KZN's number one for local news, this is East Coast Radio News Watch. Health economists estimate the country loses over 160 billion rounds due to poor mental health in workplaces. According to Gallup's Mental State of the World Report, South Africa ranks 69th out of 71 countries. It shows that over 30% of South Africans show signs of stress and disengagement at work, indicative of burnout. Selenbosch University psychiatrist Professor Renata Scuman says it's unsurprising. She says while burnout isn't classified as a medical disorder, its impact is crippling. It's frequently described in the occupational sphere, and it can cause debilitating impact from productivity, bottom line and the overall health of especially Dr. Cheaters. MK Party leader Jacob Zuma has made several changes to the national executive of the party. The party is now the official opposition in parliament following the DA's move to the national unity government. Our reporter Anastasia Mohorbut reports. Zuma has appointed Sifiso Masako as the new secretary general following the resignation of Arthur Zone. In a letter to Zuma yesterday, Zone cited being overwhelmed by his workload which compete with his business interests. Zone assumed the role in June, succeeding Sifiso Masako after the party reshuffled its national executive. Gobani has transitioned to parliament as the chief whip. Zone reaffirmed his commitment to the party and expressed readiness to assist with other organizational matters. Additionally, Zuma has removed Denis Hazzoulu from the role of treasure general Appointi Mainsa Makwani in his state. Further afield, our court is to get involved in the pay argument between Ireland's air lingers and its pilots. After eight hours of talks yesterday, Ireland's labor court will now make recommendations at a formal hearing. The pilots are asking after a 24% pay rise. Almost 400 flights have been cancelled during the dispute, with an indefinite work to rule still in place. And findy in sports news, Andy Murray has withdrawn from the men's singles at Wumbolden after failing to recover from back surgery and time for his opening match. But he says he's committed to competing in the doubles with his brother Jamie, the 37-year-old, was due to face Czech player Thomas Machuk on centre court today. The British former world number one who plays with the metal hip went under the knife after experiencing weakness and a loss of coordination in his right leg while playing at Queen's last month. He later had surgery to remove a spinal cyst. Murray won Wumbolden in 2013 and 2016 and says he looks forward to competing at the tournament for the last time.
