A Tonga Councillor says residents in her ward have been left shaken after one of their neighbours was found dead. The locals spotted the woman's body floating in a shallow stream in Magua vene on Monday. They say the 42-year-old was last seen going to a shop in the area. She never made it back home. What 62 Councillor Yogas Governor says she has been told that community members heard someone shouting that evening, but no one called the authorities for help. The circumstances under which this lady was found was quite tragic. We must condemn this heinous act, and it has indeed seen shock rates throughout this community. Members are actually questioning why no one called the police over CPF when they heard the screens. There is quite a huge amount of speculation at this time, however, we are imploring the police to work hastily and apprehend those or the person responsible for this terrible crime. Police have launched an investigation. Chief Justice Raymond Zondo will preside over the swearing-in of members of the country's new multi-party executive at the Cape Town International Convention Centre today. Senator Ramaphosa announced the ministers that will make up the 7th administration cabinet on Sunday. The ANC has kept 20 of the 32 portfolios, giving 12 to opposition parties who have signed on as members of the Government of National Unity. The DA has received 12 cabinet positions. The IFP was given four, and the UDM, PA, PAC, Good Party, FF+, and Aljama have received one each. Among those who will take their oath of office are DA leader John Stian A. Hazen, who has been appointed the country's Minister of Agriculture. IFP leader Wilen Kocini-Labisa will lead the Cocte portfolio, PA leader Gaiton Mackenzie, has been given the Ministry of Sport, Arts and Culture, and FF+ leader Prita Krunavalt will lead the Correctional Services Ministry. Morterers who are rushing to fill up their fuel tanks will have to wait just a bit longer. The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy says the fuel price decreases will only come into effect at midnight today. The price of 95 unleaded petrol will be lowered by 99 cents a litre, 93 unleaded petrol will fall by one round 5 cents. The price of diesel will drop by between 24 and 30 cents, and the price of illuminating paraffin will decrease by 18 cents per litre. And the broad search and rescue team say 12 year old that went missing in remote northern Australia may have been attacked by a crocodile. The child disappeared while swimming at Mango Creek near Palompa yesterday. Crocodile attacks are rare but not unheard of in Australia's sparsely populated northern territory.
