The new President of Colombia, Gustavo Petro has vowed to engage the war on drugs in a different way and that path might lead to the legalization of Cocaine. As expert after expert comes out and says that the war on drugs has failed, it becomes more and more obvious that prohibition is not working and that a new way forward must be blazed.
