Richard Allen, the man suspected of murdering LIbby German and Abigail Williams requested a court appointed lawyer after realizing that his initial request to attain private council was not financially feasible. Now, with a lawyer appointed and trials and hearings on the docket, the slow grinding gears of justice can begin to truly turn.
