One thing that has remained constant since Brian Coburger's arrest is that when people talk about their relationship with Coburger in the past, they all say the same stuff when it comes to his feelings about women. And now in a new episode of Fox Nation, there's a friend of Brian Coburgers who's dropping a dime on Coburger's behavior from the time when this friend used to hang out with him. So let's just dive right into this article from Fox News, and let's see what this friend the Brian Coburgers has to say. Headline, Brian Coburger's former friend speaks out, tells Fox Nation murder suspect was frustrated towards women. Brian Coburger's middle school friend describes his frustrated feelings towards women tendency to get aggressive when drunk. This article was authored by Amanda Capelli. And all of that tracks with what we have learned previously, and when you look at the profile overall of Brian Coburger, it certainly does seem that he has problems with women. When you listen to what his students had to say, then you hear all these different stories from all the people that have known him throughout his life. What other conclusion are we to come to? Trials don't always dive into the psychology of what makes a killer a killer. Now former prosecutor and crime expert Nancy Grace aims to discover who Idaho murder suspect Brian Coburger really is in her new Fox Nation special, Brian Coburger, I am blank. Now look, I'm not a gigantic fan of Nancy Grace at all. And a lot of that for me has to do with the whole Tottmom stuff. But what I will say is, she does dig into some of these topics and get some information that we might not have had otherwise. So I'll definitely tip my cap to her for that. But the whole entire Tottmom or deal turned me off to Nancy Grace and her programming. Nancy Grace revisited Coburger's middle school days in the Nancy Grace Investigates exclusive during which guests from the Idaho quadruple murder suspects passed sit down on camera for the first time. And it's always good to get some insight from people who knew Brian Coburger or anybody that we're talking about because it helps provide more context to the situation overall. And for me, context is the key. How are you going to understand any of this stuff if it's out of context? Coburger's former friend, Jack Bayless, told Fox Nation that the two would often discuss women and how they felt frustrated with the dating scene. Bayless said women would ghost them an online phenomenon where users are ignored with little to no explanation. Well, you have to actually be talking to somebody before they ghost you. And I'm guessing most women that Brian Coburger was contacting were not swiping right. Clinical police and forensic psychologist, Dr. Chris Mohand he weighs in explaining that frustration is a common feeling for in cells or involuntary celibate, often online young men. And there's been a lot of talk about Coburger being an in cell. And when you read all these accounts and you hear from all these people that knew him and you hear about how much he sustained women or at the very least dislike them. What are we supposed to think? What are we supposed to take from that? And then, to find out all these years later, that he's alleged to have killed three women and one man? Yeah, I would say that where there's some smoke, there's probably some fire. Three of the four victims that Coburger allegedly killed were women. All were University of Idaho students, stabbed to death in November of 2022. Coburger was arrested on four counts of first degree murder and one count of felony burglary while studying toward a PhD in criminology. And of course, the fact that he was an educated guy who was studying for his PhD has just added to the mystery surrounding this whole entire thing. Why would a guy that's at this level and almost achieving his dreams do something like this? That's the question that I think everybody wants answered. Why did this happen? Coburger's trial is on pause after attorneys waved his right to a speedy trial. They said they needed more time to create a defense. The Fox Nation special also shows that Coburger would message his friend that he's been depressed for so long. He developed a weird sense of meaning. The friend also offered that Coburger would get aggressive when drunk and that his friends would have to hide his car keys. Additionally, Bayley suggested Coburger would do other sketchy drugs. Now we know that he had a heroin addiction and allegedly he had kicked that heroin addiction previously, but other sketchy drugs, we really haven't heard too much about that. Coburger reportedly kicked a heroin addiction before pursuing his criminal justice degree. He also faced charges in 2014 for trying to sell his sister's iPhone, allegedly while abusing heroin at just 19 years old. And that's a pretty common thing to occur. He has a drug addiction. They're living with their family or whoever. They'll steal something and try and sell it to get those drugs. And it doesn't matter that it's a family member or somebody that they love. The drugs are that powerful. Despite the revelations, Nancy Grace told America's Newsroom Tuesday that any alleged alcohol or drug use will likely not be used as a defense in his trial. Now why would it? Oh, he was drunk at the time. So what? Nobody told him to drink that beer. Oh, he was high at the time. So what? Nobody told him to shoot heroin? So that, as a defense, is ridiculous on a team. I'm Victoria Cash. Thanks for calling the Lucky Land Hotline. If you feel like you do the same thing every day, press 1. One victim's father, Steve Gonsalves, told Fox News Digital last week that Coburger is receiving special treatment in jail. He said, "I've been informed that his pretrial privileges, like his five suits, video, and computer special treatment, and his vegan meals, are unprecedented in the history of Idaho." And we've heard reports, obviously, now from the sheriff's office in NewsNation that said that those reports about Coburger getting special treatment are untrue. And obviously I can't confirm one way or the other, who's telling the truth here, but my guess is it's somewhere in the middle. This is such a high-profile case that the state of Idaho and the prison system in Idaho, they don't want to take the chance of causing an issue or creating a stir. The sheriff did not respond to a request for comment. Gonsalves' daughter, Kaylee Gonsalves, was found dead alongside her lifelong best friend and housemate, Madison Mogan, in the latter's third-floor bedroom at their rental house on King Road just steps off the college campus. On the second floor, police found their housemate, Zanna Kernodle, and her boyfriend, Ethan Chapin, and all four had been stabbed to death, according to the county coroner. And in the wake of the coroner coming out and talking about what happened, there was some thought that the coroner was giving more information than they should have been giving. And the same was said about the autopsy. So there has been a lot of contention from the very beginning when it comes to Brian Coburger, and it comes to this case. We know that Steve Gonsalves, the father of Kaylee, has had a contentious relationship with the authorities in Moscow from the very beginning. And that doesn't seem like it has changed throughout this whole entire investigation. Coburger has been held without bail at the Laita County Jail in Moscow, Idaho since January. And now that he waved his right to a speedy trial, that stay is certainly going to be extended, because we're going to have a ways to go here as they figure everything out as we move forward to try and get to a destination that includes a concrete trial day. And all of that is going to hinge on the decisions made by judge judge in these upcoming hearings. So we know that the hearing on Friday was postponed, and it was postponed because there was an illness. Now we still haven't heard anything about that illness as far as who was sick or what led to this getting postponed. But one thing's for sure, somebody was sick. And because of that, the proceedings have now been delayed until October 26. And even though it's delayed, that doesn't mean that other things aren't happening. It's just that set of proceedings and that hearing for those certain arguments. Other things are happening behind the scenes, and there are certainly other arguments being heard by the judge. And that's why it's so important to stay one step ahead with those court documents and trying to stay on top of them, because they provide us with a blueprint, in a case, with a lot of secrecy. So if you stay on top of those court documents, you can really keep an eye on what's going on as far as which way things are trending and what to expect inside of the courtroom. Now it's not a full on look behind the curtain, but it certainly offers us a blueprint to follow along with. And I'll tell you what, it has been a very valuable tool to help keep things in perspective here as far as the investigation. And as long as that gag order remains over this case, the court documents will continue to provide a blueprint to what's going on behind the scenes. And you can guarantee that we're going to continue to dive into those court documents as they come out. As far as co-burger being an incel, look, your guess is as good as mine. I don't know. I'm not a psychologist. I've never sat down with the dude. Never talk to him. But all of the signs are there. And if everybody keeps telling us that he is the people that knew him, and especially when you roll that all up with what he's accused of, I would say that there's a good possibility that psychologically speaking, Brian Kohlberger could be classified as an incel. One thing I can guarantee you is that he's a suspected murderer and he's going to face 12 jurors for his alleged crimes. And we're going to be there every step of the way.
