The father of murdered U.S. Veteran Raquel Sabean has blasted the authorities in the United States and in Mexico for the way that they have handled his daughters murder case. After Raquel was found in a cooler in the trunk of her car, an amber alert was issued for her and her missing child. Fortunately, the child was found. Unfortunately for Raquel, things turned out differently.
