Arrests Have Been Made In The Murder Of Jocelyn Nungaray (6/21/24)

Authorities in Houston have announced that they have arrested two men Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, who was fitted with an ankle bracelet by border patrol when crossing the border and then being released into the populace and Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, who was also detained but released by border patrol agents.

The two of them are now charged with murdering Jocelyn Nungaray and now her family and the nation as a whole is demanding sweeping changes be enacted at the border, however, like usual, the big shots in D.C. have other ideas.

Meanwhile, over 53,000 people who should be monitored by the government, are walking amongst us, in a city near you.

On today's episode, we're gonna spin back down to Houston, and we're gonna get caught up on what's going on with the murder of Jocelyn Nungare, and the two disgusting piece of shit animals that have been taken into custody who are the ones that are responsible according to the authorities. And wouldn't you know it, just as we speculated yesterday, one of these gentlemen at least was in the country illegally, and not only that, he was caught coming across the border and was released back into the populace. So when you talk about border security, and you talk about the shit show that's going on down there at the border, and especially with this stupid-ass catch-and-release program that these idiots are using, it's a recipe for disaster, and we see it time and time again, and to reiterate, look, not everybody that's coming to this country, even illegally, is somebody that's coming here to hurt people or commit crime or whatever it might be, but we can't ignore the fact that there's a lot of bad people that are trying to get into this country for numerous reasons. And then you see situations like what we're seeing here down in Houston, and if you think people aren't gonna be pissed off and people aren't gonna have some questions, you're crazy. And if you're one of these people who automatically thinks that anyone talking about immigration or border security is some kind of like right-wing bigot, check yourself. There's a lot of nuance here, there's a lot of gray area that needs to be discussed, and it needs to be discussed in a intelligent, responsible, mature manner. And that means going into places and corners that might be dark that people don't want to talk about, but border security is a topic that needs to be discussed, it needs to be addressed, and so far, we haven't seen anything even close to that happening. And because of this, we see situations like Lake and Riley, Rachel Morin, and now, we can also tragically add little Jocelyn to that list. This article was published by the Daily Mail and the headline, "A legal migrant charged with murdering Jocelyn Nungare, 12, was released into the U.S. just weeks ago. Texas girl was found raped and strangled in a creek." This article was authored by Dominic Yeetman and Bethan Sexton. Two men charged with the murder of 12-year-old Texas girl are migrants from Venezuela who were released into the country despite being intercepted by border agents. So you can say whatever you want, right? You can try and put a little bit of lipstick on this pig and try and defend the Biden administration by saying that this is an ongoing problem and no administration has addressed it correctly. And you'd be right about that. But guess what, who's in charge right now? And where does the buck stop? So anybody out here who wants to act like Biden and his policies aren't involved in this? Well, they're crazy. They are. And this is a direct result of catch and release, one of the most ridiculous, stupidest ideas we've ever had. Franklin, José Pena Ramos, 26, was fitted with a GPS ankle monitor by an immigration's custom enforcement agent after he crossed at El Paso in Texas on May 28th. But he had cut it off by the time the pair were arrested for killing Jocelyn Nungare. Johann José Rangel Martinez, 21, was also released after being intercepted by border agents on March 14th, little more than three months before Jocelyn's body was found floating in a creek near her Houston home on Monday. So who do you blame for that? You can sit here all day and yell and scream until you're red in the face about this, that or the other thing. But these policies right here, catch and release adult males back into the population. What's the point of that? Why are they coming to America anyway? You're showing up here without any kids, you're showing up here without your wife, and you expect to be let in? Well, with the current administration, I guess that's an affirmative. But in reality, none of these people should be let in when we're talking about male migrants showing up here by themselves, unless they can show that they're looking for some kind of sanctuary. They're running away from some sort of politically motivated violence, you know, something like that. Then cool, I'm all about sanctuary, right? But go through the process, do it the right way. You know, like my family did when they came here, probably a decent idea. And I also get fired up when people try to equate the Italian-American experience as far as immigration to what we're seeing right now. Italian people came to this country, and for the most part did it the right way. And not only that, they wanted to become Americans so bad that during World War II, there wasn't another migrant group in this country that signed up in the numbers that the Italian-American signed up in to go to World War II. And who are they fighting against? You want to refresh my memory? Oh, that's right, the mother country, Italy. So, look, not every immigration experience is the same, right? And what's going on now? Not everybody, look, let's be clear. There's a lot of people here, and I would say the vast majority of people that are coming here are coming here for the right reasons. But there's a lot of fuckery, and there's a lot of screwing around, and there's a lot of beating the system and gaming the system and no repercussions for doing so. So, if that's the case, and it's a free-for-all, what do you think the rest of the world says and sees? And then what do you think's going to happen? That's right, all of those people are paying attention, and they see these people getting released into society with no restrictions. So, they're going to come here too, and if you think that our enemies around the world aren't paying attention, you're wrong. They most certainly are, and they're looking for any sort of entry to exploit that border. Ramos told agents he planned to live with his cousin in Houston, but the tracker was only set to monitor his movements for 21 days, and he was sharing an apartment with Martinez when he was arrested. Both men were charged with capital murder on Thursday, and investigators are awaiting the results of tests to confirm whether Jocelyn was raped as well as murdered. I'm going to say, unfortunately, that there's a good chance of that happening, huh? Why else would they kill her? I'm sure it wasn't just, "Oh, there's a little girl, let's kill her." There was another element to it, right? Another sicko, degenerate piece of garbage-ass element where these two animals, these monsters, decided they were going to not only kill this little girl, but also assault her before doing so. So keep that in mind if you have any sympathy for these pieces of shit or people like them. Ramos was released into the country after telling officials that he feared for his life if he was sent back to his home country. And if so, you need to be taken into a holding facility where they can run you, process you, and figure out what's what. You can't just show up at the border and talk about, "Oh, I'm here seeking asylum" with no sort of evidence, especially as a man, a 21-year-old man. Here's an idea you fucking coward. Go back to your own country, fight for it, and make it a better place. Instead of fucking bouncing, like the punk bitch you are to come to America to rape people and kill people. Sorry as bitch-ass cowards. His discarded ankle monitor was found on Wednesday, News Nation reported. More than 7.4 million migrants have been released on a non-detained docket after encounters with border patrol officers. None of that's cool. None of that's good. None of that's a good idea. Do you think they're going deep on these people that they're talking to and releasing? Obviously not. So they're getting a surface level of information from these people, and whatever they tell them they're taking as, you know, the truth? I guess if you want to have a country filled with people who want to rape and kill little girls, that's the way to go about it. But the rest of us? Well, we'd like a little bit of security, please. Especially those of us that are within, oh I don't know, 300-400 miles of the border? Probably a good idea. They are offered court appearance dates to decide if they're asylum requests sometimes years in the future. The basis on which Martinez was released has not yet been revealed, but Ramos was one of more than 184,000 enrolled into the alternatives to detention program for closer monitoring after raising suspicions at border encounters. Encounters plural? How many encounters do this dude have? This is absolutely ridiculous, man. This is just unbelievable, it's undefendable, and anybody that tries to defend it, well you're a demagogue. Straight up, you're somebody who cares more about politics than you're fellow citizens, because this should be terrifying everybody, and I don't care what political party you're a part of. They're fitted with GPS monitors that are required to regularly phone call systems that use voice recognition to confirm their identity. Ramos, who was discovered crossing the border among a large group of migrants, was reportedly given a notice to appear at a court in San Antonio on August 29th. ICE was aware of at least 617,607 criminal aliens, not subject to detainment orders, and free to reoffend the House Judiciary Committee concluded in March, and that's okay. As long as you're sacrificing it on the altar of politics, right? It's okay. God forbid you give the other side some points. Agents can do little if migrants abscond from the program and remove their ankle bracelets, and more than 53,000 are known to have disappeared between 2014 and 2020. Venezuelan gang member Diego Ibada was placed on the program, but cut off his ankle bracelet and disappeared in April of 2023. He was only arrested 10 months later, while police were hunting for his brother, Jose, over the murder of Georgia nursing student, Lake and Riley. Police had issued images of two persons of interest, seen with Jocelyn hours before her death after she had snuck out of her home around 10 p.m. on Sunday night. Officers said the suspects, who lived in the same block as the girl, bumped into the pre-teen and walked with her to a convenience store. She called her 13-year-old boyfriend from the convenience store at around midnight that night. He reported, hearing her talking to two adults, Houston Mayor John Whitmire, announced at a news conference on Tuesday. Her body was found by passerby Billy Jackson shortly after 6 a.m. on Monday morning in a shallow creek. Speaking to ABC 13, Jackson said, "I drove past and when I looked up the creek, I thought it was a mannequin. I did a U-turn and I stopped on the bridge, put my flashers on, looked down and realized it was someone. I parked right here and called 911 immediately." Her grieving mother, Alexis Nungri, is now struggling to process what has happened. "It's like it's not even real," she told, click to Houston. "I keep hearing everything and I hear it and it's not registering." She recalled telling her daughter on Sunday not to stay up too late, as she was joining her at work the next day. Those would be the last word she ever spoke to her daughter. By 3 a.m. on Monday, Alexis said, "She had noticed Jocelyn's cat was going crazy, but assumed the cat was with her daughter, who always slept with her pet at night." It wasn't until she woke up at 6 a.m. and started her normal routine to wake up her five-year-old son and Jocelyn that she noticed her daughter was missing. Alexis also said that she does not know why Jocelyn snuck out of the house, though she noted that she has struggled in recent months with her mental health. "I don't know what possessed her to walk around late at night in this area out of all places," Alexis said. "I always told her to never leave the house, never leave unattended, always be safe. There's people around here that are crazy. I don't think she ever thought it would face her." She and other family members have described the pre-teen as a loving and caring child. Her uncle, Joamelle, said, "Joce was a smart, loving, nurturing young lady. She brightened up the room every time she came by and was loved by everyone around." Alexis also described her as the greatest friend, who was very goofy. She said her aspirations for life. Alexis said, "She loved everyone. She was so kind." Alexis said she suspects the two men, either live in the apartment complex or may have walked to the store from a nearby state park. "I want karma to hit them. I'm angry," Alexis added. "They took advantage of her. She's so young. She's 12. I want justice. I want whoever has seen them to please call the police. They took my baby away." And look, helicopters and volcanoes are too humane for these dudes. Maybe feed these dudes to like some polar bears or something. And when I tell you folks I'm at the end of my rope here and I have zero patience for this shit. I mean it. I have had enough of the bullshit. I've had enough of the violent criminals, our own, and the ones that are imported. And every single time we turn around there's another story that we have to talk about that includes some violent disgusting animal who thinks it's okay to hurt other people. And then to hear that that very person was captured by border patrol and released back out into society? Who do you all responsible for that? Oh you can say it's a coincidence and you could say well there's a lot of violence here already from people who live here and you would be right about that. But let's not fake the funk. The fact is this dude was here illegally, this dude snuck in, border patrol had him in their custody and because of the policy by the current administration he was released back out into society and he ended up raping possibly and killing this little girl. So those are the facts okay? And if you want to be political about it, you want to be offended by it, that's on you. But the reality is this, this family lost this little girl and the policies that are in place at the border failed to protect this young lady from this violent disgusting animal. And considering we just read that over 53,000 of these sorts of folks who were caught at the border and then released into society with an ankle bracelet, cut that ankle bracelet off, how many of them have found their way to a city near you. That's going to do it for this one. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
