The man accused of murdering Athena Strand, Tanner Horner is a habitual predator according to new reports. He originally said that after hitting Athena with his Fed Ex truck he panicked and put her in his truck where he strangled her. However, more gruesome details have been revealed and he has now admitted to not only killing her but abusing her before hand.
