"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Don't ever balk when God calls you. That's what Moses did. Listen to Exodus 4, 1 and 2, New King James Version. Then Moses answered and said, "But suppose they will not believe me or listen to my voice. Suppose they say, 'The Lord has not appeared to you.' So the Lord said to him, 'What is that in your hand?' He said, 'Arod.' May I ask you what do you have in your hand? God told Moses to throw the rod down and it became a snake. God said, 'Pick up the snake by the tail and it turned back into a rod.' God allowed Moses to get his heart in tune with him. Oh, he kept balking and rebelling but God gave him the honor and privilege finally of leading the children of Israel out of Egypt. God has a plan for you, a job for you to do. So will you use what you have for his glory? Learn the plan of salvation. Open the Word of God, pray diligently with Christian believers and together determine how to take the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to people who need the Lord. It's God to make you usable and use you and he will, if you will, use what you have to bring honor and glory to him. We have tools for you, God's ABCs. We'd like to put them in your hands so you can use them for his glory. Will you use all that God has entrusted to you for his glory? Listen to Romans 12, 6, 8. Even in gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them. Don't sit on your gifts, develop them and use them for the glory of the Lord. There are people you can reach that I can't. There are people you can reach that no one can the way you can if you will do what you ought to do to glorify the Lord and have a compassion for the people who need to know him. Be a prayer partner with us. Pray about God's availability to you and your availability to him. Go to your private place to pray. Read the Word of God, read the whole 12th chapter of Romans and then get someone to pray with you or maybe several some ones and to gather work out the strategy to get the gospel to the most possible people you can using what God has given to you. We want you to know that we are here for you. For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. This Corinthians 118 New King James Version listen carefully there are people out there who don't understand the gospel they don't know the significance of the cross they don't understand that Christ died for our sins that he was buried but that he rose again on the third day. So somebody needs to tell them the truth someone like you needs to have the compassion for people who don't know Christ but who could live forever once they hear the gospel and respond. Here's where you come into the picture first pray God make me usable and use me second open the word of God and read the word of God and heed the word of God third fellowship with other believers especially in prayer together for those who need the Lord then go with the gospel that's your lot in life that's your responsibility as a believer to share your faith we have tools for you called be found faithful I hope that God will always find me faithful faithful in sharing with you the gospel of Jesus and challenging you to be a faithful steward yourself in getting the gospel to folk who need the Lord read God's word pray diligently fellowship with other believers and then prayerfully go with the gospel to people who need the Lord God will make you usable and he will use you personally if you'll allow it to happen we want to give you something that you can share with other people God's word quick and powerful and sharpen in a two-edged sword get God's ABCs to share with important do you understand it can be personalized just for you there are people out there who need Jesus and you know who they are and you can go by stirring up the gift of God that is in you we have a sound mind so many people are fearful of sharing God's good news they quake and they tremble and they don't realize that everybody everywhere is headed for heaven or for hell for heaven if they know Jesus for hell if they don't they are condemned already Jesus said because they have not believed in the name of the only begotten son of God somebody needs to tell them how to get to heaven will you be that someone listen to Romans 12 1 through 6 one of the great great great scriptures and i use this every morning to present myself back to the Lord a living sacrifice pray it with me listen carefully i beseech you therefore brethren by the mercies of God that you present your bodies a living sacrifice holy acceptable to God which is your reasonable service and do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God for i say through the grace given to me to everyone who is among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think but to think soberly as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith for as we have many members in one body but all the members do not have the same function so we being many are one body in Christ and individually members of one another having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us let us use them that is a powerful powerful scripture and every one of those words needs to be embedded in our hearts in our minds in our very beings so that we can live accordingly the way God would have us to to present us you and me a living sacrifice holy acceptable to God the most reasonable thing the whole wide world we can possibly do is to give God us back to him he made us he created us and now we want to serve him effectively and not only effectively but diligently so that we can have results God wants us to understand that there are people out there who need the Lord and you and I have that privilege of sharing Jesus with them if you don't and I don't who will God wants us to work together I have a friend who's now in heaven who always closed every bit of correspondence with me and we had lots and lots of that across the years and across the miles his name was Dave Breece Dave wrote the book discover your destiny among with along with many other things that he wrote but every time he would close a letter it would say remember we're in this together when Mary and I were dating we took Romans 828 as our life verse and we know that all things work together for good to those who love God to them were the called according to his purpose that was sixty five years ago that we were dating and chose that verse to be our life verse way before we were married and across all of these years God has faithfully caused us to understand more and more the meaning of that verse and we know not we think not we guess and we know that all things not some things not most things but all things work together not apart but together for good to those who love God to those who are the called according to his purpose I thought God was calling me to be a missionary to South America that was what Mary and I both were planning to do to go to a foreign country we thought that's what God wanted when I asked Mary if she would be my wife I said well are you willing to go wherever God wants us to go well we go together even if it's to South America and she said yes she said when I was a little girl I thought maybe God wanted me to go to China but she said I'm with you wherever God leads us and as we were married one of the songs it was sung is where he leads me I will follow we had no idea that God had a different plan for us we didn't know that he was going to open door after door in ministering to and through teenagers we were teenagers ourselves and we started reaching out to other kids and so God has continued to let us do that all across America and through our prayer life and through our support around the world right now we are a ministry are supporting what we call motorcycle Sunday school missions in six different countries we're now privileged to have those sunny schools in Asia and in Africa and we're in Borneo and we're in Cambodia we're in Cameroon we're in Malawi we're in a lot of other places and we'll be going to more places as God opens the doors we can go every day by prayer to these places we have people scattered around the world and one of my privileges is every night when I retire after Mary and I've prayed together then I begin to pray for all those people that I know that are serving the Lord especially with the ministry of teen missions international God will allow us to use his word to reach out to people God wants us to understand and here again I want to share a verse that I shared a while ago 2 Timothy 2 15 be diligent to present yourself approved to God a worker who does not need to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth there are people out there who need to hear the truth they need to know who Jesus is listen to John 1 29 behold the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world that was how John the Baptist introduced Jesus as he began his ministry Luke 9 10 says for the son of man has come to seek and to save that which is lost everybody is lost it doesn't know Jesus everybody in the world is either saved or lost redeemed or condemned if you are not saved you are lost and if you are lost you can be saved and here's how the Philippian jailer was about to commit suicide Paul and Silas were in jail in Philippi and their change fell off the doors flew open and they were free to go but they didn't leave the jailer who thought that his life was going to be ended because he was going to be killed for laying the prisoners escape saw them and he said sirs what must I do to be saved and they said believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved and your whole house and it happened later that night the jailer and his family came to know Christ what are you doing about helping people know the Lord do you know him yourself have you admitted you have sinned have you believed on the Lord Jesus have you confessed him publicly I don't know how much scripture you really understand but I hope you will read the word of God I hope that you will open the word of God and let God speak to you I would suggest that you read the gospel of John that you read the whole thing it's a wonderful story Mary and I just finished reading the gospel of John and now we're reading together every morning the book of Acts it's exciting to see what God did after the fact after Jesus not only was crucified and died was buried but raised again and then ascended to the right hand of God the Father and when he did that he said and you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you and you shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria unto the ends of the earth that's who we are as a ministry we cover the tri-state as best we can we have a lot of territory still to go to but the summer God willing we're going to be taking the gospel to fairs county fairs last summer we were in 12 county fairs this summer God willing we'll be going to more and God's opening doors and he's connecting us with people who are going to be helping us put together an army of people we have 15 college students being trained at BMW that's not a car that's Bible missionary work training center in Florida and these 15 first-year students are going to be coming God willing to work with us this summer for three weeks going to the fairs we're also going to be bringing in a group of preteens from across the country and they will be working alongside preteens and teenagers from the tri-state from county after county across the tri-state where we are going this summer in all three states Illinois Indian and Kentucky God willing God's opening doors we want to go through those doors what's our purpose to give a cup of cold water in Jesus name to everybody who come by our tent for them to see the banner that tells them to believe on the Lord Jesus and then to share with them a survey about teenagers to ask them some questions and the last three questions we're going to ask everyone who comes by who's willing to listen is this if your best friend would die tonight would he or she go to heaven I'll ask you that question second question if you would die tonight would you go to heaven I'm asking you that question and the third one is how do you know the only way to know is to know Jesus how do you know Jesus by admitting you've sinned by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ by confessing him publicly you'll confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus believing in your heart that God has raised him from the dead you will be safe with the heart unbeliefs to righteousness and with the mouth confession is made a salvation if you haven't believed stay tuned because we're going to give that reiteration of that how to get to heaven to you one more time so don't go away stay tuned and listen carefully this is the gospel for I delivered to you first of all that which I also received that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures that he was buried and that he rose again on the third day according to the scriptures that's 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verses 3 and 4 do you believe that do you believe that Jesus Christ did live perfectly he was born of a virgin he never sinned he was tempted but never gave in to the temptation and because of his ability to serve the Lord putting God the Father in charge of every one of his affairs he became sin for us he who knew no sin listen to the follow-up of John 1 29 that I just shared with you a while ago behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world first Peter 1 18 and 19 says knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things like silver or gold from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers but with the precious blood of Christ as a lamb without blemish and without spot do you know the story of how in the Old Testament that every lamb that was slain on the altar of sacrifice had to be spotless without any blemish whatsoever only those that were perfect could be taken in and sacrificed that's why Jesus became our sin substitute sacrificed for you and for me we are dirty rotten no good sinners you are I am everybody is for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God there is none righteous no not one all we like sheep have gone astray we have turned each one to his own way and the Lord has laid upon him the iniquity of us all but as a sheep without blemish Jesus the Lamb of God was slain put on a cross cruelly crucified Christ died for our sins but he was in charge of all of his faculties and as it was nearing the time for his death the Bible says he lifted up his head and cried with a loud voice it is finished and he gave up the ghost that means he died of his own volition because you are a sinner and I am a sinner Christ died for our sins the wonderful thing is that the gospel keeps going forward because while Jesus was having his earthly ministry he said this to some fishermen follow me and I will make you fishers of men they immediately left their nets and followed him one of my heroes in youth evangelism that I never had the privilege of meeting but I learned a lot about and I've met people who knew him started a thing called the Fisherman's Club he never came to our hometown but he sent some things to our hometown that were responded to by people there there was a songbook that he published that was sung in our congregation and I have a copy of that that I learned to sing from as just a little guy my uncle Carl bus dooms joined the Fisherman's Club not to go down to the Wabash River and put a hook in the line but to actually fish for men and they went out sharing the gospel with people in my hometown and God to bless them and use them and wonderful things happened because of those Fisherman Club meetings that they went out once a week together some men to share the gospel with other people so God wants us to know that people have gone and right now I want to let you know that you can become a believer in Jesus Christ personally here's how say God I've sent an I'm sorry please forgive me pray this prayer with me those words again as a prayer from your heart Heavenly Father I am a sinner and I am sorry I have fallen short of your expectations of me I thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to live perfectly to die for my sins to rise again and to offer to me now forgiveness of my sins I'm one of those who have sinned and fallen short of God's glory I'm willing right now to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ personally I'm willing to tell other people that I believe and so Father now I accept your gift of eternal life your forgiveness and I want to live for you to tell others about you thank
