So when the Jews went out of the synagogue, the Gentiles begged that those words might be preached to them the next Sabbath. Because they were concerned about their tomorrows, because they now knew some things about Jesus Christ they didn't know before, they wanted to learn a whole lot more. And they were not being welcomed by the Jewish folk in the synagogue. But Paul and Barnabas were sharing God's good news, and it was falling on ears that were ready to listen and to respond. God wants every one of us to understand that the gospel is available now to anyone anywhere who will admit he or she has sinned, who will believe in the Lord Jesus, who will turn to Him from their sins and receive His gift, the gift of God eternal life, and then tell others about Him and how they too can admit they have sinned, can believe on Christ and be born again.
