She says an inquest docket has been opened. Reports indicate that the victim left her home yesterday to go to the shops and did not return home. Her body was found not far from her place of residence. Circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated. Finland's Parliament has approved a defence pact with the US. The deal gives Washington access to 15 military bases in the Nordic country and enables the presence and training of US forces. Finland joined NATO in April last year.
