As the dust begins to settle about the bombshell arrest in the Delphi Murders, there are still plenty of questions that need to be answered. One of those questions is: Did Richard Allen work alone or were other people involved in the brutal slaying of the two young girls? With the mystery surrounding the arrest warrant and the sealed files, it seems that there is something else going on beneath the surface. So, as we await some concrete information from the authorities, we will continue to take a look at all of the people who have been tied to the case by law enforcement leading up to the arrest of Richard Allen.

As we continue to try and wade our way through, what went down in Delphi, Indiana and what happened to Abby and Libby, one of the names that has popped up consistently from the very beginning honestly, has been Ronald Logan, a man who passed away, but it was his property where the girls were found. So I thought that we'd take a little time and we'd add Ron Logan to the catalog so that everybody knows all of the players on the stage here. So let's dive into this article from Heavy and let's get caught up. Headline, Ronald Logan, Delphi murders case described in a warrant. This article was authored by Jessica McBride and it was published on May 22nd of 2022. Ronald Logan is now a deceased farmer who owned the land where two girls named Abigail Williams and Liberty German were murdered near Delphi, Indiana and the search warrant reveals new details about the crime. So remember, Ronald Logan was the guy that they were zeroing in on. He was the guy that they had in their crosshairs from Jump Street. And he was the guy that was allegedly the one responsible according to a lot of people. The warrant's existence was first revealed by the murder sheet podcast host, Anya Cain and Kevin Greenley. I'm not necessarily convinced that Ron Logan was involved in this. Some of the circumstantial evidence against him is intriguing and should absolutely be looked at. Cain told Inside Edition, "Well certainly anyone who might have been involved and especially if these bodies were found on your property, you have to be talked to at the very least brought in for questioning." Over the years other names have emerged in connection with the homicides. Anyone who died on January 24, 2022 was never arrested or charged with the murders. The two girls had gone for a walk on an old railroad bridge along a monon-hybridged trail near Delphi, Indiana on February 13, 2017 when they were murdered. Authorities previously released a short video and audio of a man they encountered on the trail, but the killer has never been identified, well until now, as we all know. Richard Allen is the man that they have fingered as of now, but there has been all of the suspicion around Ronald Logan and considering that they haven't unsealed the case file. I think that it is a worthwhile trip to come back down this road and take a look at everybody who might have been involved. One had owned the property where the girls' bodies were found for 50 years according to FOX 59. Here's what you need to know. 1. The warrants sought to search Logan's farm saying the girls' bodies were moved and staged, and this is where we get the moved and staged part. We talk about what happened that day and the person who did this, and you have to have all of the information that's available, right, to build a profile on who this could possibly be, and if somebody is moving and staging bodies without proper context, that sounds like somebody who has done this before and has a pattern for what they do. Or is it moving and staging bodies such as moving them from the original spot where the girls were killed and placing them there so suspicion is on this man? That could be it. Again, we'll have to wait for more context. Each TV confirmed the authenticity of the March 17, 2017 search warrant, which was filed just over a month after the girls' bodies were discovered. It says the bodies were moved and staged and that a large amount of blood was lost by the victims at the crime scene. Because of the nature of the victims' wounds, it is nearly certain that the perpetrator of the crime would have gotten blood on his person or clothing, so that's interesting. Did a piece of this clothing get found by the police when they raided Richard Allen's house? Probably not all of these years later, but who knows? They said that he took a souvenir, so is a souvenir a piece of this clothing, and was that how they were able to forensically trace it back to him? Very, very possible. According to the Wish TV, citing the search warrant, two articles of clothing from one of the girls was missing from the scene, leading authorities to believe they may have been taken as a souvenir. So people who take souvenirs usually have done this before. If you're looking at it from a profile standpoint and from what the commonality is usually, you usually have people who take souvenirs, staged bodies that shows you that they have some sort of proclivity that they're trying to fulfill here. And when they do that, it's for a reason usually. So that's why I'm a little hesitant to rule out that this dude has done it before, if it is Richard Allen. Whoever killed these girls certainly looks like Richard Allen, by the way, but whoever did it, have they done it before? I think that's a question that at some point has to be asked. The warrant sought to search Logan's property. He owned the land where the bodies were found. During the Fox 59, the warrant indicated data from Logan's cell phone showed it was near Delphi near the murder scene that afternoon and was likely outside and in the proximity of the scene. So there's a lot, right? There's a lot that pins this dude to, at the very least, being near where these crimes were committed. Now, Devil's advocate, he lived on the property where the girls were found. So of course, his cell phone is going to ping, but he said he was somewhere else too. The warrant says Logan's alibi didn't hold up. According to the warrant, Logan said that he had an alibi. He was driven to a Lafayette Aquarium store on February 13th, around the time the girls vanished. But agents wrote that these statements were found to be factually false and intentionally designed to deceive law enforcement officers. Well, isn't that interesting? He asked a cousin to tell that false story before the bodies were discovered, the warrant says, according to WishTV, which quotes it as saying, "I believe there is probable cause to believe that Ronald Logan has committed the crime of murder and evidence of that can be found on Ronald Logan's property." According to Fox 59, Logan asked the family member to say they had returned home between 5 p.m. and 5.30 p.m., but a receipt showed he checked out at 5.21 p.m., about 30 minutes from his home. WishTV reported that the station interviewed Logan about the alibi before his death. He said, "Monday afternoon, I was in Lafayette Aquarium world getting tropical fish for my aquarium, so when I came home, one of the neighbors asked for permission to come back here and search for the missing girls, and that's the first time I heard anything about it. So I fooled with my tropical fish the whole time the search was going on Monday night, but then they didn't find them around Tuesday until noon or one or whatever it was." So there's a lot of questions that need to be answered about this "Logan" character as well. Why are you giving false alibis? The girls are found on your property. But when the FBI executed the search warrant, they didn't find enough evidence to link him to these murders to arrest him. 3. Logan's voice was not inconsistent with that of the person in the video, the warrant says, "Abby and Libby were murdered after going for a hike near an old bridge in February of 2017. They were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail Fox 59 reported, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails." Authorities have released two crime scene sketches of a possible suspect, one in which he looks far younger than the other. They also released Snapchat video from Libby's phone of a man walking on a bridge toward the girls before they were killed. Libby also captured audio of his voice saying, "Down the hill," according to WRTV. How exactly they died has not been released by authorities. In the intervening years, people have been investigated as suspects with nothing coming of it. Now, did Ron Logan and Richard Allen have any kind of relationship? I think that's a worthy pathway to explore as well. As well as if they had a relationship with that Keegan Kleinfella. Every single person whose name has been brought up in this, they have to just be absolutely aired out. Because with all of the other uncertainty surrounding this, as far as things still being sealed, there is a whole lot still going on. And the cauldron is still bubbling. Before he died, Logan was charged with a probation violation for driving with a suspended license and an FBI agent stated, "In the warrant, that Logan's voice is not inconsistent with that of the person in the video," the Wish TV article states. The full video has never been released to the public. The warrant says it's 43 seconds long. The girls were followed by the suspect on the Monon High Bridge Trail in Delphi, according to the warrant. You just cannot believe this terrible thing happened to the community and the families actually happened here on my property, in my backyard. Logan told Inside Edition in 2017, "The program asked them to repeat the infamous lines down the hill." Logan, who died of COVID-19, was accused of being violent with women, reports say. And look, anytime you have those accusations hanging over your head and there's people who get hurt women, people are going to look at you sideways. According to Inside Edition, Ron Logan died of COVID-19. Fox 59 also obtained the search warrant and wrote that it says an FBI agent believed Logan's physical build appeared to be consistent with that of the man seen on the video. Well, in hindsight, when I look at that video now and I look at Richard Allen, it looks like it's a spot-on banger for me. Now that might be my own subconscious bias wanting it to be him so that we get justice here for these girls. But looking at it from a sobered perspective and stuffing bias, it certainly looks like Richard Allen to me, much more than this Ron Logan guy. Women told authorities that Logan had been violent with them in the past and they believed he was the suspect. He possessed handguns and knives, the station reported. Now just because you possess handguns and knives that don't make you a murderer. Previously authorities were looking into a catfish social media account. Previously a catfish social media account came under scrutiny of authorities. Keegan Klein is the man who was accused of being behind the catfish social media account, Anthony shots, according to a search warrant filed in Indiana. Now here's the thing, are all of these people connected somehow? Were they all trading these disgusting pictures and part of the same community? Now I don't know, but it's certainly worthy of exploration. Wish TV posted the search warrant in a story that identified Klein as the man authorities say was behind the account. His full name is Keegan Anthony Klein. That news comes after detectives investigating the Delphi murders of the Abigail Williams and Liberty German, who were slain in Indiana, asked the public for information on the online profile named Anthony shots. In a Facebook post and YouTube video on December 6th of 2021, Indiana State Police Lafayette District released information about the profile. They are seeking information from anyone who had contact with Anthony shots, an Instagram account that is still active in that name. They did not name the man behind the account. So look, this could all be connected or it could all be a coincidence. We just simply, we just don't know. And that's why you have to look at all angles and not discount anything yet. The police say the page was an elaborate catfish that used fake profiles with a model picture to contact juvenile females to solicit nude images. Police have not accused Keegan Klein of involvement in the Delphi murders. In a Facebook post on December 6th, 2021, Indiana police investigating the long dormant Delphi murder case revealed they are investigating the Anthony shots profile. This sparked a round of fervent online discussion on the case because authorities have rarely sought information on the case recently. So again, you have all of this movement that starts up, you have the wheels starting to turn all around this Keegan Klein guy, all around Ron Logan. And then eventually we get to Richard Allen. Investigators will like any individual that communicated with, met or attempted to meet the Anthony shots profile to contact law enforcement by utilizing the tip email phone number, Abby and Libby tip at CACOSHRF.COM or 765-822-3535. For example, when you communicate with Anthony shots, how you communicated with the profile, what social media applications the account used, and if Anthony shots attempted to meet you or obtain your address. If you have saved images or conversations with the Anthony shots profile, please attach them to your email. At record show, Klein was charged with a series of felonies and a still pending case in Indiana in August of 2020. There is a hearing in the case on December 16, 2021. As of November 18, 2021, he was still listed as being in custody in the court records. Well there's a little bit more about some of the other players here and how this whole thing was brewing underneath the surface before they announced this big arrest. So it shows you that there was still movement, they were investigating this whole time, and it looks like they're starting to put the pieces together. Now the million dollar question is, is this Anthony shots profile, something that is significant to this case, and if so, how many other people are connected?
