Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Listen to 1 Peter 2.6, New King James, "Therefore, it is also contained in the Scripture. Behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, elect, precious, and he who believes on him will by no means be put to shame." That's a promise from God to you. Are you willing to be that kind of a believer so that you can have the privilege of telling people about that chief cornerstone, the Lord Jesus Christ, elect, precious? I hope that you will understand the responsibility that comes with the opportunity. There are people who you know, people that you come in contact with on a daily basis, perhaps, and certainly from time to time, who need to know that you care enough to share God's wonderful plan of salvation with them. Tell them who the chief cornerstone is, and how they can, by trusting him, have life that lasts forever. Let them know what God's Word says. Memorize Scripture, fellowship with other believers, pray, read and heed the Word of God, and then tell the truth to those who need to know. Do you have your New King James Bible yet?
