According to reports, the German authorities say that they have the man that they say is responsible for killing Madeline McCann and Kidnappinger in their custody. He's a man named Christian Bruckner, and he is now saying that the German police, they're trying to frame him, and according to him, they're hitting him with all kinds of charges in hopes that he ends up cracking. Now, do I believe that the German police are trying to set this guy up? I do not. Why would they try and set this man up? What would they gain from that? That's a little ridiculous. And it's something that we see from a lot of these convicts who are basically cooked. How many times do we see people who are already in prison, who have already been convicted by a jury of their peers, come out and say, "Oh, yeah, well, the system, they're setting me up. The cops, they set me up." No, nobody sets you up. You're just a sick, disgusting pervert, even if you're not involved in Maddie McCann, you're a sick and disgusting pervert for the other shit you were involved in and convicted of. But he is saying that he's being set up and that the German police, they really don't have anything. So let's get into this article from the Daily Mail, and let's see what's what. Headline, "Madeline McCann suspect Christian Bruckner says German police are trying to frame him for multiple crimes and hopes he will crack and confess." This article was authored by Chris Matthews. "Madeline McCann suspect Christian Bruckner claims German police are trying to frame him for multiple crimes and the hope he will crack and confess. Bruckner 45 is already serving a seven-year prison sentence for raping an elderly woman in Portugal in 2005, a seven-year prison sentence that's all you get for raping an elderly woman. I think that if you rape anybody, never mind an elderly woman, it should be a little more than seven years, no? That's crazy. That's less time than people get for illegal gambling or "wire fraud," which is a pretty vague charge, by the way. He said police were trying to make him confess to a string of other crimes so he can escape from his mental torture. Yo, mental torture is what you did to the people you hurt. What you're going through, that's called punishment and justice, my friend. That's what people like you should be eating heaps of. But unfortunately, scumbags like you only get seven years. We need to go back and look at those laws, and if you're getting nailed for rape, and when I say we, I mean the Western world, this is crazy. Seven years. Bruckner spent many years in Portugal, including in the resort of Praya de Luz, around the time of Madeleine's disappearance in 2007, but denies any involvement and has not been charged, though he remains under investigation on suspicion of her murder. So this is the guy that they have pinpointed, and this is the person that they say is responsible. However, we haven't seen any evidence that really points in that direction yet, besides what they have said. So who knows what they're working with as far as behind the scenes, but this is the person that they say is responsible. What I say is this either way, even say he has nothing to do with this. He's still a disgusting degenerate piece of garbage. Anyone who will rate people and destroy lives like this, certainly deserves a lot more punishment than what this guy got. In a letter from prison obtained by the Mirror, the convicted German rapist wrote, "There is no evidence at all that I committed any of these crimes. No DNA, nothing. The prosecution are trying to trap me and hope that I will capitulate under the mental pressure." They hope that I will just say yes to everything, which will give me a chance to escape from this mental torture. Will it though? I mean, if he admits to everything, wouldn't he be treated more harshly and put into a more restrictive holding facility? I don't really know how prison works in Germany. It's just my guess. I would think that they have, you know, a high security facility there. Now I know that over in Europe, things are a little bit different, but a guy like this certainly doesn't deserve any kind of arts and craft hour. German prosecutor Hans Christian Walters said Matty is dead and he is 100% sure Bruckner is the culprit. He said investigators are working solely on the investigation. Last month Bruckner was charged with a string of sex crimes, but none of them relates to the disappearance of the British girl. And this is what I'm talking about the other crimes that he's committed. Now obviously we all want closure in the Matty McCann case and we want to know who did this and so her family can, you know, start to pick the pieces up. But even if he wasn't involved, all of these other crimes make him an absolute piece of trash that should be serving a lot more than seven years. Bruckner was named as the man responsible for Madeleine's May 2007 abduction two years ago by German police, sparking worldwide media attention. And when this news broke then and they were telling us about the extensive level of this man's criminal history, I thought then that he should have been in prison forever. Until last month, no charges had been brought and the investigation had failed to positively link him to Madeleine despite prosecutors giving the heartbreaking news. They had concrete evidence the little girl was dead and that Bruckner was the culprit. Now I wonder what that evidence is. You have Bruckner here saying that they have no evidence that they have nothing to tie him to these to this murder or to this kidnapping. Whereas we hear from the investigator that that's not the case that they do have evidence. And when you hear one of these investigators prosecutors saying that they're 100% sure that somebody did it, well, I am inclined to believe that they have information that I don't at the very least. So I'm willing to listen to what they have to say. German investigators charged him on October 11th with five offenses between 2000 and 2017 when Bruckner was traveling between his native Germany and Portugal. They include the rapes of two unknown women in Portugal, the rape of a 20 year old Irish woman in 2004, the sexual abuse of a 10 year old German girl in April of 2007 on a Portuguese beach close to where Madeleine vanished just a month a month later and another sexual abuse case in 2017 again in Portugal. So can somebody please explain to me how this guy is only getting seven years? I think a zero should be put after that seven. All of these things that he was involved in and he's only sitting in there for seven. Bruckner's lawyer is Frederick Fulcher said the new charges had come as a complete surprise to him and his client and said they were based on dubious witnesses and on video evidence that no one has been able to find. That doesn't make sense. My guess is the investigators would have that video evidence, right? If they're using it as a basis to say that Bruckner's the man who did this, then they're going to have to have the evidence to back that up. The charges in relation to the rapes of the two unknown women come after police were told about a video recording of Bruckner allegedly attacking them. Hell gay Bouchinga and Manfred Seffrith, two key witnesses and former friends of Bruckner's, are said to have stolen the camera with the recording on it from the German's house near Prya de Luz on Portugal's Algarve Coast. In the footage, which has since disappeared, they described how an elderly woman and a young girl are raped by a man who they identify as Bruckner. Alright, well, that's a little light, honestly. If we're being honest and calling it fair and correct, they're going to have to have more than that to get a conviction. Now, you have two witnesses here that say they saw this and that's pretty strong stuff, right? But unless the video exists, then the defense can punch holes in that. The charges brought against Bruckner include a rape said to have taken place sometime between December 28th, 2000 and April 8th, 2006 on an unknown woman aged between 70 and 80 years old. He is said to have tied the woman up and raped her in the bedroom of her holiday apartment and hit her with a whip while filming her ordeal. What a sick, disgusting animal. Who does this? On another day between the same dates, he is accused of raping an unknown 14-year-old German, speaking girl at his home and pried the loose in a similar way, allegedly tying her up and videotaping the act. In June, 2004, the defendant allegedly gained access at night to the apartment of a then 20-year-old woman from Ireland via the balcony and pried the roaches. The sleeping woman was then awakened by the mass suspect at nightpoint and raped. The accused is also alleged to have filmed large parts of the attack with a video camera he had brought. So I'm guessing they have some of these other videos would be my guess. Now do I know that for sure? I do not folks, but it seems to be a safe assumption that they have something to go on here. In April 2007, the defendant allegedly ambushed the 10-year-old German girl playing on the beach at Salima in the district of Faro and Portugal, wearing only shoes and otherwise naked. He allegedly forced her to watch him perform a sex act. This guy should have been tossed into the ocean then. Tie his hands up, tie his feet up, throw him in the ocean and let the sharks have some dinner. Ten years later, he is said to have carried out a similar crime at a playground in Portugal. Prosecutors say the girl ran to her father for help and the suspect was arrested by Portuguese police at the scene. Under German law, German nationals accused of crimes in other countries can be tried in their home country. Investigators believe the 45-year-old also killed Madeleine, then three after abducting her from a holiday apartment in Preya de la Luz, Portugal on May 3, 2007. However, he has not been charged with her disappearance. Bruckner, who has reportedly denied any involvement in the case, was identified as a suspect in the McCann case by Portuguese officials in June 2020. So there's a quick update on the man that they say killed Madeleine McCann and on his comments about how he's being set up and how he had nothing to do with this and how he's just such an innocent man. Meanwhile, his history and the crimes that he's committed in the past tell a completely different story. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one.
