[music] You're listening to "Telling the Truth" from Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries, "Telling the Truth to and Through Teenagers." Here is Triple T. founder and president, George Dooms. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus was speaking to Nicodemus, and Jesus said to him, "If I have told you earthly things, and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?" John 3.12, New King James Version. Listening to the truth is the way to get it together with the Lord, and the ministry you are listening to is endeavoring to tell the truth to and through teenagers. As you pray, we will go with the gospel, and we want to help you go to to attend a 19-year-old who needs Jesus. If you will call 812-867-2418, we will send you the Triple T. New King James Bible, so that you can give it to a person who needs to know how to get to heaven. God's ABCs are in the inside front flap. We want you to know that you have the opportunity to give God's infallible word to someone who needs the Lord. So to get your Bible to give to attend a 19-year-old, call now 812-867-2418. And when you call, let us know how we can best pray for you. Let us work together to reach youth with God's glorious gospel. Tell us the person for whom you are concerned. Let us know that name, and we will pray for Him or her and for you as you go with the gospel. Listen to John 4.25, New King James Version. The woman said to him, "I know that Messiah is coming, who is called Christ. When He comes, He will tell us all things. Jesus said to her, 'I who speak to you, am He.'" God wants us to know that Jesus tells the truth all the time, and He wants us to tell the truth about Him. Telling the truth becomes our prerogative, our opportunity, our responsibility. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except by Me." And so today, think about someone between the ages of 10 and 19, whom you know, who may not know Christ, but who could, if you would tell them how. We have for you a New King James Triple T Bible. To get yours, call 812-867-2418. And tell us the name of the youth to whom you are going to give this Bible. Again, to get your Bible to give, call 812-867-2418. Know that as you share the truth, the infallible Word of God, somebody can get to heaven because you tell them how. Will you call now 812-867-2418. Jesus had been confronted by some Pharisees. He was sharing with them, and then He said, "But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me." John 845, New King James Version. Oftentimes, people just don't believe the truth. Jesus Himself was telling the truth. He was letting people know how to get to heaven. He was telling them who He was in essence, and they did not believe. Unbelief is the sin that sends people to hell. And because of unbelief, our world is in desperate need of hearing the truth. So will you share the truth? Tell people to admit they have sinned. To believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, to tell others about Him, confessing Him publicly. We offer you a New King James Triple T Bible. To give to a 10 to 19-year-old, call 812-867-2418 to get your Bible. We'll be praying with you and for you. If you will tell us the name of the person for whom you're concerned, and then we will send the Bible to you when you call 812-867-2418. Let's work together to share God's great, wonderful news with people who need to know how to get to heaven. You can if you will, so call now. Jesus was endeavoring to share the truth with some people who did not believe. Listen to John 846, New King James. Which of you convicts me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe me? Jesus was totally above sin. He had never sinned. He was tempted, but never gave in. And these sinners were accusing Him. And so He is telling them the truth, but they don't believe. The truth will set you free, Jesus said. And so we want to present to you a Bible that you can give to a 10 to 19-year-old so that you can tell them the truth. To admit that they have sinned, to believe on Christ, to confess Him publicly. To get your Bible to give to a youth for whom you are concerned, call now 812-867-2418. And let us know how we can pray for you and for the person for whom you are concerned. To get your Bible to give to a 10 to 19-year-old, call now 812-867-2418. Together, we can reach youth for the Lord Jesus Christ. Will you partner with us? We have a Bible to send your way. Call now, and it will come to you so that you can give it to someone who needs Jesus. Jesus was meeting with His disciples, trying to explain to them how things were going to be totally different because He was going to leave them. This is very shortly before the trial, the crucifixion, and the resurrection. Listen to John 16-7, New King James. Nevertheless, I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the helper will not come to you. But if I depart, I will send Him to you. Jesus was promising the coming of the Holy Spirit to manifest Himself in and through believers in Christ. And so He is telling them the truth. The truth needs to be told to every possible person, especially youth. We have a New King James triplety Bible for you to give to a 10- to 19-year-old for whom you are concerned. Call 812-867-2418. We'll send a Bible to you, and we would appreciate your telling us how we can pray for you and with you and for the person to whom you are going to present the Bible. Call now, 812-867-2418. And as you present this Bible, know that it has God's plan of salvation on the inside front. Shortly before He was ready to be crucified, buried, and rise again, Jesus was leveling with His disciples. Listen to John 16-25, New King James. These things I have spoken to you in figurative language, but the time is coming when I will longer speak to you in figurative language, but I will tell you plainly about the Father. That was a promise that Jesus certainly kept. The disciples were curious and they were perplexed. Today we have the truth. Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. He was buried, and He rose again the third day. That's the gospel. And that story needs to be told effectively and urgently, especially to youth. So to help you, we have for you the New King James Triple T Bible for you to give to a 10-19 year old who needs the Lord. To get yours, call 812-867-2418. We want to provide a Bible for you to give to a youth who needs Jesus. Call now 812-867-2418. Let us know how we can pray with you and for you and for the person for whom you are concerned. We promise we will, if you will call. So call now. John was at the cross. He saw the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus, and he writes in John 1935, New King James, and he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true. And he knows that he is telling the truth so that you may believe. Do you believe? Do you really believe that Jesus Christ's Son of God was born of a virgin? Lived sinlessly? Was tempted but never yielded? Died for your sins? Was buried and rose again? And the resurrected Christ wants to live in your heart and the heart of everyone who will believe on him? We have for you the whole truth, the Bible, New King James' triple T version. For you to give to a 10 to 19 year old who needs the Lord. Call now 812-867-2418. And get your Bible. Let us know how to pray with you and for you and for the person to whom you are going to give that Bible. Call now 812-867-2418. Tell the truth. Go with the Gospel. Know that as you pray and then deliberately share Christ. Wonderful things can happen. Every Saturday at 727 p.m. you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T. 14,000 U.S. 41 north at Booneville in Harmony Road, Midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday a good news club for ages 6 to 9 is available in a separate room. For more information call 812-867-2418 or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org. All of us at Triple T Christian Youth Ministries are praying and planning Tiger Team Impact Evangelistic Youth Efforts for several tri-state communities during the first three months of 2015. It's all happening right now. Saturation of Angelism will share the Gospel through billboards, daily radio, television spots and the printed page. New King James Bibles with Triple T custom covers will be distributed to hundreds of youth. The first 2015 target communities include the southern Illinois towns of Albin, Carmi, Fairfield, McClanesboro and Mount Carmel. The communications will happen all during January and the actual events will be the first week of February. Leading up to February 7 as Triple T begins our year of Jubilee, 1,000 days of prayer and action began May 13, 2013 to go to February 6, 2016. God willing to be Triple T's 50th anniversary. Please pray much for these efforts to result in many hearing the Gospel and personally believing on the Lord Jesus Christ. Every Saturday night for a long, long time we've had the opportunity of sharing God's glorious Gospel with youth. It's been happening now for a lot of years, again almost 49 as of the 7th of February it will be. God willing and last Saturday night was the 2,548th consecutive Saturday. And again the Lord willing tonight will be the 2,549th in the next week, 2,550. Tonight is what we call a Jesus birthday party. We'll be singing some carols. We'll be having a very special happening. We'll be having a birthday cake. It presents the Gospel very, very effectively and by the way you are invited to come. 727 tonight, Triple T, we're located 4 miles north of the airport, 4 miles south of I-64. You can come and join us and be a part of all of the things that are happening in the special Jesus birthday party. We're honoring the Christ who was born in a manger. The reality of God being with us, Emmanuel, happened over 2,000 years ago. And now we have the privilege of celebrating Jesus' birthday. Not only was he born of a virgin, but he lived perfectly. And then he died. He died for our sins for yours and mine according to the Scriptures. He was buried and he rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures. And because of the death, the bear, the resurrection of Jesus, that baby that was born in a manger who lived perfectly, and in for 33 years he was on planet Earth. And then he ascended a bit, the right hand of God the Father, where he is right now. But before he left planet Earth, he gave the disciples the promise that a comforter was going to come, the person of the Holy Spirit. And now every person who admits that he or she has sinned, who turns to Jesus from their sins, who will believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, who is willing to share their faith in him with others, is indwelt by the Holy Spirit. What a wonderful thing it is to know that God is doing fantastic things in the hearts and lives of people. Every Saturday night, as I've already said, we have a happening for youth. Adults are welcome too, especially parents and pastors and youth workers who are bringing 10 to 19-year-olds. Last Saturday night, one young man brought three first-timers, and we have first, second, third-timers almost every week coming to triple T. And last Saturday, four young men responded to the invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. It's so great to have so many guys bringing friends, and it's a co-administer, guys and girls, but right now we're having more guys that are coming. And that's a great thing because they are reaching out to their friends, and we're seeing God work wonderfully as it all comes together. And so as you pray with us and for us know that God has a plan for you, we need more co-labors to join hands. The impact can continue to be far-reaching. Responses from our radio broadcasts being aired daily over 36 stations are making it possible to get Bibles hand delivered to 10 to 19-year-olds with an invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. We're receiving inquiries and requests for Bibles from a lot of places just last weekend. We received requests from Minnesota, two from South Dakota, a couple from Wisconsin, and on it goes as people listen and respond. And we're excited about what not only God has done, but what he's doing now. Triple T is a part of the Teen Missions International Motorcycle Sunday School Missions, and we are now sponsoring missions in the Africa nations of Cameroon, Malawi, Madagascar, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Every week, between 100 and 200 people are attending these triple T sponsored Sunday schools. In the Asian countries of Borneo and Cambodia, it's happening too. And in February, training is to begin for two circuits in Honduras. The Mary Dumes Memorial Sunday School there will be the first in Central America. And plans are moving forward now for a motorcycle Sunday school in the Native American area of Navajo territory out in Arizona. And Triple T will be sponsoring the very first one on that circuit when it begins. Each Sunday school is reaching out to people, especially in Africa. Those are people that are the victims of the AIDS epidemic. Most of them are orphans, where the mothers and the fathers have died of AIDS. Some of the grandmothers are left and some elderly aunts and uncles. And they're coming to the Sunday school and they're learning not only the gospel, but they're learning how to read, not right. And it's a wonderful, wonderful thing that's happening all across Africa and Asia soon in Central America and then spreading out to North America, to the Navajo country. And so keep praying with us and for us as we keep going with the gospel. It's a delight to be here every single Saturday night, but that's the tip of the iceberg because our ministry is so far reaching. We go from South Dakota to New Hampshire and from Minnesota to Florida every week, in fact every day on radio. And we're delighted to come to you too. We want you to be praying for us as we put together what we call the Tiger Team Impact Evangelistic Youth Efforts. Again, we're going to be zeroing in on the Southern Illinois counties first and that will be happening all during January. We're endeavoring now to raise what we call the seed capital so that we can accomplish this, so that we can train youth between the ages of 10 and 19 in peer evangelism and leadership. And as that happens, we'll be having groups of three that we call prayer triplets. And these are guys and girls that love Jesus, they know Him, and they want to share their faith in Him with others, and they pray for each other, and they pray for what we call target teens. People who don't know Christ or who are having spiritual problems, and as they pray together, then they reach out. And every group of three will reach out to 20 others and they're giving them Bibles, the New King James triple T edition. And it's a wonderful thing that's beginning to happen and it will happen all across Southern Illinois, God willing, and the saturation of evangelism will be happening all during January. And then February 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, the outreaches will take place. And we want you to be praying with us as we go to these communities, as we go to these counties. We'll be going God willing to Edwards County in Illinois, be going to Hamilton County, to Wabash, and to Wayne and to White, all during January, and then climaxing that first week of February. As we move toward triple T's very special year of Jubilee that opens and begins on the 7th of February of 2015. Again, we want you to be a part of all of this, and we have a gift for you if you'll come tonight. Not only do you have the privilege of having a Jesus birthday cake, but more is coming too. So stay tuned. We're going to share lots more with you. Opportunities for you. Tomorrow is December 7. Does that ring a bell? Probably you're too young to have experienced that world-changing moment. When the President of the United States, Franklin D. Roosevelt said, "This day will live on in infamy." I remember so well. We had been at church and Sunday school. We came home. We were sitting around the table for our Sunday dinner, and my dad had the radio on, and we heard the news that Pearl Harbor had been bombed. We knew that America was in a lot of trouble. It was December 7, 1941. It was at noon hour that we heard the news. We had just moved back earlier that year, in fact, in February of 1941 from Virginia. We'd lived there for a few months, and it was our opportunity to watch the war effort begin to expand and accelerate. It was our opportunity to look overhead and watch airplanes and formation flying over and sometimes individual planes. They were based at Langley Field, now called Langley Air Force Base, and a NASA Center, but it was a wonderful thing to, as a little kid, to be able to watch those airplanes overhead day after day and night after night. And then my dad took me up to Fort Monroe, Virginia, which was a very special military installation, and he introduced me to one of his classmates from school, from his hometown and mine of Mount Carmel, Illinois. This person was a very high-ranking officer in the Army, and he was very friendly, and he shared with us what was going on at Fort Monroe. And then before we left Virginia, Dad took my mother and me on a ferryboat from Newport News, Virginia over to Norfolk. I had never seen so many sailors in all of my life. In fact, I didn't even know there were that many sailors. When we got there, these guys were walking up and down the streets of Norfolk, Virginia. It was a weekend, and their ships were all based there, and they were about to embark later on invasions all over the world. But they were in training at that particular time, and so as a very young person, I got to see the Air Force, the Army, and the Navy, all in preparation for what was about to take place and began December 7, 1941. I have a friend who was born the next day, and as he remembers being born, not remembers being born, but remembers being told about when he got born, he always reflects back on that magnificent time of his young life. And so as he thinks about it, and thinks about being born on December 8, he remembers hearing about all these things as a very young person. It's a little bit older than I am, but he's still experienced it all. So all of these memories are wonderful things, but it helps us prepare for the days ahead. My dad worked at the shipyards in Evansville, building the LSTs, and he had the opportunity of training people on how to understand blueprints. He did an isometric drawing so that they could understand how the steel would be bent as the welding happened to it, and how it would form the bow of the ship. And so I want to thrill to look back, but what an anticipation it is to know that we are still in trouble as a nation. The devil is at large, and especially as Israel is maligned and attacked, we'd better be prepared for what could happen in the days ahead. God's word tells us to pray for peace in Jerusalem, where to do that as believers in Jesus Christ. And if you're not a believer yet, let me ask you to right now, just love with the Lord and say, "God, I'm a sinner and I'm sorry, please forgive me. I'm willing to turn to Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who died for me, rose again, and is coming back. And I will believe on the Lord Jesus, and I'm willing to tell other people that I believe. Again, you're invited to come tonight to celebrate Jesus' birthday here at Triple T, and if you can't come, be praying with us and for us, and become what we call a tiger teammate, a person who will invest time and talent and treasure. As you give to God, He will multiply everything that you do for His glory. Christ through you can change the world. Every Saturday at 7.27pm, you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 US-41 North at Booneville in Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport.
