Well, I never heard of it mccolly is that a company you were on record of being either a board member of or having a position of authority in mr. It's from jeffrey apstein to you Forwarding the guardian and I would like you to look at the chain of emails so you understand and have an appreciation for who is on this It's a three-page document the bottom of the email appears to be a message from there is a at the very bottom There is a signature block for redacted redacted and redacted and above that there is a message from redacted. Do you see that max? Well, uh-huh mccolly. Do you know who redacted is max? Well, I do not Mccolly above that there is a message from redacted and you it says so this isn't getting better latest from our chums at the guardian and above that will you see on january 21st an email from you where you wrote see below And right above the chain you will see jeffrey apstein to you on january 21st and his statement to you is This will now end but I think a dismissive statement is okay. What did he mean by his statement? This will now end mr. Pakliyuka objection to the form and the foundation max. Well, I have no idea Mccolly. Did you discuss with them what he meant by that statement? This will now end max. Well, I don't recall Mccolly was he taking action to ensure that that quote this will now end max. Well, I have no idea mccolly max will exhibit 23 email marked for identification This is an email from if you look at the chain at the top You will see it's from you to jeffrey on january 27th and the email at the bottom of the chain is from jeffrey to you on january 27th He states what happened to you and your statement question mark question mark and you put at the top I have not decided what to do max.
