[music] You're listening to "Telling the Truth" from Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries, "Telling the Truth to and Through Teenagers." Here is Triple T. Founder and President, George Dooms. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. God's Word is quick and powerful and sharpened in a two-edged sword. Listen to Amos 514, New King James. Seek good and not evil, that you may live. So the Lord God of hosts will be with you as you have spoken. When you ask God for something special, know that He wants you to seek good always and never ever to seek evil. Evil lurks all around us, all the time under every circumstance, but God is good. God is great, and God wants us to seek good, to seek Him. The result is that you may live. So the Lord God of hosts will be with you. God promises us life that lasts forever when we admit that we have sinned, when we turned to Jesus from our sins, when we believe in the Lord Jesus and are willing to tell other people about Him. You see, God will be with you if you are willing to put Him in first place. So seek good and not evil, go with the gospel to people who need the Lord. Pray, read the Word of God, do what the Word of God says to do, fellowship and harmony with other believers in Christ, and together tell people Jesus came to save sinners. Listen to Zepania 2-3, New King James Version. Seek the Lord all you make of the earth who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of the Lord's anger. Yes, God has a plan for you. He has a procedure for you to follow, seek Him. All of His goodness is available to you, and we need to uphold His justice. There is injustice happening all around us, all over the world, and especially right there where you live. So seek righteousness, seek humility. God's Word says to humble ourselves. Are you willing to do that? Pray this prayer, "God, make me usable and use me to glorify you." Lift Jesus high. He said, "And I, if I be lifted up, will draw all men unto me." Lift up the cross of Christ wherever you are, and tell people that Christ died for our sins, that He was buried, that He rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures. Let people know that God loves them, Jesus died for them. And what we need to do now is to believe and to share our faith in Him with folk who need Him. Will you do that? Pray. Read God's Word, and go with the Gospel. Pray without our believers, determining to tell people how to get to Heaven. Old Testament prophecies are amazing to fathom. I want you to listen, if you will, to Malachi 3-1, New King James Version. "Behold, I send my messenger, and he will prepare the way before me, and the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant in whom you delight. Behold, he is coming," says the Lord of hosts. God knows what's happening. He knows in advance who is going to do what, when, where, and why, because he prepares the way and the Scriptures unfold the very essence of who God is. Jesus Christ, Son of God, was predicted way before He was born of a virgin, lived perfectly, shared God's Word, and then went to the cross and died for our sins, was buried, and rose again. Jesus loves you. He is Lord, but is He your Lord? Have you admitted you have sinned? Have you believed on Christ? Have you told people you believe? Are you praying with other believers? And are you reading the Word of God together? And are you going with the Gospel? Are you praying for the folk who need Jesus? By name, specifically, individually? Are you concerned about folk who don't know the Lord, but who could, if someone would tell them how to get to heaven? Will you be that one? An extremely significant Scripture is Matthew 633, New King James Version. Listen, "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." We put God in first place. When we seek Him first, and when we understand that His righteousness will prevail, we know that our righteousness is like filthy rags. But His breastplate of righteousness is available to us, and we need to put it on. We need to seek God's righteousness, and then know when we do, everything we need will be added to us. Things, T-H-I-N-G-S. God will not withhold anything from those who walk uprightly, the Bible says. God wants you and me to fellowship with Him in concert with other believers. He wants us to read the Word of God. He wants us to believe the Word of God, and to share the Word of God with people who don't know Him, whom to know right is life eternal. As you look down deep in your heart, do you have a compassion for the people who are lost, who could be saved if someone would tell them how? Would you be that someone? Let them know that all have sinned and come short of God's glory. To believe on Christ will provide for them the gift of God eternal life. Ask, and it will be given to you, seek, and you will find, knock, and it will be open to you for everyone who asks, receives, and who seeks, finds, and to Him who knocks, it will be opened. Matthew 7, 7, and 8, New King James Version. God wants us to ask, and to seek, and to knock. Are you willing to do that? Ask God, give Him the opportunity to listen to the desires of your heart, ask Him to make you usable, and use you. Seek His will in every area of your life. Seek His desire for you, and keep knocking on His door, the door of His heart, and then ask other people if they will believe on the Lord Jesus. Seek other people who don't know the Lord, but could if someone would tell them how, and knock on their hearts doors, and watch God make you usable, and use you. This ASK formula that Jesus shares is so important. It is really imperative that we follow His divine design wherever we go. So ask, and seek, and knock, and watch God work wonderfully. Let me repeat, ask, seek, knock, and it will be opened to you. Jesus asks, what do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine and go to the mountains to seek the one that is straying? What's your answer to that question? Well, Jesus went on to respond, listen. And if he should find it, assuredly I say to you, he rejoices more over that sheep than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray. That's Matthew 18, 12-13, New King James. Evangest Diel Moody and singer Ira Sankey were on a train in England, and Mr. Sankey began to put some words on paper. There were ninety-nine that safely lay in the shelter of the fold, but one was out on the hills away. Far off. What about your friends? What about the people in your family? Are they lost? Are you seeking them? Are you going after them? Go after those lost sheep, those people for whom you care, for whom you are concerned and help them know the truth. Jesus saves. Read the word of God, heed the word of God, pray with other believers, and don't hesitate, but go look for the lost sheep and tell them how they can come to God's fold forever. Will you do that? If you will. God will make you a soul-winner and a sheep-herder. Some of the things that Jesus said were of such importance that they were repeated almost verbatim from one book of the New Testament to another. Listen to Luke 11, 9, and 10, New King James. And I say to you, ask and it will be given to you. Seek and you will find knock and it will be open to you. Sound familiar? Keep listening. For everyone who asks receives and who seeks finds and who knocks it will be opened. Those words almost identically presented in Matthew are repeated here in Luke. So God wants us to ask. He wants us to seek. He wants us to knock consistently. And He wants us to do it compassionately. First on Heaven's door. Ask God and then seek God's will for the people who don't know Him and knock on His door and ask Him to make you usable and use you to reach them. And then go knock on the doors of the hearts of the people who don't know the Lord. Ask them to receive God's gift. Seek them wherever they are and then knock on their hearts door with the gospel being shared and watch God make you usable and use you to impact another life one at a time. It's really up to you. Will you do the asking and the seeking and the knocking? Will you do it today? Will you do it prayerfully? Every Saturday at 7.27 p.m. You are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T. 13,000 US-41 North at Boomville and Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday, a good news club for ages 6 to 9 is available in a separate room. For more information call 812-867-2418 or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org. Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever. Daniel 12-3, New King James Version. Every Saturday has a dynamic of its own. Excitement builds as tigers, teens involved going evangelizing regularly, catch the vision, every youth before turning 20 to have an opportunity to hear the gospel with an invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus. Friends come for the first, second, and third times. Two teen missions, international teams of creative Christian communicators are using drama, music, and more. They were featured July 8 and shared their talents again. And July 13 at Jesus Christ changed in the world's summit from 10 o'clock in the morning through the rally. They will be featured again tonight at Triple T. Twelve Ministries to Youth were invited to be spotlighted. The fast paced day changed every 20 minutes, climaxing with the pizza party. Inbound's basketball ministry, a YEA that is Youth Evangement Association affiliate, is to be featured tonight July 20. Teen Missions teams are also to be with us tonight and again the 27th of July and the 3rd of August. The two teen missions international teams were joined by traveling tigers at three county fairs, Gibson and Posey, Indiana, and Richton, Illinois July 8 through 12. Using puppets and free ice water, they attracted fair gores to the Triple T fair shared tents. They surveyed individuals about teenagers and they presented the gospel and offered a free Triple T. Nooking James Version Bible to 10 to 19 year olds at each fair. July 15 the teams went to holiday world. And July 16 through 19 took fair share to McLean, Kentucky, Pike and Warwick, Indiana. Other counties through August 10 include Edwards, Lawrence, Wabash and White, Illinois, Knox, Indiana and Davies, Kentucky. Police pray for hundreds more to be reached with the gospel and for many to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Meanwhile, tours of the Old Testament tabernacle replica are happening. The gospel is presented at the end of each tour and youth and adults are responding. Linda Mahar from Teen Missions International is serving as a guide and coordinator for the tours through the 1st of August. Each Sunday, Triple T staff and Teen Missions teams are ministering with local church congregations. July 7 one team was at Fort Branch Wesleyan and the other at Scott Township, General Baptist. Pastors Richard Comer and Steve Forrester are at Triple T virtually every Saturday with youth. July 14 first Avenue Presbyterian and Oak Hill Bible Fellowship and Hatfield Baptist. Tomorrow God willing will be at Bethany Presbyterian Vincennes. Sanborn, Indiana Baptist, a house church in bone gap West Salem, Illinois and Faith Bible Church all me. They're planning to host the teams. We're still waiting for confirmations for where we'll be July 28 and August 4. It's so great to know that pastors care enough to be involved in the ministry. Richard Comer and Jeff and Bobby Mobley are volunteering to drive vehicles to fair share. Two weeks they went here and there and in between. Shelley, Tammy, Mary and I are driving Triple T vehicles to and from the fairs too. Steve and Gay Peterson with Teen Missions International staff are here. Steve is driving the bus and Gay is cooking the food. The Scotland team leaders have volunteers Ben and Brenda Thorpe from Boise, Idaho. From 1980 forward it's been my privilege to be at the Lord's Boot Camp each summer with Teen Missions. In 1996 AIDS orphans and street children, Teen Missions International and Triple T Christian Youth Ministries formed a coalition. The June Successories calendar stated teamwork with a clear vision and room to run the true power of the team is unleashed. Triple T sponsors 12 motorcycle Sunday schools across Africa and beginning in September one will begin in Indonesia sponsored by Triple T. The 25-week thrust that began last Saturday, July 13 is to go through December 28, Triple T's 2,500 consecutive Saturday God willing. We're laying the groundwork for Restart, a national contest to begin March 9, 2014, six weeks before Easter, Easter April 20 and continuing two weeks following Easter through May 4. Because the majority of 10- to 19-year-olds do not attend church Sunday school or youth group meetings, Restart is a concerted effort to stop the avalanche of the spiritually fatal fall out of youth. Restart challenges and equips, preteens and teenagers to be involved in Bible-believing Sunday schools and our youth groups for 9 weeks, inviting and bringing their friends to have the opportunity to hear the Gospel with an invitation to believe in the Lord Jesus. Achievement awards for consistent attendance and for bringing the most friends most often can be earned. And for sponsoring a motorcycle Sunday school in Africa or Asia, a free week in Florida will be hosted by team missions including housing, food, round-trip bus travel from Triple T to Meredith Island, Florida for the top 20. Restart details presented July 13 at Triple T are available upon request. They will be given to every person who's out serving the Lord this summer all over the world and each person when they come back for their debrief will get what we call a Tiger Team Impact Key Action Packet, which outlines and presents all the possibilities for Restart. For all who will pray, give and help get the Gospel going forward, we are so very, very grateful. Please pray for all the endeavors to keep evangelizing youth. Triple T needs a thousand Tiger teammates to invest time, talent and treasure, to average $1, $10, $100 or even $1,000 or more weekly to total at least $150,000 by our 2500th Saturday God willing. Again, all glory goes to God for everything he has done is doing and is going to do. We praise him for you who are listening. We know you care and we want to pray for you and with you. Let's pray without ceasing. And everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Last Saturday Jesus Christ changed in the world's summit. Personified what we call Triple T's Culture of Cooperation. We work closely with the Dream Center. This is an inner city Evansville ministry to kids that is so very, very effective. Every year we go there and present programs. We give Bibles to the kids and they were involved with us. Last Saturday bringing kids here sharing the ministry of the Dream Center. And they have provided one of their vehicles for us to go to and from fairs so that we can accomplish what God would have us to accomplish in reaching more and more people for the Lord. They're becoming here in September to learn how to share their faith in Christ with their friends just before school starts. The Evansville Christian Life Center is another partner with us. I am second and my hope America with Billy Graham. That's coming up in November. This is what has happened and is happening and this is what Mr. Graham has found out. He asked the question what's your idea of the average American community? White picket fences, manicured lawns and two cars in the garage. The real America is not so picturesque. And it underscores the urgency of our work as Christians. Research shows if you live in a typical community with 100 average neighbors, here's the reality. Seven of your neighbors struggle with depression. Some consider suicide. Fourteen feel crippled or trapped by fear and anxiety. Seven abuse are addicted to drugs and alcohol. Eight are struggling with the loss of a job. Three are grieving over the loss of a loved one. Sixty, don't profess to be born again. Billy Graham says I feel a deep burden for so many Americans who live with no lasting hope. Together we can help find them and provide for them the gift of God eternal life through the Lord Jesus Christ. And so we're working with my hope America, restoring our heritage, right to life, the river city, faith fest, youth evangelism association. And of course, age orphaned street children, motorcycle Sunday school mission, teen missions international, higher bound, and local churches and ministries partnering in youth evangelism. We're thrilled and delighted and excited because of what God has done and is doing us with people who care. And together we can pray and work and get the gospel to a desperately needy world. Pray with us and for us, get involved. During the 25 weeks between last Saturday and December 28, we are going to be really opening all kinds of opportunities to be involved in sharing the gospel with some of the world's greatest teenagers. They're going to be doing the sharing, we're going to be doing the training, and we're really thrilled and excited. August the third is Big Splat, Triple T's famous and traditional watermelon night. And that morning we'll be marching in the Owensville, Indiana watermelon festival parade. We won first place in that parade a few years ago, and who knows it might happen again this August. And all during August we'll continue to share the gospel, taking fair share all the way through August 10. Our last week will be at Ag Days in Mount Carmel, Illinois, and we're looking forward to reconnecting with a whole bunch of friends from my hometown. And then the first of September, September the 7th is what we call Burger Bash, with free hamburgers for everybody. And all during September we're getting ready for see with the poll. When students across the world meet at the flag polls of their schools to pray, they'll pray for the world, they'll pray for America, they'll pray for their communities, they'll pray for their campus, for the faculty, for the administration, for their fellow students, and they'll share the gospel with everybody they possibly can as effectively as they know how. And then comes October. October we have a very special happening always on the first Saturday of October. We give a preview for the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival when we have corn dogs available. Most years we sell between four and five thousand hot dogs and corn dogs, and we have free corn dogs to tease everybody on the first Saturday of October. And then from the 14th to the 17th we are hosting Jesus Christ, changing the world's summit aftermath, which is the Youth Evangelism Association Convention and Youth Workers Intensive Training. We're hosting also the Motorcycle Sunday School Band, and it's going to be a very special time as they're coming, as they're sharing their instruments and their vocals. And we're doing a youth rally on Tuesday night, a Tiger Team Impact Evangelistic Youth effort right here on the 15th of October. And then comes November as we work with the Billy Graham Association and My Hope America. And Triple T will be open every night during that special week in October, excuse me, in November, and we'll be hosting all kinds of folk and sharing the gospel with videos and live testimonies, and on it goes then. Comes December, and we begin December with Jesus Christ's birthday party. Mary makes the Christ-centered birthday cake, and we have Chiz writer, Trumpeter Extraordinary, who will be with us. And December keeps celebrating Jesus' birthday going all the way to December 28 as we have, again, God willing, the 2,500 consecutive Saturday. So we're going to be having six months of intensive outreach, July, August, September, October, November, and December. And, of course, July is kind of almost over, but still got some time to go, so be praying, and if you can come on a Saturday night, it would be so wonderful to have you among us. We hope you'll come on out and see what this ministry is all about. It's exciting to work with some of the world's greatest teenagers. We're so happy that, again, tonight, we're going to be having people here from North Carolina with inbounds, and Todd Burden will be here with his team, and then the two teams from Teen Missions International will be here, and plus teenagers from Illinois and yet in Kentucky. And it's just going to be a super Saturday in every stretch of the imagination tonight, and you are hereby invited to come. It starts promptly at 7.27 p.m., and it ends at 9 o'clock, and then we open the snack shop, and you can have all kinds of wonderful fellowship with each other, and with people that you will never have the privilege of seeing any other place than here, because many of them will be leaving just a couple of days, and they're from all over the United States. Others will be here for a couple of more weeks, and of course, some of them live real near where you live. So be praying and come expecting God to do something special in your heart. Pray very much about being one of those 1,000 people to invest at least 20 to 25 dollars a month, and watch God make you usable and use you to impact your world for the glory of Jesus Christ. As you pray, and as you give, God can make you usable, and He is willing to use you. Know this, Christ through you can change the world. Every Saturday at 7.27 p.m., you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 US-41 North at Boone Building Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday, a good news club for ages 6 to 9 is available in a separate room. For more information, call 812-867-2418, or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org.
