Beyond The Horizon

ICYMI: Diddy And The Male Accuser

Puff Daddy, also known as Sean Combs or P. Diddy, is a prominent figure in the music industry, particularly in the realm of hip-hop and rap. He initially gained recognition as a record producer, working with artists like The Notorious B.I.G. and Mary J. Blige. Later, he launched his own music label, Bad Boy Records, which became a significant player in the industry, producing hits and launching the careers of many artists.

Beyond his music career, Puff Daddy has ventured into various other businesses, including fashion and entertainment, making him one of the wealthiest figures in the music industry.

However, his success has been accompanied by legal issues. One of the most notable incidents was his involvement in a 1999 nightclub shooting in New York City, where three people were injured. While he was initially charged with weapons violations and bribery, he was later acquitted of all charges.

Meanwhile, there have been many and more allegations lobbed at Puffy over the years that are much darker and much more sinister.

In this episode, we are taking a look at the newest allegations that have been made against Puffy and the man who has made the allegations.

What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program. A few weeks ago, Puff Daddy had a lawsuit brought against him by a woman named Cassandra Ventura. Well, he ended up settling that lawsuit with Miss Ventura, but that's not the end of Puff Daddy's problems. There are other women, multiple other women, who are saying that he abused them and now we have a man coming forward and saying the same thing. Now that might shock some people out there, but for those of us who have been following hip hop for quite some time, these rumors have always been out there. There has always been talk about Puff Daddy and what he's up to and the nonsense he gets up to when he's at these parties and how he used to act and what he used to make people do. Now I'm not saying any of that stuff happened, I don't know. But there has always been that rumor and those allegations out there. Let's go and listen to what somebody like Cat Williams has to say. He has some very, very interesting things to say about people like Puff Daddy and the whole entire industry overall. So this is not something that's coming, you know, out of the blue, something that's unexpected. This fits right into a pattern that Puff Daddy has exhibited throughout his career. So let's dive into this article from the Daily Mail and let's see what's going on with this newest lawsuit. Headline, Sean Diddy Combs is the cubed of sexually assaulting a male producer and forcing him to perform sex acts during drug-fueled orgies with prostitutes in bombshell $30 million suit. And again, we have to keep in mind that these are just allegations, we don't know what really happened here. But we do know one thing for sure, there have been plenty of people who have come out and said this about Puff Daddy. And when you have this many people coming out saying this about you, are you really going to have me believe that all of them are lying? Now it's possible that they are, right? But we have to go through the process to see what's up. And when it comes to Puff Daddy, it's not like he's fought off these allegations in court. My boy over here has just been paying out money like he's Jeffrey Epstein. So when you have people out here that don't try and defend their name in a courtroom and instead just start paying out settlements, I have some questions. Now that doesn't make them guilty of course, but that doesn't mean I don't have questions about it. This article was authored by Dominic Yietman. Rap billionaire Sean Diddy Combs is facing claims that he sexually abused a man after a record producer sued him for constant groping and a possible drug-induced rape. Rodney Little Rod Jones says he was ordered to recruit prostitutes to have sex with them for the star's pleasure and has hundreds of hours of video documenting Combs serious illegal activity. Well if my boy has these videos and all this documentation and these receipts, Puffy's in big trouble, especially if he has other people out here corroborating this story. So if the accuser has eyewitness testimony and people that are willing to give their word while they're on the stand, then Puffy Diddy really doesn't have a leg to stand on here and he's going to end up paying out this 30 million or at least a portion of it. And that's the likeliest outcome here. I highly doubt we're going to see a trial. I highly doubt we'll see discovery whenever you have somebody like Puffy Diddy with this kind of money. Well they can just pay for it to go away. How many times do we talk about stories like this here on the podcast that have that result. And we can't act like the Epstein situation was immune from it. It wasn't pretty much the same deal, right? Everybody got paid out. We never got to discovery. So we're never going to figure out what really happened. And that's just the way it works for rich people in general. The embattled hip-hop star is already facing lawsuits from three women and has lost a host of commercial deals in the wake of the claims. Can we just go back to the dude's name Little Rod? Am I the only one here that sees the irony in that? My boy's name is Little Rod and he's out here shooting pornos, huh? Alright, I'm guessing you'd want big Rod out there, but I guess he was busy. Jones's name, some of hip-hop industry's biggest names is co-defendants in the 30 million dollar lawsuit claiming record boss Ethiopia, hapter Mariam dismissed Combs groping his friendly horseplay and his way of showing that he likes you. Oh yeah, perfect. Let me go to work and have somebody try and grab my balls. Sounds like a great way to spend the day. But when you have that kind of power over people's careers, I guess some of these folks felt like they had no other recourse, right? I got to let this dude diddle me. I got to have sex with him, whatever. And it's the same shit we saw with Weinstein, just a different venue, right? And that's why when any of these degenerates from Hollywood or the music industry get up on their ivory tower and start preaching down to the rest of us, I have a nice, hearty belly laugh over it. Because these degenerates have no place when it comes to speaking to the rest of us. They're out here doing all kinds of crazy weird shit. Meanwhile, they're talking to you and, you know, shitting on you because you might vote differently than them. Meanwhile, all of these weirdos are meeting up at Jeffrey Epstein's house for an eyes-wide shut type of party. The Star has denied the existing allegations against him, calling them sickening, and his lawyer dismissed Jones claims as purification. Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar, who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday, attorney Sean Hawley told TMZ. His reckless name-dropping about events that are purification and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines. And that might be the case, look, I'm not saying it's not. All I'm saying is that these allegations about Puff Daddy are not new. I've been hearing this shit since I was, you know, like in high school, right? We're talking about the late 90s, early 2000s, and beyond. There's always been talk about Puff Daddy, and the weird shit he's been up to. We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that this claim is a complete lie. More attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn has refused to return our calls. So they're saying that all of this is BS, and that Lil Rod, Lil Rod, is out here just trying to, you know, get that bag. And it's very possible. I don't know the first thing about Lil Rod, to be honest with you. Never even really heard of the guy before. So I don't know what his deal is if he's somebody that has, you know, animosity against Puff Daddy, whatever it might be, all I can tell you is when you have this many people that have come out year after year after year, and you've paid out all of these settlements, you better believe that people are going to have some questions about your behavior. And there's no doubt that where there's some smoke, there's some fire. You can have all of these allegations and all of them just be straight up lies, especially considering we're not talking about people who are looking for a bag saying this about Puff Daddy. Again, go and listen to what Cat Williams had to say. It is pretty disturbing stuff. Combs recruited Jones in August of 2022 to produce some of the songs on the R&B album, The Love Album, Off the Grid, which was nominated for a Grammy after its release in September of '23. Mr. Jones agreed, and his life has been detrimentally impacted ever since, the lawsuit claims. For more than a year, he endured constant, unsolicited, unauthorized groping and touching of his anus, at Combs Homes in Florida, Los Angeles, and New York, as well as a rented yacht in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Oh well, the U.S. Virgin Islands is it. Diddler is paradise down there. If you want to diddle people and you want to molest people, what better place to do it? Jeffrey Epstein gave you the blueprint, "If you're rich and you can pay people off, forget it, you're in business." Combs introduced him to Cuba Good and Junior, on the yacht, where the actor allegedly began touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones' legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders. All right, say what now, Cuba Good and Junior too, huh? Oh wait, didn't he have other allegations against him? Hm, interesting. It seems like all of these people that have multiple allegations against them continue to get allegations piled up against them. And you know why? That's because they're never punished for their behavior. Can you have this kind of money and you're able to just buy your way out of shit all the time? You never have to pay any real price, right? There's no real consequences for you, so you continue to do whatever you're doing. It's just like when you're a kid, if your parents don't discipline you, when you do some bullshit, you're going to keep doing it. He claims he was also sexually assaulted by a female cousin, a combs girlfriend, young Miami, and forced to watch a video of record producers Stevie J having sex with another man. And that is not something that would surprise me. That Stevie J dude is, he's on one. If you ever watched Love and Hip Hop, I think it was Atlanta that he was on. Oh boy, he's definitely out there. Now does that mean that he was up to anything that's no good or that this wasn't consensual? I have no idea. But when we're talking about these weirdos, all of this shit tracks with me. Jones was required to work in Combs bathroom where the star would shower naked behind a glass screen according to the lawsuit. The producer alleges Combs, boasted of having shot people and threatened to inflict bodily harm if Jones did not comply with his demands. He says the forceful and demanding star privately admitted involvement in a 1999 nightclub shooting that saw him acquitted of gun possession and bribery charges. Mr. Combs consistently made it clear that he has immense power in the music industry and with law enforcement, the lawsuit claims Jones claims that underage girls and sex workers were guests at the star's house and that he saw the star drug their drinks. He also claims he was ordered to Miami troll bars and night spots to recruit sex workers and says he himself was drugged in February last year before he woke up naked, dizzy and confused in bed with Combs and two sex workers. The suit was filed on Monday at the US District Court for the Southern District of New York three weeks after Jones launched a GoFundMe of Hill asking for money to sue the rapper for unpaid royalties. So there might be some animosity here, right? He didn't get paid, so he says all right I'm going to file this lawsuit, very possible. But with Puffy's history and all of the other allegations, this one has to be taken serious until it gets worked out. However, Diddy's negotiation tactics, the stall communications, dry out my funds and have me negotiating out of desperation or without a real means of fighting back has forced me here. His lawsuit also names Combs son Justin, his chief of staff Cristina Quorum and universal music group CEO Sir Lucian Grange as defendants. It accuses Quorum of grooming him on Combs behalf and claims that Motown records, love records and universal music group comprised a Rico enterprise that failed to adequately monitor, warn or supervise Combs and his inner circle. Say what now? This is a Rico case but Epstein's isn't, huh? How many more examples do I need to give you guys about how fucked up things were in the Epstein case? I mean, and at this point, I feel like I'm beating a dead horse, right? Because all the information's out there, all of the receipts are there for the people who want them. But people continuously just ignore what happened. But every time I turn around, another one of these rappers is getting smashed with the Rico charge. A spokesman for Justin Combs said he categorically denies these absurd allegations. They are all lies he added. This is a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a payday. Earlier this week, Combs Sr. was forced to deny gang raping a 17-year-old girl in his Manhattan recording studio, claiming a photograph of her sitting in his lap is inaccurate. Oh, no, another one, a fake photo, huh? What's next? Victoria Hervey is going to come out and say this photo is fake, too? His filing in the same New York court denies her claims that Combs, his longtime friend, Harvey Pierre, and a third unidentified man, flew her to his New York studio before applying her with copious amounts of drugs and alcohol in 2003. Combs has recently fortified his legal team with new lawyers according to Rolling Stone. They include Bobby C. Sternheim, who defended Glenn Maxwell, yeah, she did a great job doing that. Maxwell sure ended up for the better, huh? Combs also brought on Sean Hawley, who successfully got Dodger's pitcher Trevor Bauer reinstated with Major League Baseball amidst sexual assault allegations, well that's because those allegations against Bauer were not true, unfortunately they were not true, and if you go back and you look at that whole entire case, dude got railroaded. But as far as Bobby Sternheim goes, good luck. She's not some super lawyer, that's for damn sure, and if you think she is, well, you're going to be in for a big old shock. Combs co-defendant Pierre also filed a denial saying he never participated in the sexual assault of the plaintiff, nor did he ever witness anyone else sexually assaulting the plaintiff. The anonymous accuser, now in her late 30s, has backed the bombshell claims with now-contested photographs of herself, sitting on the Albie Missing Youth singer's lap and goofing around in his Manhattan studio. That's the same shit that got Prince Andrew's sunk, so don't think for a minute that this is light and it's going to go away. This might be the one that gets Puff Daddy. After Ventura launched her lawsuit, Lisa Gardner, and Joy Dickinson Neal, also filed papers claiming the rapper sexually assaulted them in the early 1990s. Combs sent out a tweet denying the accusations in December and saying that all the allegations made against him are from people looking for a quick pay day. I'm sure some of it is that, but all of it, come on man, give me a break. The star stepped down as chairman of Revolt TV in November and saw Hulu scrap a planned reality TV show that would have featured his family in December. Ah, poor Puff Daddy. Some repercussions coming in his way. Last month, he withdrew his lawsuit against drink giant, Dio Gio, which he had accused of racism over its treatment of his sponsorship deal. And earlier this month, he skipped the Grammy award ceremony in Los Angeles, despite being nominated for the first time in 20 years. In the best progressive R&B album category for the album that Jones helped produce. He has never been convicted and recently settled a bombshell rape lawsuit brought by R&B singer Cassie just one day after it was filed. In December, he issued a statement denying allegations against him saying enough is enough. "Let me be absolutely clear. I do not do any of these awful things being alleged, I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth." He added, "Yeah, by paying out a bunch of lawsuits, huh? That's fighting for the truth? Take somebody to court, let's go to the discovery, let's see what's what." What do you think the odds of that happening are? My guess is not very good, either way, we're going to keep following along and we'll see where it all ends up. But if I had to make a guess here, I would say that it ends up with Puffy paying out a whole bunch of dough. Alright, everybody, that's going to do it for this one.
