The story of Eliza Fletcher being abducted and murdered is one we should never even have to talk about. The man who is allegedly responsible for her death, should never have been on the street to attack her. Yet, the system failed Mrs. Fletcher and it failed society as a whole, as another violent, sadistic killer was turned loose on our streets.

According to the autopsy that was released by the authorities, Mrs. Fletcher died from a gunshot wound.
