A woman who survived an attack by the Colorado Hammer Killer in 1984 that took the rest of her family is telling her story in a new documentary on Discovery +. The Killer, Alex Ewing, is already serving multiple life sentences for other heinous crimes. The survivor, Vanessa Bennett, after many personal struggles, has now dedicated her life to helping others.
