[music] You're listening to "Telling the Truth" from Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries, "Telling the Truth to and Through Teenagers." Here is Triple T. founder and president, George Dooms. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Listen to the contrast that's presented about you in Ephesians 2-1, New King James Version. And you, he made alive who were dead in trespasses and sins. That's about as far from one point to the other as it's possible to go. You were dead and made alive through the Lord Jesus Christ if you have truly turned to Him from your sins, believed on Him with all of your heart and told other people about Him, receiving from Him the gift of God, eternal life. Right now, there are a bunch of youth who don't know how to get to heaven. Will you help us reach people by doing something about it yourself? We want to send to you a New King James Bible to give to someone between the ages of 10 and 19. If you will go with the gospel, the literal word of God, it will be wonderful. Call 812-867-2418 and determine to go. That's 812-867-2418. Let us know how we can pray for you. If you confess with your mouth, the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him to the dead, you will be saved. That's the message. Let's get it out to people quickly. If you have done that, have you thanked God today for what He has done for you? Listen to Ephesians 2-2, New King James, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience. That's who you were. That's who I was. That's who everybody is or will be until and unless they have received the gift of God, eternal life. Satan is alive and well, and he wants to keep people from knowing how to get to heaven. There are young people, teenagers, preteens, people between the ages of 10 and 19 who need to know how much Jesus loves them, that He died, that He was buried, that He rose again, that He will live in their hearts and forgive them of their sins, but somebody needs to tell them. We want to put into your hands a New King James Bible to give away to someone who's young, who can have a whole life to live for the Lord. We pray about taking a Bible to someone, call 812-867-2418, and we'll send a Bible to you to give away. That's 812-867-2418. When you call, let us know how we can best pray for you in your strategy to go with the gospel to someone who needs the Lord, someone young, someone between the ages of 10 and 19. Looking back about how things were and what a mess we were in before we came to know Jesus, if indeed you have, I have, let God speak to you through Ephesians 2-3, New King James Version. Among whom also, we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of the flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath just as the others. Yes, that's who we were. That's what our circumstances were. But now, instead of being children of wrath, we can be children of God. And so can other people who will believe, but they have to be taught how, told how, shown how, and you can be the one. Our burden is for youth. Those between the ages of 10 and 19 who have a very, very difficult way to go without Jesus, but who have a lifetime to live for him, if they can be told how to come to know him. God's word is quick and powerful and sharper than a two-edged sword. We want to give you a Bible to give to a 10 to 19-year-old. Call 812-867-2418. That's 812-867-2418. And when you call, tell us how best to pray for you. We care and we want you to know how much God loves you. But God who is rich in mercy because of his great love with which he loved us. Ephesians 2-4, New King James. That's who God is, rich in mercy. His great love with which he loved us was manifest in the person of Jesus Christ. He lived perfectly, born of a virgin and then shared the truth. Will you share the truth? Will you share Jesus with some youth? God wants us to be responsible for taking the gospel to people who could make a difference and for whom the gospel could make a difference. We have for you a New King James Bible to give to someone who's young, someone between the ages of 10 and 19. Call 812-867-2418. Let us know how we can best pray for you and the person for whom you are praying, to whom you are going to go and give a Bible. Call 812-867-2418. Let us partner together in reaching someone with the glorious gospel of the Lord Jesus. Youth are waiting to be told the truth, but someone like you has to be the truth teller. The Bible is available to you to get yours call 812-867-2418. The Book of Ephesians consistently contrasts how things were and how things are for believers in Christ. Listen please to Ephesians 2-5, New King James. Even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ, by grace you have been saved. The New King James Version is very implicit in the way it presents the terminology and it lets us know that things have changed. By grace you have been saved. We're made alive together with Christ. We were dead and there are people out there who could be alive if someone would tell them how. Will you be that someone? We're especially praying for youth. Those between the ages of 10 and 19. Will you determine now to go to someone in that age group who needs the Lord? We have a Bible for you to give away. To get yours to give, call 812-867-2418. That's 812-867-2418. And let us pray with you for the person for whom you are burdened. And then let's make the determination to work together prayerfully, to get the gospel to another person who needs Jesus, who's between the ages of 10 and 19. Will you? Let's together serve the Lord. Do you believe in the power of prayer? I do, with all my heart. And Jesus Christ's Son of God is now seated at the right hand of God the Father interceding in our behalf when we pray in Jesus' name. Listen to the promise of Ephesians 2-6, New King James. And raised us up together and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Do you know that every time you pray in Jesus' name, that you are actually by your prayer, moving into the presence of God through the Lord Jesus? Heavenly places, wonderful opportunities for every one of us who are believers in Christ. We are so burdened for kids between the ages of 10 and 19. And that's why we have put together an opportunity for you to partner as we go with the gospel to someone in the age group. We want to give you a Bible to give to someone else. All you have to do to get yours is call 812-867-2418. That's 812-867-2418. And as you go with the New King James Bible, let us pray with you and let us expect great results. We are a phone call away to work together to reach a youth for Christ. Listen to the terrific promise of Ephesians 2-7, New King James, that in the ages to come, he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. Isn't that amazing? God has done it, and he wants us to understand that those riches exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us all happen because of our relationship with the Lord Jesus. Now it's our turn to take the gospel to people who need to know him. The youth of the world are so inundated with so many things, pressures, problems, circumstances, temptations, but God wants to reach him. Together let's do it. Determine someone between the ages of 10 and 19 who needs the Lord. Call 812-867-2418 and ask for a Bible to give and we will do that. That's 812-867-2418 for your New King James Bible to give to a youth between the ages of 10 and 19. And call and let us pray with you and watch God work marvelously. There is power in prayer, and there is power in praying together. So let's do that. Will you call and let us pray for you and with you? (upbeat music) Every Saturday at 7.27 p.m., you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 U.S. 41 North at Booneville and Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday, a good news club for ages six to nine is available in a separate room. For more information, call 812-867-2418 or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org. (upbeat music) Where did you go to school? The current issue of Evansville Living Magazine asked that question. Where we went to school is important because it allowed us to have relationships with other people. Students, teachers, administrators, family members. And so I'm reflecting now on where I went to school. First school I attended no longer exists. An earthquake came and it was all torn down because it was condemned, Barry School in Mount Carmel, Illinois. Then I went to Mount Carmel Junior High School and it no longer exists either. They've changed the whole structure. But my alma mater, Mount Carmel High School is still there. And we still have a burden for the students at Mount Carmel High School. We're endeavoring to do everything we can to reach the students there and in all the other schools in the counties where we had the opportunity of taking fair share this summer. Did you know that we were privileged to go to 15 different counties? And with them and including Vanderberg County where Triple T is located, they're over 200 secondary schools, junior highs and high schools. And attending those schools are hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of students between the ages of 10 and 19. So we're doing something right now to train people to go with the gospel on the 20th of September. That's next Saturday at 11.30 in the morning. We're having a leading youth day. It's leading youth Tiger Team training and the objective is to train at least three students from each one of the schools that we possibly can, to train them in pure evangelism and leadership and then to have them reach out to 20 others as a group. Those three reaching 20 as a group can impact their campus for Christ. And then as it multiplies, more and more students will be trained in pure evangelism and leadership and they in turn will reach others and others and others. Everything is moving towards CU at the Pole. It's scheduled for Wednesday the 24th of September. Most of the time at seven a.m. at the flagpole of campus after campus last year, over three million students worldwide met at the flagpoles at their schools to pray. And we are praying that this year, we will have tremendous things happening. Not only are we having a leading youth day, but his writer will be with us as a special guest. Cheers is one of the foremost trumpet players in our nation. And he is going to be here alive and in person. As a matter of fact, he's gonna be sharing some techniques and some ideas about how to communicate Christianity creatively during the CU at the Pole Prep Day. And then he'll be featured at the rally that evening. That is next Saturday at 7.27. We're thrilled about what God has done and is doing. And in the next Saturday on the 27th, we'll be having a report rally from people who went to the flagpoles. And that night we'll be having frontline 365 with Brian Fuller, a great band of guys from across Southern Illinois, who have put together a wonderful presentation of the gospel. And as all of this happens, we want you to know that something special is gonna be presented. During our leading youth training, we're going to be introducing the nine month mission trip and a student resource guide will be provided for each one who comes. We'll also be issuing the key action plan, the Tiger Team Impact Evangelistic Youth Efforts, techniques and strategies for pastors and youth workers. It's gonna be an exciting time, that entire week. And on Wednesday, Wednesday the 24th of September. Not only is it see as the Pole Day, but it's day 500 of the 1,000 days of prayer and action that began on May the 13th, 2013, and it's projected to go to God willing February 6th, 2016, when triple T again, as God wills, will have our golden anniversary. And as we look back over the decades that God has privileged us to be here serving Him, we're delighted that every single year without exception, we've had an event of some sort at Mount Carmel, Illinois, my hometown, and emphasizing the need to reach the students at Mount Carmel High School. We've been on campus time after time for evangelistic youth efforts. We're at Ag Days every summer on Market Street from Mount Carmel called Main Street. And we have the opportunities of meeting people for the first time, and then reconnecting with old friends, friends from years and years gone by, people that I went to high school with, people that I met later on, and whose kids came to triple T, and who themselves came to triple T as youth. And so as we put together this official nine month mission trip student resource, this is the why, listen carefully, to students. My school is my mission field. A new school year has begun. What does that mean to you? A new football season, your life belongs to the band, having your brain fried in calculus, a new girlfriend or boyfriend, another prison term. We want to challenge you to think of this new school year as a new way. Think of it as a nine month mission trip. You have to be there, so be there for God. The great thing about this mission trip is the transportation is provided. You already speak the native language, and there is strange and exotic food available in your cafeteria. God is at work at your school. He wants to do great things through you and your friends. Every day this school year can be a great adventure if you just let God use you. Welcome to the nine month mission trip. We begin by praying for the school. We'll be praying with other Christian students for each campus. And of course, and we've already told you about "See You at the Pole," which happens Wednesday morning, the 24th of September. And this will be happening not only in schools, in the 15 counties plus Vandenberg, where we were this summer, but at school, after school, campus, after campus, all across the United States, all 50 states, probably every one of the 3,141 counties in the United States. And then worldwide, it goes to country after country, after country. And so, we have to ask the question, "How can we pray?" The Bible tells us that God expects us to pray. The Bible says, "Pray without ceasing." Last Saturday night, the students who were here all learned that single scripture verse, "Pray without ceasing." It becomes our prerogative, it becomes our responsibility, it becomes our privilege to pray all the time under every circumstance. Somebody said, "Well, I thought there was going to be no prayer in school anymore." And the quip is very, very, very important and very true. So long as there will be exams, there will be prayer in school. Most of those prayers are just, "God, help me." The prayer that God will really answer is, "Lord, help me to remember those things, which I have so diligently studied." So, you have to determine, at the sea is the pole happening, what time do you begin? The usual time is seven o'clock in the morning. How will the event begin? Who will lead it? Will there be other elements, singing, scripture reading? Will we hold hands, kneel, break into groups, stay in a large group? What will we pray about? How we know when it's over? Do we have an alternative meeting place in case of rain? Have we informed our principal about this event? Have we contacted local youth groups about sea with the pole? How can each person tell other people about sea with the pole in advance? And that's why we're doing a training day next Saturday, specifically for sea with the pole and the nine month mission trip. The nine month mission trip goes on beyond sea with the pole. That's the beginning point. But there are going to be campus clubs that will begin at sea with the pole or beforehand. And the great news is, you don't have to do this alone. There are other Christians at school after school. So, if you don't have a campus minister at your school, come next Saturday to triple T. Tell people that you know that go to a middle school or a high school in your community, in the area where you live, and make sure that they come. The scholarships are available, and they are available online. So, check it out. www.tttchristianus.org. Stay tuned as we give you more information about this wonderful idea that is called the nine month mission trip. (upbeat music) (upbeat music) A major focus of the nine month mission trip is to put together an impact on or near the campus. We call them Evangelistic Youth Efforts, or the Eye of the Tiger. And so, as we do this, we reach every student possible with the opportunity to hear the gospel, with an invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. That's the vision of our ministry, and has been for years and years and years. And that's why literally thousands upon thousands of people have heard the gospel through the outreaches of Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries. And we hope it's going to accelerate tremendously as we have people come for the training on the 20th. And again, on the 27th of September, these next two Saturdays after today are going to be very, very special. Then we're going to be able to help the schools reach out, and the students can do some things. Christmas time, there's a thing called the Operation Christmas Child. And through Samaritan's Purse, we work together and give packages, Christmas gifts to students all over the world. Thousands and thousands, in fact, millions of them now. And then every summer, Teane Mission International issues an opportunity for teenagers or preteens to be involved on a mission trip to a foreign country or in the United States. And as a result of this, we work with Teane Mission International, a part of the Youth of Amazon Association, and we are working toward the goal of 2020 of having a thousand motorcycle Sunday schools. Right now, we have over 200 that are sponsored, and they are in all kinds of places. They are in Borneo and in Cambodia, and we have the privilege of being the sponsor of one in Cambodia and in Cameroon, Africa, and a number of other places. So matter of fact, Triple T sponsors 13 motorcycle Sunday schools worldwide, and we're averaging between 100 and 200 kids every week and every Sunday school. Now they're not really Sunday schools, they're Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday schools, and also on Sunday, because they are in a circuit where the circuit writers writing motorcycles go to a different village each day for six days. And so as a result of this, we have six places in the circuit, and so our Sunday schools are in one of those six places. So we have 13, one of them is the entire circuit that we have in Madagascar, and we're excited about what is happening and what can happen, and the students can put together a package where they can sponsor a Sunday school someplace on the other side of the world for just $79 a month, and a lot of youth groups can do this and are doing it, and Sunday school classes are doing it. And so we're thrilled about the possibilities because not only is the motorcycle Sunday school operating right now in Africa and now moving over to Asia, but very soon to Central America and even in the United States, in the Navajo area in Arizona and New Mexico and Utah. And all of these things are happening, they're unfolding right before us. As we have people trained, Team Michigan International has what we call BMWs, that's Bible Missionary Work Training Centers, and they have them all over the world in 20 different countries. And so people are trained there, that's how they are equipped to ride the motorcycles. First, they go to two-year Bible school, then they serve one year as an intern. And then during that year, they are taught how to ride the motorcycle, how to repair the motorcycle, how to take care of it as it goes back into the jungles. And as they go with the gospel and teach the Sunday school lessons and present opportunities for kids to come to the Lord and some adults too. And so those are opportunities that we have available for the campus clubs. And then just for youth pastors and pastors, we have a campus ministry coach opportunity. And that's what's gonna be presented next week in the next at Triple T at the leading youth day. So be praying. And if you can come on tonight and learn how all of this works and how it all comes together, what we're trying to do is to get kids to talk about Jesus if they know him, whom to know right is life eternal. And what they're to talk about is the fact that everybody everywhere is a center for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God has eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. Jesus said for God so loved the world that he gave his own begotten son. Their believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. He didn't stop there. He said for God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world, but the world through him might be saved. And then he said, he the believes is not condemned. And he who has not believed is condemned already because he's not believed. That's why we need your help, your support, your involvement. Will you be prayerfully considering being a tiger teammate, giving at least $20 to provide a scholarship for another student? I hope you will. Call us or write us or check the web. Christ through you can change the world. - Every Saturday at 7.27 PM, you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 US 41 North at Boone Building Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport.
