Maxwell, when I tell you I don't know who took the picture, it doesn't mean him. I don't know who took the picture. You can come up with 50 names, I still do not know who took the picture. McCauley, did you observe redacted going to a room with Virginia alone in your town home? Maxwell, I cannot recall. As I have said, no. Maxwell, he did not. McCauley, did redacted ever visit? Let me back up for a moment. We talked about Jeffrey's homes. Did Jeffrey have a home in the US Virgin Islands called Little St. James? Maxwell, yes. Did redacted ever visit that island? Are you aware of redacted ever visiting Jeffrey's island? Maxwell, I'm aware of that, yes. McCauley, do you know how many times he visited? Maxwell, I do not. McCauley, do you know if he ever visited when Virginia was on the island? Maxwell, I do not. McCauley, were you present on the island when redacted visited? Maxwell, yes. McCauley, how many times? Maxwell, I can only remember once. McCauley, were there any girls under the age of 18 on the island during that one visit that you remember that were not your family or friends or daughters of your friends? Girls meaning I assume you're asking underage, but there was nobody female outside of the cooks and the cleaners. Maxwell, just for the record, I have never, at any time, any place, in any moment, ever asked Virginia Roberts, or whatever she has called now, to have sex with anybody. So what I'm going to provide you with to assist is I have a chart that has airport codes because it will have, for example, just for the record reflects that the first page of the document redacted, it will have a code in the from line that says PPI, for example, to T-E-B. So a chart that matches up just in case that you don't understand what those letters mean. PPI meaning Palm Beach, T-E-B, meaning Teeterboro, which is in New Jersey. But others are more difficult. But just for you to be able to understand the logs, I will provide you with that. Mr. Pagliukka, so we are clear. If the witness has personal knowledge of what these are, that's fine. But I don't know what these are and I don't expect the witness to accept the representation that they are what they are. McCauley, if she can testify to what it is, she can state that on the record. And just interject again real quickly. All the people out there talking about flight logs, this flight logs that. Here's an idea. Read the court documents. You can really tell who doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about. The second they start piping off about dumb shit. Macaulay goes on. On that first one, on the redacted, you will see the column reading PBI in the from column to T.E.B. in the to column, and you will see some initials. You will see J.E. for Jeffrey Epstein, G.M. for Galain Maxwell, and redacted for redacted, and then Virginia. Maxwell, I have to object. Mr. Pagliuca, you don't get to object. Macaulay, she is turning into a lawyer already. Maxwell, I would like to. Macaulay, let me ask the questions, and if you have an issue, so with respect to this flight, do you recall being on a flight in the redacted redacted, going from Palm Beach to Teterboro? Maxwell, I do not recall any specific flight. Macaulay, do you recall flying with Virginia on a flight with redacted and Jeffrey Epstein at the same time? Maxwell, I don't. Maxwell, I regularly flew on Jeffrey Epstein's planes, but I cannot testify as to flying with people under the age. I don't believe that I did. How do you know that? How do you know that I'm on the plane? Macaulay, are you saying that you are not on this flight? So this is a Palm Beach to Teeterboro, this says that JE, GM, redacted, and Virginia, the GM you are saying is not you? Mr. Pagliuca, I object to the form, you can answer the question if you know. Maxwell, how do you know the GM is me? Macaulay, is it your testimony that on the flight logs, when it represents GM, that it is not you flying on the plane? Maxwell, GM can stand for any level, it could be Georgina, it could be George, Macaulay, are there any people that flew with Jeffrey Epstein that had the initials GM? Maxwell, I don't know, Macaulay, do you recall flying with Jeffrey Epstein on his plane over 300 times during the period of 1999 to 2005? Maxwell, I cannot testify to how many times I was on this plane because that would just be impossible. Macaulay, you were on his plane regularly would you say? Maxwell, I already testified that I was on his plane regularly. Macaulay, is it your testimony and I'm referring now to the line that we were just talking about that you were not on the flight from Palm Beach to Teeterboro that lists JE, GM, redacted, and Virginia? Maxwell, I am not testifying to that, I am just saying that you cannot be sure that is me. Macaulay, so as you sit here today, you don't believe you flew on that plane? Maxwell, I'm not saying that, I'm just saying you cannot be sure that's me. Macaulay, do you have reason to doubt that when it says GM on these flight logs that that represents you? Maxwell, I cannot testify to that, I'm just saying that it may not be me. Macaulay, in looking at the flight logs and look up, let's move a couple of lines. If you start at the top, you're going to see JE redacted, then JE redacted redacted, JE redacted, redacted, redacted, JE, GM, JE, GM, JE, GM redacted, redacted, redacted, femal redacted, repositioning, JE, GM redacted, redacted, redacted, redacted. JE, GM redacted, redacted, redacted, redacted, redacted, JE, GM redacted, redacted, redacted, Virginia redacted, Virginia redacted, Virginia repositioning, and then a certification. So is it your testimony? And looking at that, that you do not believe that the GM represents you, Mr. Pagliuca, objection to the form and the foundation. Maxwell, I'm not saying that, I'm just saying that you cannot, I can't sit here and tell you, for sure GM is me, and I cannot testify remembering being on a flight at that time. McCauley, you don't remember being on any of these flights with the initial GM? Maxwell, I remember being on many flights, I cannot testify that this is a flight that I'm on.
