Beyond The Horizon

The Jeffrey Epstein Grand Jury Documents (Part 5) (7/3/24)

In February 2024, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed HB 117, which allows for the release of grand jury documents from the 2006 investigation of Jeffrey Epstein. This legislation permits the disclosure of grand jury testimony if the subject of the inquiry is deceased, the investigation was about sexual activity with a minor, and the testimony was previously disclosed by a court order.

The bill, effective July 1, 2024, aims to provide transparency and justice for Epstein’s victims by revealing previously sealed grand jury proceedings. This move has been celebrated by victims and advocates as a significant step toward accountability and justice.

Epstein's 2006 investigation involved the Palm Beach Police Department, which had recommended multiple felony charges, including unlawful sexual activity with a minor and lewd or lascivious molestation. However, the State Attorney at the time chose to present the evidence to a grand jury, resulting in the details and names of those involved remaining sealed.

HB 117's passage was supported by two of Epstein's victims, who joined Governor DeSantis in Palm Beach to mark the occasion. Governor DeSantis emphasized that the public deserves to know who participated in Epstein’s sex trafficking and that wealth and status should not protect individuals from facing justice. Representative Peggy Gossett-Seidman also highlighted the significance of this legislation for the victims and the Palm Beach community that suffered from Epstein's actions.

And now those documents are available for us to dive into.

What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we left off with the Jeffrey Epstein Grand Jury Documents from Palm Beach. Jerr, where do you live now? Witness, I live in redacted. Jerr, where? Witness, redacted. Jerr, did you say that before you lived up in redacted? Witness, yes, I moved to redacted in July with my mother. Belahovlic interjects, your mother, your stepmother and your father sent you up there to get away from the activities down here. Witness, no, I moved with my mom. When I was with my dad, like after this all happened, my mom and dad were arguing. And I didn't like my dad anymore. And I just felt like living back with my mom, so then I moved in with my mom. And that's when I went to the family center, like redacted is what it's called. And then after that, my mom had planned on moving to redacted. She's been planning for like two years before any of this happened. And then they finally found the house in redacted, so we moved, and I moved with them. Jerr, do you have any idea? Deep down inside of you that you, what you're doing is wrong? Witness, yeah, I did. Jerr, oh, do you? Have you witnessed, oh, I cut off by the Jerr? Have you set the goals of to not do it anymore? Witness, yes, I don't. I haven't talked to any of those people since that day. Jerr, and you're well aware that what you're doing to your own reputation. The witness, yes, I do. And this part right here, this exchange is absolutely wild. Bella Hovlic should be held accountable, and I mean yesterday. Bella Hovlic, you aware that you committed a crime? Witness, now I am. I didn't know it was a crime when I was doing it, like, I don't know, now I guess it's prostitution or something like that? Let's be very, very clear, okay? A child can't be a prostitute. So this whole entire line of questioning, this whole entire bullshit nonsense that we see from Bella Hovlic is nothing but garbage. And she's doing this to protect Jeffrey Epstein. Does anyone have any doubt? And now especially go back and think about the NPA document that we read, and how much bullshit that was. Oh yeah, the OIG didn't find anything wrong with any of this. Give me a break. It was all to protect their asset, Jeffrey Epstein. And by the way, he wasn't Mossad, okay? Go and stuff that bullshit too. The dude was an asset. That means he was a free agent, working for intelligence agencies all over the place, including the Mossad, but he wasn't a Mossad agent. Get that through your skulls. Bella Hovlic, any other questions? The juror one more. You said you worked out redacted. You were 14, you were working out redacted? Witness, yeah, in redacted, that's when they like first let you work when you're 14. Juror, okay, now your work. You're living back now with your father. In the meantime, the witness, no audible response. Miss Bella Hovlic, anybody else in the front row? Second row, yes, sir. Juror, um, you kept saying Jeffrey's assistant. Do you know her name? Witness? No, I know that she has blonde hair that she was tall and skinny. I don't remember her name. Juror, okay. Bella Hovlic, yes, sir. In the back row, juror, yes. Miss redacted. Did you ever go back to Mr. Epstein's on your own? The witness, no, sir. I didn't. Juror, did he ever contact you with your cell phone? He never called you. The witness, no, because I got my phone taken away like the juror interrupts her. Did you? Witness interrupts the juror right back right when I was in trouble. Juror, did you ever feel that his behavior was a little strange? Witness? That's what we all joked about in the car. Juror, yeah, but did it ever occur to you that he could have hacked you up? Witness, I now think about it and a lot of things could have happened. I thought about it a lot, and a lot, juror, should give it a little further thought. Witness, different things could have happened. Bella Hovlic, any other questions for Miss redacted? All right, thank you very much. The witness is excused. Now they're calling back Joseph Ricari as a witness. Miss Dugan, I'll go ahead, and this is for the record. This is Detective Joe Ricari. I don't need to reswear you in. We'll just remind you that you're under oath. Ricari, okay. Dugan, okay. Bella Hovlic. Detective Ricari, let's go back to the investigation before you took over. It's still Detective Pagan. There's mention in her report of trash pulls. What's a trash pull? She was taken to Epstein's residence. She was told that she would have to provide a massage and she'd make 200 bucks. She was taken to the house. She was introduced to his Epstein's assistant by the name of Sarah. Sarah then would escort her upstairs, prepare the room for the massage by putting out the ointments and the different oils. Mr. Epstein came into the room. She demanded she removed her clothing. She did so. She started giving the massage, rubbing his back, his calves, his thighs. He turned onto his back, asked her to rub his chest. As he did so, he tried to touch her, touch her buttocks. He pulled she pulled away. She said, I'm uncomfortable with you touching me.
