One of the most important people in Jeffrey Epstein's life was no doubt, Darren Indike. Not only was he Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer, but he was Jeffrey Epstein's confidant for all of those years. And now Darren Indike is being sued by two of Epstein's survivors, who say that he played a crucial role in the whole entire Epstein organization. And this is something that's been pointed out time and time again. I mean, it's nothing that's new. Denise George said the same thing. Let's go back and look at all of the information we learned down in the USVI and some of the allegations that were leveled down there. And we can go back even further than that. There have been allegations about Indike and Khan for how long. Now, of course, these are just allegations as of now. These guys have never really even sat for a deposition or anything like that. Not anything of substance. So none of this stuff has been proven in court or anything like that. But these allegations have been around forever. And now with these survivors, you know, engaging in this lawsuit, it's only a good thing, because the more transparency, obviously, the better. So today, we have an article from the Long Island press and the headline, Glenn Cove native helped Epstein cover up sex trafficking lawsuit claims. This article was authored by Timothy Bulger, an attorney originally from Glenn Cove, helped convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein operate an international sex trafficking ring that preyed on young women and girls, according to a new lawsuit filed by two of Epstein's victims. And again, this is something that I have expected for a long time. I have no idea how the FBI avoided a lawsuit for all these years, how the USVI avoided a lawsuit, and certainly how end I can con avoided a lawsuit considering everything that we've heard about them. And I'm just talking about court documents. Let's leave the hearsay to the side. Let's just talk about what's been said under oath. And if you're just going by what has been said under oath, there's a lot to go on. And I have no clue how end I can con ended up as executors in this whole entire ordeal, and not as, you know, defendants defending themselves from these allegations. Darren Indike, a Glenn Cove native, who was Epstein's attorney for two decades, was accused of helping build a complex financial infrastructure used to obscure the crimes from law enforcement. The victims claimed in a lawsuit filed on February 16th in a Manhattan federal court. And it was a long time coming. You have to think that Indike was expecting this anytime that you get your name brought up in the court documents, the way that this man had his name brought up. And I'm not just talking about allegations. I'm talking about what the law enforcement officials said about him. So it's always been bananas to me that this guy's been able to avoid real scrutiny, just like Sarah Kellen Vickers. You would think that there would be serious, serious repercussions for aiding and abetting a guy like Jeffrey Epstein. But I guess not. Don't get caught with some pot in your pocket, though. Indike provided the corporate structure cover up, which included creating sham marriages and a web of corporate entities designed to hide the criminal conduct, said Sigurd McCauley, managing partner at the Manhattan based law firm of boy Shiller Flexner, which is representing the plaintiffs in this case. Yo, David boys and Sigurd McCauley, they're trying to get that bag again, huh? They made like a cool $80 million or something like that with the JP Morgan lawsuit. So they're like, you know what, let's keep it rolling. The development comes after JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank last year reached a $290 million and $75 million settlement, respectively, to resolve lawsuits from victims who accused the banks of turning a blind eye to red flags and Epstein's finances. Epstein's ex girlfriend. Ex-girlfriend is it? You mean coke and spiritor general all around scuss bag and bipedal serpent. That's what you mean, right? Glenn Maxwell was convicted in 2021 of learning to his home girls that he then molested and was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison. Epstein, a financier, you mean pedophile, whose high-powered friends included former presidents killed himself in a Manhattan jail cell while awaiting trial five years ago, allegedly. The lawsuit, which seeks class action status, alleges conspiracy, negligence, gender motivated violence, participation in a sex trafficking venture, intentional infliction of emotional distress, obstruction of the enforcement of the Trafficking Victim Protection Act, and aiding, abetting, and facilitating battery. The plaintiffs are Danielle Bensky, who was an inspiring dancer at the time, she met Epstein and a second unidentified woman. And there's going to be, like I've said before, a lot of women that are unidentified. Prepare yourself for that. There's going to be a lot more that pop up. Also named as a defendant was Richard Kahn, Epstein's longtime accountant, who owns a home in water mill. He and endike are also executors of Epstein $634 million estate, which has paid out millions and settlements to his victims, but paid out more to the USVI, to the United States government, and to God knows who else, because the survivors, they certainly didn't back the brink struck up like they should have. These women should have pieced all this money up, split it evenly. But you know, that's not going to happen, because all these dirtbags have to wet their beak too. Knowing that they would earn millions of dollars in exchange for facilitating Epstein's abuse and trafficking, endike and Kahn, chose money and power over following the law, the lawsuit states. At each step, defendants denied and concealed their personal involvement in the Epstein enterprise to evade prosecution and civil liability from individuals. Nothing incorrect about that from what I've seen. Everything that we've talked about has led directly to endike and Kahn being not only just, you know, lawyers or accountants, but being right in the middle of all of it, from the sham marriages to hiding money, to this nonsense that we still see. Daniel Wiener, a lawyer for the men, denied the allegations which he said in a statement were baseless and legally frivolous, adding that they were surprised and disappointed by the suit. McCauley and her law partner, David Boyes, responded in a joint statement. If there was any surprise or disappointment, it was only that they were finally being held to account for their crimes after avoiding it for so long. And again, look, there is zero doubt in my mind that endycancon most certainly should be investigated. Does that mean that they're guilty? Well, we'll have to see. But my biggest problem throughout this whole entire thing is that there has not been a robust investigation. You can't just pick and choose who you're gonna investigate when you have a criminal conspiracy. Everybody's involved. If you've wet your beak at all, you're involved. And I don't care if it's your friend. I don't care who it is. The same rules that apply to the rest of us need to apply to people like this. Unfortunately, we all know that that's not the case. And there is definitely a, you know, two tier justice system at the least. And these people have a different set of rules that they must abide by. And we have rules that we have to abide by, you know, the actual laws that these scumbags put on the books, we have to abide by all of them. Pay your taxes, you get more than 600 bucks on PayPal through whatever, make sure you claim that. And hell, the IRS is out here telling you, if you're somebody who's involved in a listed activity, you better be claiming that money too. So they want their chunk, right? If you have a chicken and your neighbor has a duck, and you want to trade a chicken leg for a duck leg, the government wants their piece. Meanwhile, people like Darren Enthike and Richard Connor out here. And you know that there's stuff and money in their pockets hand over fifth. Do you think that they're declaring any of that money? How much of that money that they made from Epstein was declarable. And how much of it was given to him in a bag? How much of it was given to him under the table? My guess is a whole hell of a lot, because that's how Epstein operated. Unfortunately, we're never going to get to the bottom of that, because these scoundrels who are in charge of the DOJ, they refuse to use Rico. Imagine having a powerful tool at your disposal and refusing to use it for who knows what reason, and then expecting nobody to call you out on it. And all of these people who were so quick to jump on the bandwagon and go after Alex Acosta, where are you all at now? And all I heard during the last administration from people was how they were going to hold people accountable, this, that, the other thing. And guess what? None of that happened. So it was just more lip service. Like I always say, meet the new boss, same as the old boss, and all of these people that were trying to use this as a political cudgel. Well, now they want nothing to do with it, that they're in power, right? Oh, forget it. There's no more responsibility here. Nobody has to be held to account. This is all a conspiracy theory. When for the prior four or five years, they were, you know, at the forefront yelling and screaming about justice. But now that that justice isn't convenient politically, these people have disappeared. But if they thought they weren't going to get called out on a boy, or they mistaken. So all those people that were out here trying to use this as a cudgel, when they thought that it was politically expedient, well, they've all disappeared. Now that things have been exposed, and all of their faves have been called on the carpet. The good news is they can't hide the truth anymore. And the truth is starting to be revealed, and more people are starting to wake up to what that truth is. And the more people who understand what happened here, at more than a surface level, the better off society as a whole will be. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one.
