[MUSIC PLAYING] You're listening to "Telling the Truth," from Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries, "Telling the Truth to and Through Teenagers." Here is Triple T. Founder and President George Dooms. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Listen to Daniel 10, 12, Luke and James Version. Then he said to me, "Do not fear Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come because of your words. God hears and answers prayer. And God wants each one of us to know that we can set our hearts toward what God would have us to do. We can understand His will for our lives if we will abide in Him and allow Him to abide in us. It begins with a relationship. It has to be established personally with the Lord Jesus Christ by admission of sin. You are a sinner. I am a sinner. All have sinned. Tell God, "You're sorry you've sinned." And then thank Him for sending His son, Jesus Christ, to die for your sins, to be buried, and to rise again. And believe in the Lord Jesus with all of your heart and be willing to tell other people that you believe. And if they will believe, they too can have life that lasts forever. When we do these things and we set our hearts toward God, wonderful things can happen. God wants us to pray. He wants us to pray with others who are also believers. And then He wants us to go with the gospel to those folk who need to know the Lord. Will you do that? We have God's ABCs. Hundreds have been distributed personally one by one by people just like you. So call 812-867-2418. When you strive toward accomplishing what God would have you to do, you need to be at the right place at the right time. Listen to a back at 2-1 New King James. I will stand my watch and set myself on the rampart and watch to see what He will say to me and what I will answer when I am approved. Are you willing to do that? To put yourself out there so you can see what's going on and others can observe you and you will know what to do and how to do it and when and where to do it? God is a perfect plan for you and He wants to make you usable and He wants to use you when you set yourself in the right place at the right time. The need of the hour is the lostness of the people who surround you and me. Everyone everywhere is headed for heaven or toward hell depending on whether or not they know Jesus Christ. We need to tell them how to get to heaven, let them know to admit they've sinned, to believe on Christ, to confess Him publicly. God's ABCs are available to you to share with people who need the Lord, to get yours right to us or call us 812-867-2418. Just tell us how many you would like to have and be one who will distribute these messages from God to people who need the Lord. It's total scripture, it's available to you. All you have to do is call 812-867-2418. God's plan to redeem people continues to be revealed as it is presented in Acts 1347, New King James Version. Listen, "For so the Lord has commanded us, "I have set you to be a light to the Gentiles "that you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth." God's word fits together marvelously and each of us needs to follow His plan for getting the gospel to the whole wide world beginning where we are. Do you know Jesus? If you do, are you concerned about those who don't? Will you go to them with the gospel? Will you find a prayer partner? Will you pray together diligently, deliberately, specifically for people who need the Lord and then will you take the gospel and go to them with God's plan of salvation? We have for you God's ABCs. They're all scripture and they're absolutely free. All you have to do to get yours is to call us 812-867-2418 or write us. If the line is busy or if there's no answer, please wait and call again. 812-867-2418. Did you know that there are people waiting to be told how to get to heaven? And you can be the one to help them know how they can live forever. It's your responsibility and your God-given opportunity. So let's go with the gospel. It's very easy to be enamored with the things of the world, but God tells us not to do that. Listen to Colossians 3-2, New King James Version. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. God wants you and me to understand that we will live for eternity somewhere in heaven or hell. And He wants us to know that if we have believed on the Lord Jesus, then it's our responsibility and our opportunity to take the glorious gospel of the Lord Jesus to people who need Him. That's being in tune with Him and thinking of things above. God wants to save people. But to do that, He needs people to take the gospel and to present the plan of salvation. That's what you could do, that's what I do. And together, praying for one another, we can watch God work wonderfully. Go to your private prayer place and pour out your heart to the Lord, saying, "God, make me usable and use me." Then find a prayer partner. Read the word of God together, understand what He wants you to do. Why not just dwell on this little verse? Colossians 3-2 for a moment. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. Get God's ABCs, call 812-867-2418. That's 867-2418. Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily ensnares us and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. Hebrews 12-1, New King James. We can win the race, the race is eternal, the race is on to get the gospels of the most possible people in the shortest possible time effectively. There are people that you can reach, if you will. First you pray, "God, make me usable and use me." Go to your quiet place, your private place and then come out of that intimacy with the Lord and find a prayer partner and together pray for wisdom, guidance, and direction to go with the gospel. Have people to race with you because once again, your race is for eternity. For getting the gospel to people so we can take as many with us as we can at the end of the race. We have for you God's ABCs in printed form. They are all scripture. They are free and to get yours, simply call us. Area code 812-867-2418. And then determine whom you are going to share Jesus with and go with the gospel and watch God work in the hearts and lives of people for whom you are concerned. First pray, then go. Again and again, God's word tells us what has happened, who Jesus is and what we are to do for him. Hebrews 12-2, New King James Version says, "Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, "who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, "dispising the shame and has sat down "at the right hand of the throne of God." Many people feel that that's a misnomer, saying that Jesus had joy set before him to endure the cross. His joy was for you and for me to be saved. For us to know that our sins could be forgiven, washed in the blood of Jesus Christ, shed for us. That joy can be full when you and I not only meet the Lord, but tell others how they too can get to heaven. God wants us to be compassionate about people who are lost and everyone who has not believed in the Lord Jesus is lost, condemned already because they have not yet believed. God's word says this, and we need to understand that God's word is totally true. But he also wants us to go with the gospel to people who need him, so find someone to pray with, make sure that your heart is totally in tune with the Lord, and then together determine how you are going to get the gospel to the most possible people most effectively. We have God's ABCs for you. They're available and all you have to do to get yours is call to let us know how many you need. 812-867-248. One of the most significant scriptures that gives me the assurance that God is indeed in charge of everything, including me, is Revelation 32 8, New King James Version. I know your works. See, I have said before you an open door and no one can shut it. For you have a little strength, have kept my word, and have not denied my name. Can you say that? I hope you can because if you can, know that God will open door after door for you, specifically on time, and you can go through that open door that God's has set before you. There are people on the other side of that door who don't know Jesus, and when you go through that door and take the gospel to them and share the plan of salvation with them and pray diligently before, during, and after the fact, you can see God do magnificent things through you. Don't ever give up. Don't deny the power of the name of Jesus Christ. God's ABCs are simple. They are totally scripture, and they are available to you in printed form free. Just let us know how many you will prayerfully present to people. Call us, ericodate12-867-2418. That's 812-867-418. When you get your ABCs, take them to people prayerfully. Believing people will receive God's gift of eternal life. Every Saturday at 7.27 PM, you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 US-41 North at Boone Building Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday, a good news club for ages 6 to 9 is available in a separate room. For more information, call 812-867-2418, or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org. Open doors are really exciting, especially when you don't know what it's going to be like when you attempt to go through the door that God opens. This happened to us recently, as we were given the opportunity of sharing the concept of what we call the Tiger Team Impact with pastors and people from 15 different churches, from five different counties. It was a tremendous opportunity to go through that door, and now we trust that because we went through that door, others will go through door after door after door in their communities to get the gospel to people. Noah was a very special person. God loved Noah, and God chose Noah to do something special. Right now, there's a lot of folder all out there about Noah. There's a movie that's coming out, and it's extra scriptural. That means it does not adhere to the total biblical story. There are parts of it, I understand, that do. And I've seen little clips. There are parts of it that totally ignore what the Word of God says. So when you hear things like this, or you see things like this, go back to the basics. Go back to the book of Genesis. Begin reading in Genesis chapter six. I'm going to be sharing some highlights from those verses in God's Word with you about the real person Noah. And by the way, he was a real person. Also, over near Cincinnati, Ohio on the Kentucky side, the people who put together the Creation Museum are raising the funds to build a huge replica of the ark. Someday, it will be finished, and we'll be able to actually go in it and see it. It was our privilege to be in Pennsylvania, and to go into a musical where we were inside the ark and surrounded by the animals and the people, and it was an awesome, awesome experience. But those are thingments of man's imagination. Those were not real, but they were very, very effective and very, very inspirational. But listen to Genesis six, five through eight. Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continuously. And the Lord was sorry that he made man on the earth, and he was grieved in his heart. So the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. That's one of the most significant verses in all of scripture, because Noah found grace. God did something very, very special. He allowed Noah and his wife and his sons and daughters in law to be saved. Listen now to Genesis six, nine through 22. This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah is a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God. And Noah begot three sons, Shim, Ham, and Jeptha. The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt. For all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. And God said to Noah, the end of all flesh has come before me. For the earth is filled with violence through them, and behold, I will destroy them with the earth. Make yourself an ark of gopher wood, make rooms in the ark, and cover it outside and inside with pitch. And this is how you shall make it. The length of the ark shall be 300 cubits. It's width, 50 cubits, and it's height, 30 cubits. You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above, and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third decks. See, God not only opens doors, but he gives the instructions and the blueprints for where to place the door sometimes ourselves. Listen, and behold, I myself and bringing flood waters on the earth. To destroy from under heaven all flesh in which the breadth of life, everything that is on the earth shall die. But I will establish my covenant with you, and you shall go into the ark, you, your sons, your wife, and your son's wives with you. And of every living thing of all flesh, you shall bring two of every sort into the ark, to keep them alive with you. They shall be male and female, of the birds after their kind, of animals after their kind, and of every creeping thing of the earth after its kind. Two of every kind will come to you, to keep them alive. And you shall take for yourself of all food that is eaten, and you shall gather it to yourself, and it shall be food for you and for them. Thus Noah did, according to all, that God commanded him, so he did. The wonderful thing about this is that a lot of people scoff at this story, and they say, "Oh, it's just a figment of somebody's imagination." No, it isn't. It is totally true. God did it, and proof after proof is here, that God did exactly what the Bible says he did. There are so many people who are smarter than the, as my uncle used to say, they are smarter than their intelligence. In other words, they don't really get it, but they try to make things up. And a lot of people just can't believe that God did something like this, and they don't have the faith in God to believe that he did it, and they put faith in the dumbest things, the most stupid things that you can imagine. I remember going to school, and hearing this story, it was in science class, and this was the story I was told. There was a little bug, and a little bug was really needing to get some sunshine, so the bug climbed up on the beach, and the bug in the sunlight decided it would be good if there were two bugs, and so the bugs split. And before long, the little bug got into a circumstance where he multiplied, and there were many, many bugs. And then pretty soon, they did more things, and then they got larger bugs, and then they did other things, and on and on it goes. And it's the most ridiculous thing I have ever even tried to imagine, but there are people, so-called scientists, who believe that monarchy. If you wanna really get the truth, go to Genesis. Genesis chapter six, and listen to God as he shares his word with you. On into chapter seven is more information of what God did, and the way he did it, using Noah. Listen, Genesis seven, one through five. Then the Lord said to Noah, come into the ark, you and all your household, because I have seen that you are righteous before me in this generation. You shall take with you seven each of every clean animal, a male and his female, to each of animals that are unclean, a male and his female. Also, seven each of birds of the air, male and female, to keep the species alive on the face of all the earth. For after seven more days, I will cause it to rain on the earth 40 days and 40 nights, and I will destroy from the face of the earth all living things that I have made. And Noah did according to all that the Lord commanded him. One of the most outstanding things about this story is Noah's response to God's orders. Did you hear that again? And Noah did according to all that the Lord commanded him. If God commands you to do something, are you willing to do it? Jesus gave us a command. We call it the Great Commission. Jesus Christ, Son of God, savor the world after his death, burial and resurrection, said this, go, go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. My major purpose in life is to communicate Christianity, especially two and three teenagers. By preaching the gospel, this does not mean that we go into a building that we call a church and get up in the pulpit area and stand behind a desk. That is one way to preach, but it's certainly not the only way. There are all kinds of ways to share God's good news. And God wants us sometimes to just take pieces of paper and present them to people. Sometimes it's just a one-on-one conversation. Sometimes it's over a cup of cold water like we do at county fair after county fair all over the tri-state in the summertime. To have the opportunity to share God's good news. But what he wants us to understand is that people are lost and the only way they can be saved is to hear the truth. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, the life. No one comes to the Father except by me. You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. So we've got to tell the truth in every way that we possibly can. One of the ways that we preach the gospel is by billboards. Another is by radio as we're doing now. Another is by video. Stay tuned. We're going to give you more of Noah's story and how it really wrapped up God's Word. [MUSIC PLAYING] The rains came down and the floods came up. For 40 days and 40 nights, it happened. 40 days and 40 nights is a very significant scriptural thing again and again and again in the Bible. That particular time frame is repeated. Remember the story of Jesus being tempted in the wilderness by the devil? 40 days and 40 nights, he fasted and prayed and was tempted but never once yielded to the temptations. Then after his three to three and a half years of earthly ministry, Lord Jesus, after having been born of a virgin, living perfectly, preaching, teaching, touching, healing, died, was crucified. Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. He was buried and he rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures. The Bible lets us know that after his resurrection, that Jesus walked and talked on planet Earth for 40 days. Then it was time for the ascension. It was time for God to take him home. And so we have these parallels in Old and New Testament about the 40-day syndrome. Yes, as the Sunday school song says, the rains came down and the floods came up. Listen to Genesis 8-1, "Then God remembered Noah and every living thing and all the animals that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth and the waters subsided. After God opened the door and Noah and his wife and his three sons and their wives and the animals were able to come out of the ark, Noah did something very, very special. Something all of us should do any time and every time that we listen to the Lord and do what he tells us to do. Listen to Genesis 8-20-22, "Then Noah built an altar to the Lord and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar. And the Lord smelled a soothing aroma. Then the Lord said in his heart, "I will never again curse the ground for man's sake, although the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth. Nor will I again destroy every living thing as I have done." While the earth remains, seed time and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease." That is a cardinal scripture in God's Word. I want to repeat that, I want you to listen to it. "While the earth remains, this is God's promise, seed time and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease." The word harvest appears in the Bible multiple times, but this is its first time to appear here in Genesis. When you put the seeds in the ground, the harvest will ultimately come. Jesus told us to pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out labors into his harvest. That's what we're doing now, praying, trusting, hoping that people will come and join us. Listen to Genesis 9, 11-17, "Thus I establish my covenant with you, never again shall all flesh be cut off from the waters of the flood. Never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth." And God said, "This is a sign of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you for perpetual generations. I set my rainbow in the cloud and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. It shall be when I bring a cloud over the earth that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud." Now remember my covenant, which is between me and you, and every living creature of all flesh, the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. The rainbow shall be in the cloud and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth. And God said to Noah, "This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth." Every time I see a rainbow, I thrill to the fact that God promised that and we are never going to have a worldwide flood again. But meanwhile, we have the opportunity to share the gospel with every person we possibly can't as effective as we can. Listen to, he was 11-7, by faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an arc for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith. That's what God's word says, believe it and heed it and know that you can make a difference. Christ through you can change the world.
