The Murder Of Jocelyn Nungaray: The Horrific Details Of The Murder Are Revealed In Court (6/26/24)

Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old girl from Houston, Texas, was tragically found dead in a creek on June 17, 2024. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences determined her cause of death to be strangulation. Further investigation revealed that she had also been sexually assaulted.

Two suspects who are in the country illegally, Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, have been charged with capital murder in connection with her death. The suspects were identified through surveillance footage and were apprehended by the Houston Police Department on June 20, 2024.

Jocelyn had reportedly snuck out of her home the night before she was found. Her body was discovered in a shallow part of a creek within walking distance from her house, indicating she may have encountered foul play shortly after leaving her home.

Now, after court proceedings, new, gruesome details about the murder have been revealed.

On Tuesday, we learned a little bit more about the murder of Jocelyn Nungrei and how this poor girl fought for her life to the very end, leaving bite marks and scratches on one of the illegal immigrants. And for me, that's enough evidence right there to convict this dude. Oh, you have bite marks and scratches on you from little Jocelyn? Cool, you're guilty, helicopters, volcanoes. You piece of fucking shit. And the most disgusting part of the whole last thing is the fact that these dudes were already captured at the border and then released back into society. So you can save the whole narrative that's built around, well, not everybody who comes into this country illegally does this for somebody else. Because the fact is, these two dudes who snuck in here illegally, who were caught several times and then released back into society, well, they did this, okay, not somebody else. These two disgusting pieces of shit did it. And they were people who were in this country illegally. That's exactly where the conversation starts and ends. I don't want to hear any of the other bullshit, okay? I don't want to hear, well, you know, they're here illegally because, no, they were here illegally. They came to this country and instead of coming here to look for a better life, they came here to take life. So save all of the hand ringing and the gnashing of the teeth about language being used as far as these two illegal immigrants go seems like there's a lot of people that are more offended by the fact that people are talking about this story than about the fact that little Jocelyn was raped and murdered by these two ingrades. And with the fact that Jocelyn fought back and left Mark's DNA evidence on this scumbag, that is only going to lead to a conviction and hopefully, hopefully the death penalty. Today's article is from The New York Post and The Headline. Jocelyn Nungare, 12, fought back with her dying breaths, leaving bite and scratch marks on illegal migrant, according to prosecutors. This article was authored by Jenny Terror. Little Jocelyn Nungare fought back against her attackers after she was lured under a Houston bridge and assaulted for two hours, leaving scratch and bite marks on one of the illegal migrants who was accused of killing her, prosecutors revealed on Tuesday. Two hours. Can you imagine the terror? Can you imagine the pain? So save the whole entire, oh, the poor migrant shit for somebody else, I do not care, okay? I have had my fill of violent criminals, I don't care where they're from, I've had enough. And if somebody is coming into this country and they're snatched up by border patrol and then border patrol thinks it's a good idea to put an ankle bracelet on them and release them back into the population. And if you think that's a good idea, well, check yourself. It is a terrible fucking idea. How many times do we have to see it play out in real time? Here's an idea and now stick with me. If people are coming to this country and they're coming here to cause trouble, they're coming here to commit crimes and violence, keep them the fuck out. People who want to come here and have a better life, look, I'm all for it. I've said it a million times, but you have to do it the right way. And if you don't do it the right way, save the crying for somebody else. Maybe Jamal Bowman wants to talk to you. I hear he has a lot of free time these days. Johan Jose Martinez Wrangle 21 still had marks Jocelyn left on him when he was arrested, assistant district attorney Megan Long said in Harris County court. Martinez Wrangles alleged the accomplice Franklin Jose Pena Ramos 26 told cops. He tried to convince Martinez Wrangle to stop, but he allegedly refused and climbed on top of the girl and strangled her according to long. Oh, yeah, I'm sure. I am sure that Mr. Franklin Jose Pena Ramos was the hero in this story. He's just your every day Nicholas Tartag Leone, huh? What? I was trying to help. Don't mind the fact that I was strangling, dude. This man took part in the abuse was with this dude and oh, I couldn't stop him. Yeah. Right. Guess what? Oh, you just watched? Cool. So let's put Johan Jose Martinez Wrangle to death first and we can let Mr. Franklin Jose Pena Ramos watch before it's his turn because, you know, he only watched. However, Martinez Wrangle allegedly responded that he had to finish what he started as he covered her mouth long said. The chilling details came as Harris County district court judge Josh Hill set a $10 million bail for Martinez Wrangle and labeled him a likely flight risk. Oh, you wouldn't say. Maybe you should just let him go. Just let him go. Let him run the streets free like you did the first time. Why not? There's still people out there that think that's what should happen. It's fucking crazy to me, but people are out here. They're so deep in their demagoguery. They're so deep in their ideological battles that it has become religion and they can't see the forest through the trees because they're scared to give the other side of victory. Meanwhile, every time we turn around, there's another story like this and never mind the actual migrant on migrant violence that's happening on the way into this country. Oh, we're just going to forget about that like those people don't matter like people who are coming to this country should just be preyed upon the whole entire way here. So it's all a gigantic shit sandwich, folks. And really the people who are at the wheel, the policymakers in this country are the problem. They're the only ones that can fix this, but they choose to not fix it. They choose to continue to have this as a lightning rod issue to try and garner votes. Right now it's backfiring because people in this country have had enough. People have had enough of the bullshit and people most certainly have had enough of the violent crime. And when you start coming in this country and killing little 12 year old girls, you better believe you have all of our attention. He'll said the decision for such a high bail amount was because he didn't want Pena or Martinez Rangel to flee, but also didn't want them to get deported and escape justice in the US. I've seen individuals go into ice custody, go through the deportation or removal process where they have been ordered to be removed, and that the feds have deported or removed those individuals with the Harris County criminal charges still pending, the judge said, and it puts us in a position where those charges would never be answered. So good job on the judge. These dudes have to face justice. There's no doubt that they're the ones who did it. They've confessed to it. We have DNA evidence. It's not a discussion. It's not a case of these guys being targeted, oh, because they're migrants because they're illegal aliens. So they're being targeted. That's not the case here. These two pieces of shit raped and murdered this little 12 year old girl. Now I want them to feel the full fury. And in my opinion, that means the death penalty. Prosecutors said Martinez Rangel who appeared in court wearing a yellow jumpsuit and surrounded by several bailiffs shaved his beard in an attempt to alter his appearance after the horrific attack. Well, good luck. These idiots were caught on surveillance video, walking out of that convenience store with this little girl, then we got the bite marks, the DNA, the confessions. These dudes are guilty and I don't want to hear anything about deportation. What I want is absolute brutal justice. Now, unfortunately, we know that's not going to happen at the hands of the government. But hopefully, if they throw these dudes main line, then the other inmates will do what the other inmates usually do and distribute a little bit of that prisoner justice because you can't show up on the main line in America after raping and murdering a 12 year old because you're going to be met with some people who are not very happy with you. And I promise you their fury is going to make what the government showed you pale in comparison. Lucky land slots asking people what's the weirdest place you've gotten lucky lucky in line at the deli, I guess? Uh-huh, in my dentist's office. More than once, actually. Do I have to say? VGW group would be recruited by law 18 plus terms and conditions apply. After the killing, Penya allegedly sent a message to their boss at a construction crew saying the two had been partying that night and that someone ended up dead, prosecutors said. Jocelyn's family, including her mother Alexis, was in court for the appearance. One family member was later escorted out of the courtroom after yelling at Martina's Wrangle through tears. Remember in the old days, that dude who was waiting at the pay phone to shoot the guy who raped and hurt his kid? Yep, that would be me. The people in here are yelling and screaming at these dudes in the courtroom. Do you blame them? Imagine this was your daughter, your niece, someone you know? I don't even know Jocelyn, and this has me fired up. If it was my daughter or my niece, you would not be able to control me. I'm sorry, that's just the way it goes. I wouldn't be able to be in that courtroom anywhere near these two dudes. I would go absolutely berserk apeshit. And at that point, I wouldn't even care about my freedom. And hearing the things you're hearing in court, and then seeing these two scumbags? Yeah, forget it, I'd be fired up. So when I hear somebody gets thrown out of the courtroom for yelling and screaming at one of these animals, I'm all for it honestly. I know it's not the right thing to do, it's not proper, it's not blah, blah, blah. I don't care. Because some things are just so disgustingly gross, some things are just so beyond the pale that all bets are off when it comes to the reaction of the loved ones. And obviously in a situation like this, feelings are going to be running hot, emotions are going to be high, and people are going to want justice. Long said Martinez Rangel, a father of two, whose family is not in Texas, admitting to tying the little girl up and throwing her body in the bayou, but claimed he did not kill her. A father has his own child, and this is what he does. You absolute piece of garbage. Put this man in the cell with the guy who was in the cell with Larry Nasser, and let's get busy. His court appearance follows the bond hearing for Pena, who entered the country just a month before Jocelyn's murder. The judge set Pena's bond at $10 million on Monday, double what prosecutors requested, and 10 times a sum sought by the defense, and still not enough. There is not enough or high enough bond or bail to put out for a piece of shit like this. Martinez Rangel and Pena on June 16, allegedly lured Jocelyn under a bridge where they stripped her naked to the waist and assaulted her for two hours, disturbing court documents allege, and we're not even going to dive into those documents because they're sickening. Absolutely sickening. Jocelyn's feet were also bound and her back was covered in cuts, according to KPRC. Pena was given an ankle monitor when he was released into the US after being caught at the border in May, according to Homeland Security sources. He caught off the monitor after Jocelyn's body was found, the source said. Pena's Rangel crossed the border illegally at El Paso on March 14, and was also given an ankle monitor which authorities removed in May after determining he had no known criminal history. If you have criminal history and they know about it, and you're left in this country, then they should be responsible as well. I'm tired of the bullshit. Nobody who has a criminal history should be coming into this country, point blank period. Pena crossed into El Paso on May 29, the post first reported last week, telling agents he was going to live with his cousin in Houston. Before federal authorities released him into the country, he was fitted with an ankle monitor that was set to track his location for 21 days, which he cut off two days after Jocelyn's body was found. Our immigration system is broken, and if there was ever a case that reflected it, it's this one. DA Kim Og said during a press conference following Pena's Monday hearing. Both Martinez Rangel and Pena were seen on surveillance video entering a 7-11 with Jocelyn, the night she was killed, and before the two walked her to the bridge, where her body was later found, half-naked, and strangled. Jocelyn's family said the 12-year-old snuck out of the home that night, she was killed, and met up with the suspects after walking out. Jocelyn's mother, Alexei Nungare, said Monday that the killers took her daughter, and all the opportunities she had ahead of her, away. She was amazing. I still see her face in the back of my head every day, all day. I keep getting little signs about her throughout the days, and it's been very, very hard time for me and my family," Nungare said. She had such a bright future ahead of her, and I knew she was going to go very far, and these monsters took that opportunity from her, from our family. And now that these monsters are in custody, I hope that the state of Texas does what the state of Texas does, and throws the whole-ass kitchen sink at these dudes. And when all is said and done, both of these monsters in my opinion deserve the death penalty. The question is, will they get it? Alright folks, that's going to do it for this one.
