What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program. I figured considering I'm already railing on the shitty ass prosecutors and judges that we keep it rolling, and we talk about the judge who let the dude who ran over the mother and daughter who were leaving the Drake concert go free on a $20,000 bond. Because you know, that's a good idea. This dude was flying through a residential area, doing like 70, smashed into these two people, killed them both, and now he's walking around on a $20,000 bond. How is that okay? How is that... justice? And if it was your family, would you be okay with it? I know I certainly wouldn't be. And the family of these two women who were murdered, they're not okay with it either. Today's article is from the Daily Mail and the headline, St. Louis Judge, who let Drake concert killer go free on $20,000 bond previously let drug.mother go on probation over the death of her six-year-old and was cherry-picked by disgraced Soros back former prosecutor. How come every time we turn around, one of these prosecutors who's up to this bullshit was hand-picked by Emperor Palpatine himself, aka George Soros. I mean for real? We just gonna make pretend that that's no big deal. Why is this dude so gung-ho on having these kinds of prosecutors in office? Now again, look, I'm all for Bell Reform, and I'm certainly for the reformation of the prison system. I've been on record talking about that now for years. But this is not the way to get there. This is the way to end up with more chaos in the streets and more people being harmed. This article was authored by Will Potter. A Missouri judge, who, freedom man, accused of killing a mother and daughter in a horror speeding accident, has been slammed for what her critics claim is a soft touch on criminals. Judge Annette Lulan, controversially, overlook warnings from officers that driver Monte Henderson, 22, was a danger to the community as she allowed him to walk free on a $20,000 bond this month. She did so despite horrific footage, alleged to show him plowing into a mom and daughter at 70 miles per hour after running a red light, killing both instantly. And the footage is just horrific. That's not even a question. I can't even imagine the family of these two women having to watch that footage and then to know that this degenerate is walking free. Oh, he's out on bond and he's gonna have to come back and all that, but he should be sitting in a jail cell right now. You need to tell me you can go out here, get behind the wheel of a car and crash into somebody, two people and kill them, and it's no big deal you're going to walk around on a bond. I mean, if you're trying to create a dystopian type of scenario, yeah, that's a great way to do it. And maybe that's what these people are up to. A former public defender, Lulan, was one of the first hires of ousted Democrat St. Louis circuit attorney, Kim Gardner, whose lenient stances on violent criminals led her to resign from office in May of 2023. I just don't get it, somebody has to explain it to me. How is that fallen line with your ideology to be soft on violent criminals? Now, again, if you want to be soft on people who are committing misdemeanors, people who are, you know, not able to pay their parking ticket, they shouldn't go to jail. I'm 100% on board with that, but the second you start with these violent crimes and you start running people over and killing them, you need to be in jail. There's no oh, I'm sorry, I was not paying attention. This do not was flying at 70 miles per hour through this residential. These people were clearly in the crosswalk, other cars were coming, and he still barreled through the intersection and crashed into him. I mean, how much more responsibility do you want to put on somebody? Because from where I'm sitting, all of the responsibility is on this do not who was behind the wheel. And he should not be out on a $20,000 bond. Since leaving Soros back Gardener's office and taking the bench in 2018, Lulin has angered some critics by taking a similarly lax stance to her old boss with Henderson's bail only the latest. She previously faced backlash in her first year on the bench after sentencing a woman to only two years probation despite one of her daughters fatally shooting their sibling when she left a loaded gun out and passed out on drugs reported St. Louis today. Let's just make sure we let her off. I mean, honestly, you're gonna let this lady walk? One kid kills the other after she's passed out on drugs, so there's no self responsibility at all. Okay, I guess. I mean, if that's the kind of society you want to live in, then hey, go for it. Me personally? I'm checking out, folks. Your boy's moving straight up to the middle of nowhere, and I just won't be involved in any of it. Because I certainly don't want to live in cities where this kind of shit's happening because of prosecutors. Now, obviously law enforcement can't stop everything from happening, right? They're not supermen. They're not people that have a line on the future. This isn't minority report, but when somebody does get caught for something, I expect the justice to be severe. And when you're talking about violent crimes, ramp that shit up all the way to the top. As they would say in spinal tap, turn that shit up to 11. With Henderson freed on Bell, social media was outraged as shocking surveillance footage was released this week, capturing the moment mother and daughter, LaTeacha, Prosero 42, and Alyssa Cordova 21 were struck. Henderson who admitted to being the driver according to charging documents was seen running a blatant red light at a high speed before plowing into and killing the mother and the daughter. And there was no "Oh, I'm going to hit my brakes." None of that shit. Oh boy, plowed right through this intersection and smashed right into these two people. Cut and dry, this son of a bitch deserves to be in jail. The only question now is, how long is he going to go to prison? But while LaTeacha and Alyssa are never going to be able to spend time with their family again, this dirtbag's running free, hanging out, playing a playstation, and doing God knows what else. Two other teen girls and a 61 year old woman were also injured in the crash, which saw Henderson collide with several other vehicles as he blew through the lights. Police say he was speeding at over 70 miles per hour when he allegedly caused the tragedy. However, Lulin overlooked a probable cause statement arguing that he is a danger to the community and is not likely to appear voluntarily to a summons and allowed him to be freed on a $20,000 bail according to St. Louis today. I mean unreal. One freakin' real that somebody like this would be out there on a $20,000 bond. After doing this, caught on camera, right there playing his day for everybody to see, but you know what, what the hell, let's let this guy get out. Leading the backlash was Bracero and Cordova's family, as they should be, who told five on your side after the bail that they are at a loss how a man can take two lives and be out on bond two days later able to sit at home with his family. We have many questions and we demand answers, they said. My family demands accountability from everyone. The driver, the police department, the state's attorney's office. And that is pretty basic. They shouldn't have to demand that. That should be a given, but it's not anymore. You have these prosecutors out here who pretty much are doing whatever the fuck they want. And they're letting violent criminals run free in our communities. Lulin's history with Gardner dates back to 2017 when she was enlisted by the Circuit Attorney's Office to oversee its felony trial attorneys. She was a public defender for criminals and set her past on the other side of the bench, led her to be glad Gardner had a softer stance compared to her predecessors. What I had seen from this office was a sense of us against them, she said. That was the culture. It was prosecutors versus the defense. Yeah, that's what it should be. I don't want the prosecutors being friendly with all of these defense attorneys. I want the prosecutors to go after convictions. In her time in office, Gardner sparked fury in her approach to prosecutions, once leading a police officer to slam her, for her concerted effort to break the system down. She also faced threats to be removed from office by Republicans and resigned before a removal bill could be passed. After the Soros-backed prosecutor resigned from office and replaced, her successor immediately doubled crime prosecutions as he worked to clear the overloaded caseload. I mean, God forbid, a prosecutor going after people who commit crimes? Should we give everybody a pat on their back for doing their job? I guess I should get a pat on my back for getting up every morning at 2.30 to get into the studio to start recording. I mean, for real, that's your job, bro. Get up, do it, and shut up. Lulan left the prosecutor's office and rose to the judge's bench in 2018, and she faced scrutiny for a lenient ruling in her first year. She sentenced mom Ebony R. Jones, 29, to two years' probation after her six-year-old daughter was shot dead by one of her siblings. Despite Jones' boyfriend admitting to the cops, that they had passed out on drugs and left a loaded 9mm handgun on the floor. In voluntary manslaughter charges were dropped, and she was slapped with probation and was ordered to attend parenting classes. Well, isn't that fantastic? Come of the year over here, huh? Let me pass out high on drugs, and then let my kid kill my other kid, and then, for the grand finale, I'll only get probation. She also faced scrutiny after allowing a man accused of domestic assault against his wife, out on 10% of a $20,000 bond in February 2022, reported KSDK. Oh, well, why not? Might as well have a woman beat her out here free, too. Let's just add to the total of scumbags we're releasing back into society. When asked over the phone on Monday how Henderson was able to post $20,000 bail, his attorney Scott Rosenblum declined to say the source of the funds, but added, to delimel.com that Henderson has a very supportive family. Henderson's bail sparked outrage online after the shocking footage of the crash went viral, as it became clear that he was out of custody within days after mysteriously posting 10% of his $200,000 bond. He is facing two counts of involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action in the deaths of the mother and daughter. KSD blew through the stoplights on Olive Street in the center of the city with the footage showing the red light at the same time he sped past the intersection in his Jeep Grand Cherokee. This dude was completely reckless and caused the deaths of these two women. That is not even disputable. So somebody is going to have to explain to me how this judge thinks it's a good idea to let this idiot roam free. He was seen traveling at a high rate of speed before initially colliding with the front bumper of another car, which led him to careen in the Bresero and Cordova. Bresero was pronounced dead at the scene and Cordova died shortly after being rushed to the hospital, police said. Henderson was also hospitalized in the crash and was listed as being in critical condition. In his charging documents, St. Louis police officer Matthew Whiteuritz argued that Henderson should remain in custody as he was believed to be a danger to the community and would likely not appear for a summons. So in other words, the cop has no faith that this dude is even going to show back up in court. So let's just keep him in custody. A, he's a danger to the community and B, I don't think old boy is going to show back up. So that's what the cop told the judge and the judge is like, you know what? I got my own ideas. But Lulin disagreed and set his bond at 200,000 or 10% cash as he has no prior felonies. After the charges were brought, Henderson's attorney said in a statement, this is a very tragic accident. Montay is a very upstanding young man involved in academics and sports also involved in driving his car at excessive rates of speed and killing people. In response, St. Louis police chief Robert Tracy told the St. Louis business journal he's going to be held accountable, he destroyed families, killed two people. Tributes poured in for the mother and daughter after their senseless death as those that knew them said that they were inseparable. Rosaro known as Lettie was a supervisor at Wind Trust Bank in Chicago and Cordova was at a nearby college and worked part-time at a Starbucks, according to a GoFundMe. They were known to frequently travel to concerts together and the fundraisers said they came from a close, strong family. The family is extremely devastated by this horrific tragedy the post added. The two were inseparable and shared a strong bond. After the fundraisers surpassed its $25,000 goal, an update shared by one of Rosaro's sisters read, "Words can't even come close to how much our family appreciates everyone that came together across the country." And that's good to see, man. You know, these people are going through it. They didn't ask for this, they don't deserve this. Their loved ones went to a concert, like how many of us do, on a regular basis. Then they're walking across the street after having the time of their lives and then they get crushed by this idiot driving like a moron. So yeah, save me the nonsense and miss me with the bullshit. I don't care about this dude, I don't care about his mental state, I don't care about any of it. I care about him facing justice, and unfortunately we're not off to a good start. My sister and my niece were the most loving people you could ever meet. They were so kind and sweet. They spoke of positivity and helped others across the country beyond they did so much for others. I am positive they received their wings right away. Jordan Carrion, a childhood friend of Cordova, told St. Louis today that the 21-year-old and her mom were amazing, sweet people. Letty was always there helping others, always giving the best advice he said, adding that she was like a second mom to him, and that she helped raise him and his siblings, and how many of you know people like that from when you grew up. I know my mom was like that. We had people in and out of our house, literally every day, people living with me, friends living with me, the whole thing. So you can only imagine how many people this has impacted, and not just the family, all the people that were friendly with them, all of these kids that this great woman helped raise, all these people are feeling it. Meanwhile, numb nuts is sitting around having himself a grand slam breakfast from Denny's. They were great people, the life of the party, always keeping people up and helping when they could, Carrion said, "I want them to be remembered by that, not the careless actions of someone else." Cousin Nicole Rivera told Five on Your Side that they were best friends and going to concerts together was their thing. If I'm being honest, the only way I can try and get through this is knowing that they were together because if either one of them made it, they wouldn't have survived without the other, she said. "We want them here more than anything, but we can't have that. Of course, we want justice." And I think everybody should want justice. But there's going to be people out there that try and defend what this lady is doing. People out there that want to play their stupid ass dumb political games, and you know, "Oh, well, there's no reason, okay? Save the bullshit for people who are receptive to that nonsense because it's not me." These violent criminals, people out here who were accused of shit like this, they belong in one place, and that place, my friends, is a jail cell.
