[music] You're listening to "Telling the Truth" from Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries, "Telling the Truth to and through Teenagers." Here is Triple T. Founder and President George Dumes. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ." And they said, "Stand back." Then they said, "This one came into sojourn, and he keeps acting as a judge. Now we will deal worse with you than with them." So they pressed hard against the man lot, and came near to break down the door. Genesis 19-9, New King James Version. God was about to do something to destroy Sodom. Angels had come to protect Lot. Lot brought them inside to protect them, and now the men of Sodom were surrounding the house and were ready to destroy Lot. God will protect you, if you will be in tune with Him. God has a plan for your life. He has something for you to do that nobody can do quite the way you could do it, if you will do the thing that God would have you to do. He wants you to share your faith in Christ with others. If you are a believer, then tell other people how they too, by admitting that they have sinned, by believing on the Lord Jesus, by confessing Him publicly, can have life that lasts forever. I hope that you will pray with other believers, and then go with the gospel. If you will, God can bless. Read his word, do what the Bible says, go with the gospel. Win souls for truth. God will send angels when they are needed. He did precisely that for a lot. Sodom was about to be destroyed, men of Sodom had surrounded the house. Listen to Genesis 19 and 10, New King James Version. But the men reached out their hands and pulled Lot into the house with them and shut the door. The men here are the angels that God had sent, the protectors, the ones to enable Lot to survive. God has somebody in your world that He wants to send your way. But first you have to pray, God, make me usable and use me. Totally trust in Jesus, and then secondly, read God's word. God has a plan for your life as revealed in the Scriptures. Thirdly, pray with other believers, other people who know Christ, and fourthly, go with the gospel through those people who do not know Jesus. There is somebody you know that you could reach. Pray, read the word of God, pray with others, and then take God's glorious gospel to people who need the Lord. This can be a wonderful thing that you can do, and God will protect you. He can even send angels when necessary, stay in tune with the Lord, and then go. God was protecting Lot. Abraham had prayed and God was answering prayer. He sent angels to protect Lot. The men of Sodom were ready to rape and ruin Lot and his family, but these angels pulled him aside and shut the door. Now listen to what happened next. Genesis 1911, the King James Version. And they struck the men who were at the doorway of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they became weary trying to find the door. Yes, God can protect. He has, and He will. What we have to do is to acknowledge God as who He is, the Savior, the Creator, the Redeemer. He sent Jesus Christ, His Son, to die after living perfectly, to be buried, and to rise again to provide eternal life for everyone who will trust in Him. We then, if we believe on Christ, have the opportunity and responsibility to share the good news with people who need the Lord. Pray, read God's Word, fellowship with other believers, and then go with God's gospel and take it to people who need the Lord. Who do you know who really needs to know Jesus? Tell them. When you pray, do you really believe that God is going to hear an answer? Abraham did, and God sent angels to help Lot. Listen to Genesis 19, 12, New King James Version. Then the men sent to Lot. Have you anyone else here? Son-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whomever you have in the city, take them out of this place. The warning had come. God was protecting, and God will send you a warning. He will get your attention if you will avail yourself to be in a position to listen to the Lord. God wants you to be made usable and then used of him and by him to impact your world. First, pray. Make certain that everything is okay between God and you. If you have messed up, God will forgive. Go to him and ask him for forgiveness. Then read his Word. Have fellowship with other believers. Together, make the determination to share the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ with people who need the Lord. You know somebody that nobody else knows with the same kind of relationship that you have with them. Are you concerned? Are you willing to first pray? Get others to pray with you and then take the gospel directly to that person for whom you are concerned. Be careful where you go. Make certain that you are in tune with the Lord and pray in advance of making any decision. Lot made a bad decision. He moved to Sodom and God was going to destroy this place because the people had to file the Lord himself and everything good and great. Listen to Genesis 1913, New King James Version. For we will destroy this place because the outcry against them has grown great before the face of the Lord and the Lord has sent us to destroy it. That was the conversation that the angels had with what? Sodom was about to be demolished, about to be wiped off the map. God will tolerate sin only so long. You cannot sin and win. Make sure that you confess your sins. When you have, God is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Be in tune with the Lord. Have compassion for those who don't know Him and share your faith in Jesus Christ with those who are lost. Get a prayer partner. Pray together by name for folk that you are going to reach out to with God's glorious gospel. Have you ever tried to warn people about a disaster that is forthcoming? And have you been laughed at? Listen to the scenario of Lot and his family, Genesis 1914, New King James. So Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law who had married his daughters and said, "Get up. Get out of this place, for the Lord will destroy this city." But to his sons-in-law, he seemed to be joking. Be careful what you say and how you say it. Be firm and be prayerful as you tell people that God will not tolerate sin. God loves people. God loves sinners, but God hates sin. So we are to love the sinner because Christ died for the ungodly. We are to reach out to those people who need the Lord. We are to be in tune with Him ourselves. We are to be in fellowship with other believers. We are to read God's Word, heed God's Word, and then take the gospel to those who need Him. Will you? I hope that you are praying now specifically for individuals whom you know who need Jesus. Do you have a prayer partner? Are you reaching out together? Are you endeavoring to put the strategy together that will accomplish great things for God? D-Day had come. The angels gave their final warning to Lot and his family. Genesis 19-15, who King James says. When the morning dawned, the angels urged Lot to hurry, saying, "Arise. Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, lest you be consumed in the punishment of the city." God will always warn us, but we need to heed the warnings. He will not force us to follow Him. He will never make us do right. He will never make us leave the place where we have arrived if we have gone to the wrong place at the wrong time. But he will warn us, and if we will listen to the Lord, we can move in the direction he wants us to go. God has a place for you to serve Him. It may be across the street. It may be on the other side of the world. But first of all, pray. Seek God's will. Ask Him what you should do, where, when, and with whom you are to accomplish His purpose for your life. He has a divine destiny just for you. Pray. Read God's Word. Follow the Lord. Know there are people you could reach, if you will. Every Saturday at 7.27 p.m., you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 US-41 North at Boone Building Harmony Road, Midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday, a good news club for those in 1st through 5th grades is available in a separate area. For more information, call 812-867-2418 or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org. [music] Triple T Christian Youth Ministries is mimicly based. We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and errant Word of God. All Scripture is given by inspiration. Isaiah 54, 2 and 3, New King James says, "In large the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your habitations, do not spare, lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes, for you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations and make the desolate cities inhabited." That's exactly what we're endeavoring to do at Triple T right now, is to enlarge and expand. But it all begins when somebody says, "I want to encourage you." Acts 11 refers to Barnabas known as the "encourager." When he came and had seen the grace of God, he was glad, and encouraged them all that with purpose of heart, they should continue with the Lord. Acts 11, 23. Did you know that every person providing a $20 gift to Triple T makes possible a leading new scholarship for a tiger or a potential tiger, and becomes, by that gift, personally, a tiger teammate encourager. Then youth 10 to 19 are trained in pyrovangelism and challenged to go with the gospel. Each tiger, teens involved, going evangelizing regularly, can help implement Triple T's vision. Every youth to have the opportunity to hear the gospel with an invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ before turning 20. The book of Deuteronomy tells the story of Joshua, but command Joshua and encourage him and strengthen him, for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land. That's Deuteronomy 3.28. Joshua is one of my biblical heroes, and this is the inspired message of Joshua 1, 7, 8, and 9. Listen, only be strong and very courageous that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses, my servant, commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong in good courage. Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed. For the Lord your God is with you, wherever you go. What a delight it is to know that God has placed us where he has. If you put the point of a compass at U.S. 41, north, and boom in the Harmony Road, and go north 100 miles to Terahot and south to the Tennessee, Kentucky line, go almost to Louisville and just one county this side of St. Louis. Within that 100 mile radius, within that sphere, there are 93 Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky counties. We have taken triple T teams to 51 counties since 1966, and broke from most all of the 93 counties, have been at a triple T event during the 45 plus year span of ministry so far. Joshua 13, the Lord said there remains very much land yet to be possessed. This is a story of triple T today. We need to go to the remaining 42 counties and return to all the other soon, but not to be limited to just that particular hunk of geography. Within 100 miles of us, there are 400,000 10 to 19 year olds. In the United States, in all of the 50 states, there are 3,141 counties and over 41 million 10 to 19 year olds. We have got to reach them now while we can. We had some shocking news that came our way. We learned that in a community less than 100 miles within our 100 mile radius, 14 11 year old girls became pregnant. Sex education, even in the lower grades, is leading to experimentation. We must reach out now, and that's why last January the 1st, youth ages 10 to 19 have been able to participate in Tiger Team, earning achievement awards through involvement with triple T and their local Bible believing Church Sunday school and youth group. Increased leadership and mentoring opportunities are available for those triple T team-mate participants and those who demonstrate a growing spiritual maturity and leadership potential. With their pastor's blessing and parent guardian permission, youth may qualify for a $20 leading youth scholarship to attend Tiger Team 3G Challenge Days and receive basic or advanced peer evangelism training. We're excited about the fact that we have been able to train many, many youth this year already. In the next leading youth, what we call Tiger Team 3G Challenge is coming up on the 17th of November, pardon me, the 19th of November, and then again on the 17th of December. We want you to pray that God will help us to reach many more youth for Christ and help them reach out to their friends. We know that it's possible. God has given us this very special sphere. And here's our problem. The gospel is hidden from many, many of these people that live within a hundred miles of us. But if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the God of this age has blinded who do not believe lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image who God should shine on them. We do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus the Lord and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For as the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who was shown in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, that 2 Corinthians 4, 3 through 6, New King James. Our circumstance is very, very simple. God is the great giver. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. Son of God, God the Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. That's John 3, 16, New King James Version. One of the five verses in God's ABCs is Romans 6, 23. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life. Through Christ Jesus our Lord. As I've said, sin is taking a terrible toll on younger and younger youth. And we've got to go now with the gospel. How can we do it? By having people like you be involved to encourage and enlarge the territory. God has done wonderful things already and He is going to continue. As I said, an encourager is a person who gives at least $20 and provides a leading youth scholarship to attend a 19-year-old. And then we have enlargers. The key action plan is available to Bible believing local church pastors and youth workers, willing to partner with Triple T Christian Youth Ministries. We provide a key ignition package. It starts a Tiger Team impact evangelistic youth effort in a community. There are opportunities for praying and partnering in youth evangelism together, leading youth scholarships, providing peer evangelism training for youth. Ages 10 to 19 are made available. Project Proclaim New King James Bible Packets are offered one-on-one to target teens by these trained Tigers with an invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Key youth worker coach training and resources are available. Soon keynotes, ideas, information, inspiration, items will be provided online. Partnering in youth evangelism with local Bible believing churches and Christian Ministries furthers the Triple T mission to communicate Christianity to and through teenagers, to win them to Christ and train them for Christ, teaching them how to share their faith through their local churches on their campuses, throughout their communities and into their world, wherever God leads them in their future. We are thrilled because of where God has put Triple T. We had no idea what was going to be happening, but God did all the time because God is omniscient. The 30-acre campus of Triple T's Christian Communication Center is less than 30 miles from the medium population center of the United States, according to the 2010 census. This strategic location, 13,000 US-41 North at Moonville and Harmony Road, midway between Evansville Regional Airport in I-64, is less than three hours from St. Louis and Nashville, within a day's drive of 70% of the entire U.S. population. As God provides resources through Tiger teammates like you, investing time, talent and treasure, the key action plan can be put into effect and build toward reaching youth with the Gospel, all across America and beyond. I want you to stay tuned as we give the specific information about how you personally can become a Tiger teammate and be a part of the play. We want to invite you to connect with Triple T. Here's the best way. Check our website, www.tttchristianyouth.org. The brand-new issue of telling the truth in full color is available on our website. You can bring it up and there you have it. Secondly, on the 7th and 27th of each month, we send a prayer email to over 300 praying partners, and we would like to include you. To get yours, simply email us at info@ttchristianyouth.org. Repeat. Info@ttchristianyouth.org and request the prayer email or the 727 prayer email. And we'll get it right back to you, the current issue, and we will keep you informed so that you can pray and tell us at least so that you can know what's happening. And then thirdly, we have an event that we want you to know about and to whom you can invite other friends, and we want you to know what's happening on Saturday night, November 5. That's a week from Saturday at 727 here at Triple T. It's not your night with free nachos for everybody. We're calling it on the edge of illusion. We're featuring John Lewis. It'll be a high-paced, high-energy production using juggling, illusions, live animals, thrilling stunts, and hilarious comedy, and it's free for you. Saturday, November 5. Who can come? Well, Triple T is geared for youth ages 10 to 19, but every first Saturday also includes Tiger Cub, Good News Club, and a separate area for kids 5 to 9. But on November 5, everybody will be able to see John Lewis, this Christian illusionist. And I hope that you will avail yourself of the opportunity to tell other people about this, and come and see him and be with us. Again, you can check that out on the website. We have a poster on the website ready for you to see. Then next, we want you to prayerfully consider being a Tiger teammate. Here's how it happens. The first $20 that you invest provides a leading youth Tiger scholarship for pure evangelism and Christian leadership training for another 10 to 19-year-old. And then after that, you continue to invest as God leads you to. You can be a Tiger teammate encourager when you give that first $20, and a Tiger teammate enlarger when you're determined to give at least $20 to $75 a month as God directs you. When this happens, we are able to reach out to more people more effectively and provide this key ignition package that I talked about a while ago for youth workers in local communities to help train them and keep them reaching out to more people. And then for those who want to really be part of something expensive, you can be a Tiger teammate expander as God enables giving a monthly average of at least $100 and up to $300 or more. We're looking for more expanders because we want to reach the entire tri-state. All 93 counties. We want to get the gospel to all 400,000 10 to 19-year-olds. We can't do it ourselves, but as we train coaches and work with them to train youth in pure evangelism, we can put Bibles in the hands of these very special-trained young people to present to their friends who need the Lord. Another very special invitation to you is to be with us for a complimentary dinner. If you're an adult, on Friday the 11th of November at 6.30 here at Triple T. We'll be showing the movie, The Harvest. We'll be sharing with you what God has done and what He is doing and will do when we have more people willing to become co-laborers in Christ. That's 11-11-11, but it's by reservation only. So, to make sure you have a place here, call us or email us. Again, the phone number is ericode812-867-2418. That is info@ttchristianyouth.org. Now Christ through you can change the world. Every Saturday at 7.27 p.m. you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 US-41 North at Booneville in Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday, a good news club for those in 1st through 5th grades is available in a separate area. For more information call 812-867-2418 or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org.
