Beyond The Horizon

Prince Andrew And The Royal Lodge Saga Is The Gift That Keeps Giving (7/5/24)

The rift between Prince Andrew and King Charles over the Royal Lodge centers on Andrew's refusal to vacate the residence despite increasing pressure from Charles. Prince Andrew has lived in the Royal Lodge, a 30-room mansion on the Windsor estate, since 2004. However, following his scandal involving Jeffrey Epstein and subsequent stepping down from public duties, King Charles has urged him to move into the smaller Frogmore Cottage, previously occupied by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

King Charles's frustration stems from both the financial and logistical burden of maintaining the Royal Lodge, as well as the property's state of disrepair. Andrew, who holds a long-term lease on the property, has resisted these efforts, insisting on his right to remain there due to the lease terms and the significant investment he has made in renovations.

The dispute has become increasingly tense, with reports suggesting that Charles may reconsider the financial support he provides to Andrew if he does not comply with the move. This could involve Andrew having to cover his own security and accommodation costs, which would be financially challenging for him.

The feud is reportedly as bitter as the well-known rift between Prince William and Prince Harry, highlighting deep-seated issues within the royal family. Despite the ongoing tensions, palace sources maintain that Andrew remains welcome at family events, but he will not return to public royal duties.

What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. It seems like the saga that has to do with King Creepy, I mean King Charles, and Prince Andrew and the Royal Lodge is never going to end. But we're now hearing that King Charles has some ideas and some plans for the Lodge, and that's why he wants his bitch-ass brother to vacate the premises. According to these reports, King Charles wants to air B&B the Windsor Lodge for a million bucks a year. Alright, maybe not Airbnb it, but he wants to rent it out for one million pounds per year. Now, that's going to be pretty difficult unless you can get the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family to vacate the premises. Now you would think that the King would be able to do that, but, like usual, Prince Andrew somehow, some way, finds a way to keep his head above the waves as they keep crashing in. Today, we have an article from the Daily Mail talking about King Charles and his alleged plans for the Royal Lodge. Headline, King Charles wants to rent out Windsor Royal Lodge for one million a year, if only he can get Prince Andrew to move out of it first. I mean, is this real life? You're an adult, a grown-ass man, a prince of the blood, and you can't afford to move somewhere else, go get a flat in London bro like everybody else, go get a roommate, it's too bad his buddy Jeffrey Epstein isn't alive, he can move in with him. This article was authored by Taren Pedler. King Charles wants to rent out Windsor Royal Lodge for one million pounds a year, but Prince Andrew will have to move out of the mansion first. Maybe he could just rent it out with Andrew there, you know, maybe that's a selling point to people. Hey, move into the lodge, you can laugh at Prince Andrew as he cleans corgi shit on a daily basis. Maybe something to look into. Maybe I should crowdfund a million dollars or a million pounds and move into this bitch. The King is reportedly eager to generate commercial revenue from the stunning home, just as soon as he boots out the disgraced Duke of York who is refusing to pack up and leave, the son reported, Andrew, who now lives in the 30 room, 30 million pound property with his ex wife Sarah Ferguson signed a 75 year lease with the crown estate when he moved in in 2003, making a one million dollar initial payment. Now imagine this clown with toe licking fergie needs 30 rooms. Of course he doesn't bring this to the Las Vegas and we'll move him into a budget suite. The agreement included a notional rent of 260,000 pounds per year. Andrew who remains an outcast from public life amid the fallout from his relationship with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and not even really the relationship itself, right? That's bad and certainly something that he should answer for. But let's talk about the fact that he paid a fat ass bag over sexual assault allegations. And we all know that if you have all that money and you're the Prince of England, you're not paying that bag unless you're in big trouble, especially if you add to the fact that Andrew Brettler is your lawyer. If Andrew Brettler is telling you that you should pay a settlement, folks, you should pay that settlement because Andrew Brettler knows his business and he understands that if this goes to court or if it would have went to court, just during the discovery phase alone, Andrew would have been absolutely obliterated. So yeah, him palling around with Epstein was bad enough. The fact that he was taking part, according to Virginia, well, that knocks it into a whole different level, doesn't it? He has refused all requests by his brother to move into the smaller, frogmore cottage, but sources told the newspaper they believe Charles will be able to oust Andrew from the $30 million lodge in Winsor Great Park, suggesting he could even cut off the 4 million pound a year he pays him, 4 million pounds a year, and this dude has a problem moving somewhere else. Think about that, folks, believe me when I tell you, I don't make $4 million a year or 4 million pounds a year, and the owner of my old place ended up passing away, right? So we get a phone call telling us we have a month to move out because they're selling the place. And trust me when I tell you, wasn't very much fun, but like everybody else out there, you man up, you bootstrap it, and you'll find a place to live, you mean to tell me this dude can't do the same, and this is what I'm talking about, they have no idea how the rest of us live, they have no clue, they don't get it, they've never strapped on their boots and went to work, they've never done an 18 hour shift on loading trucks, these dudes have never been down in a sewer, they don't know what any of that shit even means, all they know is they've been given handouts their whole life, and when somebody starts to tell them no, oh it's a big deal now, while breaking news bitch ass prince Andrew, the answer is no. The rundown property is in dire need of repairs and restoration, which is why insiders believe the lodge should be handed back to the crown estates, hold on a minute bros getting four million pounds a year and he can't do some updates on the house, here's an idea, plant some roses, have somebody come out and paint the place, whatever it might be, like are these people not functioning like the rest of us, does somebody have to hold their hand through their whole life and direct them where to go, it sure seems like that, one insider told the publication, it could then be rented out to earn money for them, the king's coffers and the country rather than being a drain on everyone's resources, oh yeah I'm sure that the money that they get from renting this out is gonna find it's way to the hands of the people, that's exactly what happens with rich people right, oh yeah we're gonna hand out our dough, the royal family, robin hood they're not, more like robin from the hood the property expert added that a rental price of one million pounds a year would not be too much of a stretch as the house is incredibly large and as royal connections, like I said maybe we should crowdfund this and a few of us move into this house, I'm sure they love that huh, me and my big mouth running around the royal grounds yelling and screaming about prince Andrew and his bullshit, boy I'm sure I'd be a big hit on the royal grounds, earlier this month it was revealed in a document that prince Andrew has to repaint his winzor royal lodge with two coats of paint every five years, oh the travesty of it all, get your paint brush, put on some overalls dumb dumb and get to work, you have nothing else to do, not like this guy's busy with actual work right, so get busy, I just don't understand, I truly don't understand people like this, I'll never understand people like this and honestly I don't want to understand people like this, anyone who's just sitting around with their handout whether you're a prince or a popper, I don't want to hear it man, get up, get to work and get you something, because if not, well nobody's going to give you anything, and if you think that people out here really give a damn about you, you're sorely mistaken, the lease he signed in 2003 states he has a responsibility to repair, renew, uphold, clean and keep in repair and where necessary rebuild the home, this includes repainting its external walls every five years with two coats of paint from 2008 and redecorating inside every seven years from 2010, he has 4 million dollars or 4 million pounds coming in a year from the king, he can't do all of these upgrades, how much does it cost to paint the wall, maybe you can bring in Ralph Machio for some paint defense type techniques, this means that the exterior decorating was due to have been completed last year while the interior work is set to be done this year, the document which was seen by the times dictated that he must paint with at least two coats of paint and to paper, polish, decorate and otherwise appropriately treat the building's interior walls, Andrew signed the lease paying 250 pounds a week and agreeing to maintain the vast property, 250 pounds a week to live in a 30 room mansion on the royal grounds, and yeah he's getting the high hard one folks, think about that as you're driving to work right now stuck in traffic, but claims emerged last year that Andrew could not meet the 400 pound a year upkeep of the royal lodge and it was reported that the Duke was told he would have to leave the property. Situated in 98 acres in Windsor Great Park, the property was once known as King's Lodge but its name was changed by the Duke of Cumberland when he became King George the 4th in 1820, and I can't stress enough how much of an embarrassment Prince Andrew is, I mean it is just unbelievable how much of an embarrassment this man is to the rest of the monarchy to the royal family to everybody involved, and I've said it a million times, if we were in the old days Bro would have made a trip to the London Tower and never returned, either that or they would have sent them to like Timbuktu or some shit, he certainly wouldn't have been around the royal property hanging out causing the King grief, that's for damn sure. William the 4th, the mottish part of royal lodge and for 60 years, senior members of the royal household used it mainly as a grace and favor home, whatever that means a grace and favor home? For some poor kid from the Bronx like me, I don't even know what any of that means, in 1931 King George the 5th gave permission for his son Prince Albert, the Duke of York and his wife to take over the property and they moved in the following year, they used the 30 room royal lodge as a private country house even after they became Duke and King George the 6th and Queen Elizabeth in 1936, so look I get it, the royal family is going to have a lot of benefits and options we don't have, that's not breaking news, the fact that Prince Andrew is crying about all of these privileges he has and all of these privileges he squandered is laughable at best, especially considering the state of affairs most of us find ourselves in, how many of you are living paycheck to paycheck, how many of you have had to tap into your savings, how many of you go to the grocery store and want to throw up because of the prices, you think any of that's affecting Prince Andrew as he sits in this fucking country lodge with his feet up, Princess Elizabeth and her sister Margaret spent many happy days playing in the grounds and making use of whatever the hell this is, whenth batch, I don't even know what that means, the miniature thatch cottage that was given to the future queen by the people of Wales to mark her sixth birthday in 1932, well no wonder, I'm lucky I can speak English, never mind Welsh. The grounds of royal lodge include a gardener's cottage and the royal chapel of all saints where Princess Beatrice and Edo Mapelli Mazzi married in 2020 in a ceremony attended by the late queen and Prince Philip, there is also a swimming pool and a tennis court, imagine the audacity of this man, oh I can't leave this royal lodge because I might not have my swimming pool or my tennis court, if anybody has ever needed a reality check, it's most certainly the Joe exotic of the Windsor family, the question is when will the king reach out and slap him, all right folks that's going to do it for this one, all of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
