Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings. He will not stand before unknown men. Proverbs 22.29, New Kings, James Version. Do you know a man like that? Do you know men like that? Do you know people like that? People who excel in their work. Are they people that you want to be with? Are they people that you respect highly? Are they people who are standing before leaders as leaders themselves? Are they over in the corner with nobody noticing them? No, a man who excels in his work will stand before kings. Are you excelling in what God has given you to do? Are you praying, knowing that God has the answer to every problem, every circumstance, and every situation that you face? Are you reading God's Word for specific answers? And are you fellowshiping with other believers and sharing your heart with them? And then are you going with the gospel? This whole thing is a vicious but wonderful circle. You start where you are, knowing Jesus. You pray with others, you read the Word of God, and then you go, and you take the good news of the saving power of Jesus Christ to people who need Him.
