Mizzou is going bowling. We recap how the Tigers overcame a horrific start to their road clash against Kentucky starting with a heroic fake punt attempt and fantastic throw by punter Luke Bauer, which helped Mizzou turn the tide and secure a 38-21 win. We dive into how Mizzou turned the game around including Brady Cook using his legs and receiving weapons other than Luther Burden, who had a quiet game. We discuss Mookie Cooper, Theo Wease Jr., Brett Norfleet, Cody Schrader and especially Marquis "Big Play" Johnson's key contributions and how Mizzou's offense kept its composure in a chippy game, while Kentucky crippled itself with penalties.

We also break down the best performance of the season for Mizzou's defense including, new and familiar faces making plays, how the Tigers stayed resilient and made up for early errors, turnovers including a fourth INT of the season for Kris Abrams-Draine, a forced fumble by Joseph Charleston and a pick for Marcus Clarke and how the defensive line took a huge step forward for the rest of the season. We also, of course, talk special teams as Erik Link called the game of his life with a fake punt that changed the game, and we think Burden should be taken off return duties.

We take a brief look ahead to the Tigers homecoming matchup vs. South Carolina, which we'll be in attendance for as Mizzou looks to take a 7-1 record into its bye week and then into Athens, GA.
