Diana Cojocari Has Been Named A Suspect In Her Daughter Madalina Cojocari's Disappearance (6/26/24)

Madalina Cojocari, an 11-year-old girl from Cornelius, North Carolina, was last seen publicly on November 21, 2022, when she got off her school bus near her home. Her disappearance was reported on December 15, 2022, by her mother, Diana Cojocari, after several weeks of inquiries from Madalina's school about her absence.

Diana Cojocari and her husband, Christopher Palmiter, were both arrested for failing to report Madalina's disappearance in a timely manner. Diana claimed she last saw Madalina on the night of November 23, 2022, but didn't report her missing immediately due to concerns about potential conflict with Palmiter. She stated that Palmiter left for Michigan the next morning and returned on November 26, 2022. Both parents have insisted they do not know Madalina's whereabouts.

Investigations revealed that during the period Madalina was missing, Diana took a trip to the mountains of North Carolina and sent a text message suggesting she was with Madalina. There were also possible sightings of Madalina and a man believed to be her relative at various locations, but these have not been confirmed as the last verifiable sighting remains when she got off the school bus on November 21.

Diana Cojocari was released from jail in May 2024 after pleading guilty to the charge of failing to report her daughter's disappearance. The search for Madalina continues, with significant efforts from law enforcement agencies including the FBI.

In this episode, we head back down to North Carolina to get an update on Madalina Cojocari and her mother Diana, who is now considered a suspect in her disappearance.

What's up everyone and welcome back to the program. In this episode we're going to head down to West Virginia and we're going to get an update on Madalina Kojikari. And now her mother has been named the suspect in her daughter's disappearance, about a month after she was released from jail. And I don't think anyone out there was under any illusions that her mother had an idea about where this kid is. I've said it from the very beginning. There's no doubt that this despicable woman and that gross ass Christopher Pommeter scumbag know a lot more than they're telling us. There's no way your daughter goes missing for over a month and you have no idea. You don't report that? Really? People are supposed to just be like, oh yeah, you know, maybe they forgot. Maybe they were too busy smoking meth or whatever the fuck it is these two disgusting animals are up to. Meanwhile, Madalina is nowhere to be found. Nobody has any idea where this little girl might be except for these two. And we know that they're not going to tell anybody what happened because they're going to be held responsible. But eventually I think that they're going to have the evidence that they need to make a serious arrest in this case and bring Madalina's disgusting ass mother and her stepfather to justice because in my opinion, they know what happened to Madalina and considering that the authorities have now named her a suspect. Well, they probably know a lot more than they're letting on, right? They probably have found some evidence that would lead them to believe that the narrative that's being pitched by Madalina's if you want to call her her mother and Christopher Pommeter is just a bunch of BS. And I don't think you have to be a great inspector to figure that out. Today's article is from the US Sun and the headline, shock twist, mom of missing Madalina Kojakari, 13 named a suspect in daughter's disappearance a month after being released from jail. Police say they will continue to search for Madalina until she is found. The author of this article is Cheyenne Ubeera. The mother of Madalina Kojakari, if you want to call her that, who was convicted of failing to report her then 11 year old daughter missing has been named a suspect in the girl's disappearance for the first time. And they're probably behind the scenes digging real deep here, right? They've probably unearthed some more information, some evidence and that leads them to believe that Diana Kojakari knows a lot more than she's letting on. And because of that, they have now named her somebody who is a suspect in the disappearance of her daughter, Madalina. And I don't think this comes as a great shock to anybody who's been following along. There is zero doubt that this woman Diana Kojakari knows what happened to her daughter. And hopefully very soon we all know Diana Kojakari 37 served 520 days in jail after being arrested in December of 2022 and walk free back in May. And once you walk free in May, I said, how is it possible they don't have any other charges that they could slapper with to hold her as? You mean to tell me that's all you folks came up with? But thankfully now, even if it's a few months too late, they're moving in a different direction and talking about this lady as if she was a suspect. Now, of course, the prosecutors and the sheriff's department, they can't just come out and say stuff like that, right? They don't want to take their investigation. But the rest of us knew everybody who has talked about this case knows the deal. I don't think there's anybody out there saying, Oh, you know what, Diana Kojakari, well, she got a raw deal. This lady didn't report her daughter missing for a month. Then she has the audacity to act like she has no idea what happened. Her daughter, Madalina now 13 was last seen getting off a school bus in Cornelius, North Carolina on November 21, 2022. However, her parents didn't report her missing for 21 days. Now how in the hell don't you know that your daughter is gone for 21 days? Is there anyone out there with children that wouldn't know that their kids gone? I don't have kids, but I'm guessing that if my daughter didn't come home from school, I'd be pretty worried, considering if I can't find my dog around the house I freak out. Yeah, I'd be pretty worried if my daughter didn't come home. Yet these two disgusting individuals didn't even bother calling the police and you want us to believe you have no idea what happened to Madalina. Madalina stepfather Christopher Pometer was also convicted of failing to report her missing and is currently serving a suspended sentence. The Cornelius police department has since shared a new flyer on social media asking for information on the girl's disappearance. Boy, that would be great, huh? Imagine we got some information that Madalina is alive and well and they rescue her? Boy, that would be something. Unfortunately, history tells us that stories like this don't have a happy ending. And people like her disgusting mother, Diana Kojikari, and this fraud-faced bastard Christopher Pometer, well, helicopters, volcanoes. Her mother, Diana Kojikari, is considered a suspect in her disappearance. The flyer shared on Tuesday Red. Along with a photo of Madalina, the flyer also had a photo of Diana Kojikari 37. Despite naming Kojikari as a suspect for the first time, the mother has no new charges. Diana Kojikari is Madalina's mother. She is considered a suspect in her disappearance and we remain focused and committed to finding Madalina, said Deputy Chief Jennifer Thompson in a statement. So that is pretty straightforward language. And when the authorities are using that kind of language about you, chances are they have the goods. Now, they might not have enough to prosecute here, but it looks like they're leaning towards that and eventually they're going to get there. Because if you think that Diana Kojikari and Christopher Pometer are these arch criminals that now have to cover their steps and not get caught, well, I think you're in for a rude awakening. And that goes double for Diana Kojikari and Christopher Pometer, because they're about to get slapped with some serious charges, in my opinion. And I think that when all is said and done, when the evidence is provided, we're all going to be disgusted by what we see. Madalina was only reported missing after school officials were sent to her home on December 12, 2022 to learn why she hadn't been in class. At the time, Diana Kojikari told police that she remembered putting her daughter to bed the night she went missing, but she was gone the following day. Kojikari said she waited to report Madalina missing to avoid getting into an argument with Pometer. Imagine this is your daughter we're talking about. There should be no hurdle and certainly no fear when it comes to keeping her safe. If that means giving up your own life, then so be it. That's what you signed up for when you became a parent. But we have this disgusting vile beast out here doing the complete opposite, not protecting her child, and instead protecting Frogface Pometer. The parents were arrested on December 17, 2022 for failing to report or missing. Madalina's grandmother, Rodica Kojikari, believes the girl was sold to traffickers by Pometer for $5 million. Yeah, where's the money? If he sold this kid for $5 million, where's the money at? They were held in his house like prisoners, Radaka told the US son in August of 2023. Lately, Pometer has been sedating them with drugs. Rodica claims that on the night, Madalina disappeared, Pometer handed her over to someone at the door. He's saying he doesn't know anything, but that's not true, Rodica added. However, Pometer has never been named a suspect in his stepdaughter's disappearance. Well, I'm sure that's coming. There's no way in hell that this dude didn't know something happened to this kid. You live there, you're responsible for her, and she doesn't go home from school. And that's that, nobody has anything to say about it, and we're supposed to just sit here and be like, "Oh, that's cool, that's normal parenting, stop it." Both of these scumbags know what's up. The question is, can the sheriff prove it? Drama continues. Earlier this month, Pometer filed for divorce from Kojikari, ending their eight-year marriage. The couple married on January 9, 2016, and had no children together. The reason for the split hasn't been revealed according to court documents obtained by ABC affiliate WSOC TV. The documents don't mention anything about Madalina, however. Other court records show that Kojikari wanted to leave Pometer with her daughter. And I keep hearing about her wanting to leave with Madalina, and that's great. She should have left, but when we look at all of the evidence, I have zero doubt that Diana knows what happened here. If she didn't know what happened and Christopher Pometer did what she said he did, don't you think she would have went to the police, or once she was in custody, and with Christopher in custody, don't you think she would have said something then? But no, she hasn't, right? Because my guess is, they were in on it together. Diana reveals her delusional fears to her cousin, and tells them that she has accumulated enough funds to live off of for two to three months, according to the docs. During his trial, Pometer testified that he believed Kojikari took Madalina somewhere with her Moldovan family. I believe Diana has tucked her away somewhere, where she's not going to be found. Pometer was found guilty last month after a jury deliberated for 15 minutes after a one week trial. He was sentenced to six to 17 months in prison, but received a suspended sentence after already having served 244 days in jail. What a beautiful country, huh? What a great justice system. Dude like this does 244 days in jail. Meanwhile, nobody has any idea where Madalina is, instead a judge sentenced him to 30 months of supervised probation. The US son has reached out to the Cornelius police department for comment. Well, you know, they're not going to be happy about it. They want this dude to be in prison, but at the same time, the sheriff is going about things the right way. He wants to make sure, and she wants to make sure that everything is locked in. They want to have all of their teas crossed, their eyes dotted, that way when they bring charges against both of these condemnable jerk offs, that those charges stick, and not only do they stick, they end up in a conviction. So I think as we see things progress here, we're going to hear about this happening as far as charges being slapped on both of them in the coming weeks and months. And hopefully we find out what happened to Madalina. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
