyer called the trip a fact finding mission in the letter to the White House, which was obtained by the US Sun. It was a surreal experience in the sense that I've been an attorney for almost 17 years. I'm a former prosecutor, criminal defense attorney, Suwan said, "I have never had to physically go to another country to investigate on behalf of any family." But she's inferring there is, that's usually the job of the government and the investigative agencies, but here, that's not happening. So it was unreal in that regard because the lengths that this family had to go through while trying to grieve a loved one, but also seek justice on behalf of the loved one at the same time. It's a very heavy burden. I always say that I'm amazed at how they put their shoulder to the plow to really push this forward. And kudos to Shaquella's family for not letting it rest. And unfortunately, that's how you get action in this country. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, right? If you just sit down meek and shut up and don't talk about it, nobody else is going to talk about it. So the hungry mouth gets fed and Shaquella Robinson's family, they're going to continue to talk about her death and try and force action by the United States government. The only question really left, at least as far as I'm concerned, is what the hell is taking so long. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one.
