Quinton Simon has been missing since October 5th and the Police and other agencies searching for him have continued to dig for evidence in hopes of reuniting him with his family. Unfortunately, Police now believe that the 20 month old toddler is dead. At a press conference they announced that they now believe that Quinton's remains are at a landfill and that they are concentrating their efforts on the area.
