Authorities in Maryland who are investigating the murder of Rachel Morin have released a sketch of the alleged killer after working with witnesses who have seen the man suspected of murder, and they have now released that sketch to the public. This comes after months of investigation and 1000's of tips.


The authorities are still asking the community for help with their investigation and imploring anyone who might know anything to contact them. There is a 35k dollar reward available for anyone who can provide information that leads to an arrest.
