Telling The TRUTH
020512 Telling The Truth 2 Minute Program
You're listening to "Telling the Truth" from Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries, "Telling the Truth to and for Teenagers." Here is Triple T. founder and president, George Dooms. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Do you have a personal altar? Where is it? What is it? As a child, I would hear people talk about the family altar, and I wondered what that meant, where it was. I later realized it was not a place, but it was a circumstance of getting together with the family to pray and to read God's Word. Since that time, a family altar has been a part of our family, an intimate time of relating to the Lord, letting Him speak to us, letting Him hear us talk with Him, thanking Him, and presenting to Him our needs and our petitions. In Hebrews 1310, New King James Version says, "We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat." That's a complex way of saying yes, there is a difference between the true believer in Jesus Christ and others who have rituals. God wants you to know that He cares about you wherever you are, whoever you are. So go to your altar. Pray with your family, read the Word of God together, and then go out and share the gospel of Jesus Christ. There are people waiting for you to tell the truth. Christ through you can change the world. For your free copy of the New King James Bible, call 812-867-2418. Or write triple T-13,000 US-41-North Evansville, Indiana-47725.
