[music] You're listening to "Telling the Truth" from Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries, "Telling the Truth to and through Teenagers." Here is Triple T. Founder and President George Dumes. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Wherever you are, listen to the voice of the Lord. That's what Isaiah did. It's recorded in Isaiah 6-8, New King James Version. Listen. Also, I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" Then I said, "Here am I. Send me." Wherever you are, whatever your circumstance, God wants to speak to your heart through His Word. Be willing and ready to be obedient to Him, to go where He wants you to go, to do what He wants you to do, to say what He wants you to say. There's a world out there that needs Jesus. And people like you and me have the opportunity to go with the gospel, to share the love of God through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, with people who need to follow Him. Will you go? Go first to prayer. Pray privately. And then after you have risen from your prayer time, find other prayer partners and together, determine how you are going to get the gospel to the most possible people effectively. Just say to the Lord, "Here am I. Send me." And then go with God's good news. We have God's ABCs to send to you, tools that you can share. Full of Scripture. Romans 3, 23. Romans 6, 23. John 3, 16. Call 812-867-2418. Behold, I will do a new thing. Now it shall spring forth. Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43-19, New King James Version. No matter where you are, whether you are in the wilderness, whether you are in the desert, God will make a way for you to go forth to move forward. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life." Nobody comes to the Father except by me. If you know the truth, share the truth. Tell people to admit they've sinned to believe on Christ to confess Him publicly. Look at God's Word. Read the Scriptures. Pray diligently. Find a prayer partner and then together go to those folk who need the Lord. Tell them how to get to heaven. We have for you God's ABCs. Total Scripture. And you may have as many as you will prayerfully distribute simply by calling area code 812-867-2418. That's 812-867-2418. And then when you share Jesus with those who need to know Him, whom to know right is life eternal, rejoice. God has a plan for you. He has people for you to reach. And you have the privilege of going with the gospel. So take God's ABCs and tell people how to get to heaven. Can you identify with Zachariah 4-10, New King James, for who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see the plum line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the Lord, which can to and throw throughout the whole earth. That's most interesting because small things, little things, can expand worldwide. You have the capability of sharing the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. First of all, through prayer, the reading of God's Word, and fellowshiping with other believers, determining who should be told the truth about Jesus Christ. You can go personally to people. We offer you a tool, God's ABCs, and they're available to you. All Scripture, Romans 3, 23, Romans 6, 23, John 3, 16, Romans 10, 9, and 10. On the cover, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. So as you go personally to people, you can take these tools with you. They're available free. Just let us know how many you need and we'll get them to you. Call 812-867-2418. You can go online, you can use email, you can use Facebook, and you can use whatever tools are at your disposal to get the gospel to people. You can reach out to people everywhere with God's glorious gospel. The question is, will you? Wherever you are, whatever your circumstance might be, maybe you can identify with the psalmist. Listen to Psalm 40, 1-3, New King James Version. I waited patiently for the Lord and he inclined to me and heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit out of the myry clay and set my feet upon a rock and established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth, praise to our God. Many will see it and fear and will trust in the Lord. If you will begin now praying, reading God's Word, reflecting on the Scriptures themselves. Having someone to pray with you, will you then go with the gospel and tell people how they can be saved? We have tools for you, God's ABCs, free to get yours, call area code 812-867-2418. That's 812-867-2418. Just let us know how many you can prayerfully use and we will send them to you. They are free, the gospel is free, it's the gift of God, eternal life. Who will you share that good news with? Today or very soon, someone is waiting. If you don't tell them, who will? Go with the gospel. Do what God would be pleased for you to do and watch Him work wonderfully. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. A good understanding, have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever. That's Psalm 111, verse 10, New King James. Starting where you are, realizing that God will give you all the tools that you need to serve Him effectively, you can pray. You can read His Word. You can fellowship with other believers and then together, you can go with the gospel to people who need to know Jesus Christ personally. There's a world to be one, but it happens one by one when people like you and me share Jesus wherever we go. So we have for you God's ABCs. They're free. You can get yours by calling 812-867-2418. That's 867-2418. Or writing. The address will be given at the end of the broadcast. So please prayerfully consider doing what God wants you to do. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Fear Him, trust Him. He will give you the guidance and the direction if you will open your heart. Then others will come to know Christ. Put feet on your prayers and go with a good understanding of God's Word. Follow His leadership and take the gospel to people who need Him. Who do you know, who doesn't know Him, but who could if someone like you would tell them, then go to them. This is what happens when you believe. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, He is a new creation. Old things have passed away. Behold all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5-17, New King James Version. That's a wonderful promise from the Word of God. When you trust Jesus, you become a new person, a new creation. That will happen to people who meet the Lord when you share God's good news with them. Have you found a prayer partner? Are you determining together how to take the gospel to someone who needs to be a new creation? Everybody has sinned. But there is salvation available to persons who admit that they have sinned, who will turn to Jesus from their sins, who will receive the gift of God, eternal life, in Christ Jesus our Lord, by believing on Him, by being willing to tell others that they believe. Who do you know that doesn't know Jesus? There is someone waiting for you to tell them the truth. You have the privilege and the opportunity of doing precisely that. We have God's ABCs available to you to get yours. Call us 812-867-2418. That's 812-867-2418. We will get them right out to you so you can share God's wonderful plan of salvation. Are you ready? Pray and let us pray for you. No matter where you are, regardless of how difficult your circumstance might be, if you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, then Philippians 4-11, New King James Version is yours to claim. Listen. Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am to be content. That's a really strong promise. So many times we don't have the contentment that we need, so many times we don't really appreciate the circumstances that surround us that seem so difficult and so hard to handle. But God is able to help us cope with whatever is going on. Know this. Everybody you know, every person, family member, neighbor, friend, whomever is headed for heaven or for hell, depending on whether or not they know Jesus Christ. So know that it is the greatest need in the world, that if our gospel is hidden, it is hidden to those that are lost. Do something about it. Pray diligently for the people who need Jesus. Pray that God will make you usable and use you. Find a prayer partner, read God's Word together, claim this promise together, and then go with the gospel. We would like to send you God's ABCs. All you have to do to get yours is call 812-867-2418. We've been privileged to send hundreds of these to people just like you who are listening to telling the truth on the station you are listening to today. So call us and help get the gospel to people. Every Saturday at 7.27 p.m. you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T. 13,000 US-41 north at Boondville and Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday, a good news club for ages 6 to 9 is available in a separate room. For more information call 812-867-2418 or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org. God has a great plan for you. Start where you are. Listen to Jeremiah 33-1 through 3 New King James Version. Moreover, the Word of the Lord came to Jeremiah a second time while he was still shut up in the court of the prison saying, "Thus says the Lord who made it, the Lord who formed it to establish it, the Lord is His name. Call to me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know. Are you in prison? Are you incarcerated? Or are you free? Wherever you are, whatever your circumstance is, you couldn't be worse off than Jeremiah found himself. But then God spoke to him in a magnificent way with a promise that I have shared again and again and again with people everywhere. And in addition to that, I have applied it to every facet and phase of the ministries that God has given to us across the miles and across the years. This is what God said, "Call to me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know." I first was challenged from that verse or by that verse by a lawyer. He was a very effective communicator. He had left his law profession to go into full-time evangelism. His name was Clifton Brannon. He had been a lawyer for the Sinclair Oil Company, working for Mr. Sinclair, and then he transferred to the Laternal Corporation to work with Argy Leterno, the famous mover of mountains, the one who invented the wonderful things that are earth movers today that are still being used all over the world. He invented the electric wheel that causes those great earth movers to move on their own accord. And so Mr. Leterno and Mr. Brannon got to be very close friends and Mr. Brannon was able to help Mr. Leterno develop all kinds of Christian ministries. He set up many Christian corporations for Mr. Leterno, including his school in Longview, Texas. Leterno College, which is training lots and lots of people in the technical end of things, airline pilots, missionary pilots, all kinds of engineers. And he has been a very wonderful man in the past. Of course, he's with Jesus now, both of these men are. But Mr. Brannon, Clif Brannon, would start every evangelistic crusade by quoting this verse, and he would ask the people to repeat after him, "Call to me," and they would say, "Call to me," and then he would say, "I will answer you," and they would echo, "I will answer you," and show you great and mighty things. And the audience would repeat, "Show you great and mighty things which you do not know." And they would repeat that which you do not know. And it was a thrill to understand that that was the way that he began every one of his crusades, and he was a wonderful, wonderful evangelist, and God used him tremendously. He put together the soul winners' New Testament, and we were privileged to work with him to make that happen. Listen to Isaiah 43, 19, New King James again, "Behold, I will do a new thing. Now it shall spring forth. Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." Don't think you can't because you're two and fill in the blanks. Too small, too large, too old, too young, too whatever. Be willing to start where you are. Jeremiah 1, 4-7, New King James says, "Then the Word of the Lord came to me, saying, "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I sanctified you. I ordained you a prophet to the nations. Then said I, 'O Lord, behold, I cannot speak for I am a youth.' But the Lord said to me, 'Do not say I am a youth, for you shall go to all to whom I send you; and whatever I command you, you shall speak.'" Then listen to 1 Timothy 4, 12, New King James Version. Let no one despise your youth. Pippin' example to the believers in Word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Tripplicustian Youth Ministries has the privilege of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with young people of all ages. We even have a thing now that we call tiger cubs for kids from kindergarten right on through the fifth grade. And then from 10 years old on through 19, we challenge these youth to be an example to and of the believers in Word. Word means three things to me. Number one, the Word of God. God's Word is quick and powerful and sharpened in a two-edged sword. The next meaning is keep your Word, tell the truth, don't lie. Be able to back up what you say consistently. And thirdly, it is the Word of God. God's Word needs to be shared with people. And don't do anything to compromise the Word of God. God tells us to not use language that is displeasing to Him, not to use any word that displeases the Lord. Be very, very careful in the words that you use. And in conduct, make sure that you're walking up brightly, that you're doing the right thing at the right time with the right people. And then in love, love your neighbor as yourself, love people. Jesus said, "And by this shall all men know that you are my disciples if you are believers in Christ, that you love one another. So many times we have people who take pot shots at one another. So-called Christians are trying to really hurt each other and harm each other with words and with actions. So make sure your conduct is correct. Make sure that it is in love. And have the right spirit. The Holy Spirit and dwells every believer in Jesus Christ. And so make sure that what you're doing is in keeping with Him. And secondly, make sure that you have a good spirit toward life itself and toward the people with whom you come in contact. And then in faith, put your faith implicitly, completely, absolutely in the Lord Jesus Christ with no reservation whatsoever. Believe with all of your heart and keep believing, stay believing, and then in purity. Make sure that you're living a holy life, a godly life. There are so many things that today are politically correct that are biblically incorrect and sinful and totally distasteful to God. So make sure that you're not doing things just because they say, "Well, this is the way it is today." People, please, are not God, please, are most of the time. So you need to please God above and beyond everything else. And so you need to do it in a very special way. And you need to do it with purity. Again, Isaiah 68, New King James says, "Also I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Who shall I send?' And who will go for us?' Then I said, 'Here am I, send me.' Now notice that scripture, 'Who will go for us?' Us in the New King James is capitalized because it stands for the Trinity, the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. What a wonderful thing it is. Those us, that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the Trinity of the Godhead is wanting us to know that they are saying to us, "Go, and we are to reply, 'Here am I, send me.'" Don't think too little about small things, small beginnings. God does not look down on small beginnings. Every ministry that I know that has grown and progressed and made a tremendous impact on the world started very, very small. I've known some people later on after their ministries were huge that started very small. I had the privilege of knowing Jerry Falwell. He was a friend. And Tammy and I had the privilege of spending some time with him. We were on the campus of Liberty attending a basketball game. And Jerry found out we were there and he sent a message to us to come down and talk with him and he said, "Could you guys come to my office tomorrow?" He said, "I want to block off 30 minutes of my time just to find out what God is doing through you at Triple T." And so Tammy and I were privileged to have that one-on-one with him. And I'll always remember what he said to us. He said, "Keep on doing what God's leading you to do." He asked a question, "How much land do you have?" And I said, "30 acres." He said, "Great. Don't ever sell any of that land, but develop it for God's glory." And he said, "You need some funds to make all of this happen." So he said, "I'm going to pray today for God to send a million dollars to Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries." Now that hasn't happened in one lump sum, but since that time, that much has come in a little at a time. And altogether, year in and year out, and that's been a few years ago because Jerry's been with the Lord for the last six years, God has done some wonderful things. But we believe that one day somebody's going to catch the vision and we're going to have the privilege of having a million dollars given so that we can really expand the ministry. And we want to do that between now and the time we have our 50th birthday, our golden anniversary, God willing coming up on February 6, 2016. So pray. Be a part of all this and stay listening because I want to tell you some more things about what you can do right where you are if you'll start today. Speaking of Jerry Falwell and the dream that he had for Liberty University, people scoffed at him because he started this school with less than 200 students. It was our privilege to be on campus in just the second year of the school's operation, just at that time, all headquartered and housed in Thomas Road Baptist Church. Today, the dream has become reality. Over 100,000 students are enrolled in Liberty University. It's the largest Christian institution of its kind in the world. He had dream after dream, and all of these dreams, almost without exception, have come to pass. It was our privilege to have our kids go to college for a weekend on campus at Liberty early on. And James was privileged to be in the room with a guy who was a drummer in the marching band. And he was able to meet this guy and he and some other high school students. And he said that the alarm clock went on and he said it went with a voice of a drill sergeant saying it's 5.30 a.m. time to get up. And so they did. About a year earlier, our daughter Tammy went to college for a weekend, and she was rooming with a girl that grew up at Triple T. And she happened to have a boyfriend at that time, and Tammy met her friend, whose name was Jerry Falwell Jr., who is now the Chancellor of Liberty University. And so we've gone way back, and across the years, we've known the people that have now become the catalysts for keeping this ministry going forward. What a delight it is to know people who have dreams and who just started where they were doing things. We're all to live like a new creation. Colossians 3, 8, 9, and 10, New King James Version says, "But now you yourselves are to put off these anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of him who created him." We're talking about the Lord Jesus, and when you meet him, you're to put these things off. All this stuff should go away. And then God gives you the privilege of becoming a new creature in Christ. Here's how it works. You need to admit that you have sinned. Turn to Jesus from your sins. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that her beliefs in him should not perish but have everlasting life. All have sinned. You have, I have, everybody, and fall short of God's glory. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God has eternal life through Christ Jesus, our Lord. Then we're to tell people that we believe. If you confess with your mouth, the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved with the heart when believes to righteousness and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. Are you willing right now to pray with me? Pray this prayer from your heart. Heavenly Father, I am a sinner, and I really am sorry. Forgive me for all of my sins and shortcomings and mess-ups. I turn to Jesus Christ who died for my sins, who was buried and who rose again. I believe with all of my heart that he is who he says he is. The Son of God, God the Son. And I turn to Jesus and I receive the gift of God eternal life. And I'm willing, Lord, to tell other people I believe. Thank you, Father, for giving me the gift of God of eternal life for forgiving all of my sins and for allowing me to live for you, to serve you with every fiber of my being for the rest of my life. I thank you in Jesus' name, Amen. If you prayed that prayer, then I hope that right now you will understand that you are a new creature in Christ. Old things pass away, all things can become brand new. But it's up to you to grow in Christ. Here are four things you need to do. Number one, you need to pray. Lord, help me to live for you. God, help me to do the things that I need to do and not do the things I don't need to do. Secondly, read the Word of God. Get the Gospel of John. Read the whole thing, all of the Gospel of John. Go to third John, chapter five, and read every verse and understand that God will speak to you through those words to help you grow in Christ to become all that you need to be in Him and through Him and for Him. Thirdly, fellowship with other believers. Get involved in a local Bible-believing church, sunny school, and youth group if you're young. And then, fourthly, tell people how to get to heaven. We have God's ABCs to send to you to get yours. Simply call us, area code 812-867-2418. And you can help other people do what you've just done and get headed for heaven. All you've got to do is call 812-867-2418. Christ through you can change the Word. Every Saturday at 727 p.m. you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 US 41 North at Boone Building Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday, a good news club for ages 6 to 9 is available in a separate room. For more information, call 812-867-2418 or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org.
