Rachel Morin was brutally murdered a few months ago in Maryland while she was hiking on a local trail. Her killer has yet to be found even though he left a DNA sample at the scene of the crime. In the aftermath of her murder, the community rallied around her and her five children and raised over 54,000 dollars. Now however, a rift has formed over that money.



According to the father of Rachel's eldest daughter, none of the kids have seen any of that money and in fact, they didn't even get the christmas gifts that were donated for them according to him.

Rachel Morin's family lawyer has a different story to tell us though.
