[music] You're listening to "Telling the Truth" from Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries, "Telling the Truth to and Through Teenagers." Here is Triple T. Founder and President, George Dumes. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. This far-reaching promise from God to Abram includes you and me. Listen, Genesis 3.16, New King James Version. "And I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth, so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be numbered." There's a song that a lot of times youth saying called Father Abraham had many sons. Many sons had Father Abraham. Then it goes on to the fact that you and I are some of those sons and daughters. God wants you to know that he cares. He cared enough to populate the earth and to repopulate it after the flood. And now it becomes our opportunity and responsibility as believers in Jesus Christ, if indeed you are, to share that wonderful news that Christ came to save sinners, and that all have sinned. You and I and everybody, and fall short of the glory of God. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. People need to know that they need to know the Lord. Will you tell them that Christ died for our sins? He was buried and he rose again, and if they will trust you, they can live forever. Again, God is speaking to Abraham. Listen to this fantastic promise, Genesis 13.17, New King James Version. Arise, walk in the land through its length and its width, for I give it to you. Wow, wonderful. And because that happened, you and I have the opportunity of living on planet earth. We are where we are because God has arranged it for us to be here. Divine purpose, destiny designed by God. Are you really ready to serve the Lord? Will you pray? Will you read God's Word? Will you understand the necessity of taking God's glorious gospel to people who don't know Him? That's why you are here. That's your lot in life and mine. All the other things are peripheral. It's only what's done for Christ that will last. Only one life will soon be past. Only what's done for Christ will last. That poem has been on my desk for a long, long time, and I still believe it. I adhere to it and I want to challenge you to believe it too. Take the life that God has given you and use it for His glory. Present your body to Him, a living sacrifice, and then go with the gospel. Pray, fellowship, read God's Word. The neighbor moved his tent and went and dwell by the terrible trees of memory, which are in Hebrew and built an altar there to the Lord. Genesis 13.18, New King James Version. Notice what Abram did. He followed God's leadership. He followed His direction and then He stopped and built an altar there to the Lord. Have you ever built an altar? Have you stopped to pray? Have you been really, really ready to praise God for everything He has done in your life for you, for your family, for your friends? Have you thanked God for giving you the responsibility of sharing the gospel with other people? What a privilege God has given to you and to me. People out there need the Lord and He has placed you in a specific position to reach the people where you are. He has placed me where I am to reach you and others. Little Ad, He says, "bloom where you are planted. The best way to bloom is to sow the seed of faith and share that faith with those who need Jesus." Will you do this? Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. He was buried and He rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures. Tell people that gospel story, that Jesus will save them and give to them eternal life. Now, the valley of Sidim was full of asphalt pits and the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled. Some fell there and the remainder fled to the mountains, Genesis 14-10 to King James Version. Problems in people go together and here were problems in people who fell because of their problems. God wants us to know that there are going to be difficulties in life and there are those people who are going to fall. There are going to be those who will defy God and God will take care of all of their tomorrows in a devastating manner. Are you right with God? Are you in tune with Him today? Are you praying? Are you reading God's Word? Are you fellowshiping with other believers? Are you doing something about the gospel? Or are you simply just basking in your relationship with the Lord? You are saved to serve, born again to reproduce. God gives us that opportunity and He gives us that responsibility. Again, it's up to you and me. We have this problem, but you and I have a solution. It's called God's glorious gospel. People are waiting to be told the truth. Would you tell them? Transfers, transitions, transients. Then they took all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah and all their provisions and they went their way. Genesis 1411, New King James Version. Sodom and Gomorrah have become the infamous places in all of God's Word. Here we have people who are fleeing, who are going to and fro, picking up things, leaving things, taking them from one place to another. But they had no idea what was about to happen. God will not tolerate sin for a long time. Understand this. God is a plan for you and sin always has a penalty to be paid. You cannot sin and win. God wants us to know that sinners can be saved. That Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners. God wants us to know that the wages of sin is death. But the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. There are people out there who need to know that. Will you tell them the truth? Will you let them know that God's Word is quick and powerful and sharper than a two-edged sword? God's Word has the answer for all eternity. For all who will trust Jesus, life will last forever. Be very careful about your friends, your associates, your companions, and those people with whom you spend time. Sometimes you will be retained, constrained, and your good, your possessions will be confiscated. God's Word says they also took a lot. Abram's brother's son who dwelt and sought him and his goods and departed. Genesis 14-12, New King James Version. God's Word is totally true. God gives us warning after warning. Example after example. Circumstance after circumstance where we find out how great God is and how devastating the devil is. You and I need to be aware of the fact that God loves us. Jesus died for us and there are people we could reach if we would be willing to share God's Word with them. Again the gospel never returns void. Will you take God's Word today to someone? Will you pray with other Christians? Will you read the Word of God and do what God's Word says to do? And will you go to those who need the Lord and tell them that Jesus loves them and they can have life that will last forever? When they receive God's gift of eternal life, it becomes your prerogative, it becomes your privilege. And God can make you usable and use you. There are people who will do anything to keep those who love the Lord from serving him. Listen as the saga of Abram and Lot continues. "Then one who had escaped came and told Abram the Hebrew, for he dwelt by the terriment trees of memory, the Amrite brother of Eschol and brother of Anor, and they were allies with Abram." Genesis 14-13, New King James Version. "Always God has somebody who is willing to go and tell the truth, so that those who are moving in the wrong direction can be given warnings and stopped in their tracks." God loves you and he wants you to know that he has a plan for your life, but he is not going to force it. He is going to be very gentle and he will say to you, "Come to me, all you who are labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. I'll give you guidance. I'll give you direction." God wants to give you the privilege of being the communicator of Christianity to those who don't know the Lord. So pray, read the Bible, share with other believers, and then tell people how they can come to know Jesus Christ personally. "Will you do that today?" Every Saturday at 7.27 p.m., you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 US-41 North at Booneville, New Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday, a good news club for those in 1st through 5th grades is available in a separate area. For more information call 812-867-2418 or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org. [music] Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, Philippians 4-6. Pray, ask the Lord to give you guidance and direction and to lead you to the right people to help, including two more Christians. Secondly, find those people to help you and then pray together. Thirdly, pray for and with these friends consistently. You now have a group of at least three. Ask the people of your local church to be prayer partners with you and this prayer triplet. Find someone who will be your guide and director, your pastor, a youth worker, someone who cares. Pray for the right time and the right place to meet together, weigh the possibilities and decide how to go with the gospel. Write letters, make phone calls, let your feet do the walking, invite people to the gospel, invite them to triplet. We guarantee you that every single Saturday we will present God's plan of salvation. Pray for your pastor. Pray for all of the leaders in your church, the Sunday school teachers, everybody who is doing anything to serve the Lord. And then get the word out. Help people know what's happening, where, the time, the date, the place where evangelism is happening. Then pray precisely for people and follow the guidelines of God's word and then watch him work wonderfully in your heart, in your life, in your circumstance. Choose these three people as prayer partners and together form this prayer triplet to put action on your prayers, to move out, to do something special. Pray for God's guidance in planning and evangelistic outreach, where you are, are through Triple Three Christian Youth Ministries. Right now you can make contact with us. You can call me, George Dooms, here at Triple T. That's 812-867-2418, or you can write to us. TTT Christian Youth Ministries, 13,000 US Highway 41 North, Evansville, Indiana, 477-25. Report the progress that you're making in trying to reach people for Christ. Ask for more information on how you can help put together a Tiger Team Impact Evangelistic Youth effort where you are. We're excited about what God has done and is doing and we want you to know that wonderful things are taking place. Prayer triplets are happening everywhere and God can make you usable and he can use you. I want you to know that we're gearing up here at Triple T to help students get on-campus Bible clubs going and growing when school begins mid-August. There are significant points from the Equal Access Act to know. I don't want to share these with you. Number one, religious oriented clubs have the same rights as other non-curriculum student clubs on any campus anywhere. Secondly, any public secondary school must allow clubs to organize within the framework of the act if that campus has a limited open forum. A school has limited open forum when both student and guest speakers are allowed to address campus groups on various topics. Clubs that wish to organize for spiritually related issues must also be allowed to meet and must be allowed to use both student and outside speakers. All meetings must be voluntary and student initiated. Non-students may not direct, conduct, control or regularly attend activities of student groups. In short, Christian clubs are to be granted the same privileges, freedoms and opportunities as any other non-curriculum club on all public secondary school campuses which allow a limited open forum. You can have a Tiger Team Impact Evangelistic Youth effort in your community. We're putting together what we call the Tiger Team Task Force. These are students and coaches who will work together to share the Gospel like is happening right now at fair share out across the Tri-State area. It's happening not only here but through Teen Missions International out around the world this summer and when school begins there will be students that will put together on campus Bible clubs in 40 states at least and in at least four Canadian provinces. And we're hoping and trusting and praying that at least 20 high schools within the very close proximity of triple T will have students ready and willing to be trained and to go. We're putting together all kinds of things and on August the 6th we start the countdown calendar toward the happening that will be coming our way in September, September 20, 21 and 22. The Youth Evangelism Association Convention and the Youth Workers Intensive Training is going to happen right here. People from across America are going to converge on triple T and we're excited about who's coming. Dick Capen who is the Senior Vice President of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association now residing in Charlotte, North Carolina has been invited to be our keynote speaker. Bob Bland from Teen Missions International, George Cal from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and on and on they go from across the country. They'll be coming in here, Leha Moki and his wife Darlene will be back with us. Linda Mahar from Teen Missions plans to be here. The entire student body of what we call BMW, the Bible, BMW stands for Bible Missionary Work Training Center in Florida are hiking the Appalachian Trail before they come and they're all going to converge on triple T. It's going to be a wonderful, wonderful three days and you're invited to get information about this so that you can help some things happen right here where we are or out there wherever you are because together we can accomplish some tremendous things for the glory of the Lord. Every person who comes will be given one of our New King James Bibles and by the way if you don't have one you can even write or call for one and we'll get it directly to you. Again the address is TTT Christian Youth, 13,000 that's 1-3-0 US Highway 41 North Evansville, Indiana 4-7-7-2-5. The greatest need in the world I believe is found in 2 Corinthians 4-3 but if our gospel be hidden it is hidden to those that are perishing, those that are lost. Jesus said he does not believe is condemned already because he is not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. So we need to remove the gospel from its hiding place in our hearts and expose it. Jesus told us what to do. He said go, go into all the world and preach, proclaim, proclamate, publicize, promote the gospel to everybody everywhere and that's what we at Triple T are all about. To help you take the gospel to people where you are to work together to put together a Tiger Team Impact Evangelistic Youth effort in your community at or near a high school or a middle school and using whatever facilities available to put together a Tiger Team. Tiger means teens involved going evangelizing regularly and we have had trained tigers going out at fair after fair this summer and we're excited about what has already happened and what can happen. We want you to check out all the things here at Triple T on our website. Check this www TTTChristianYouth.org. Again, that's www TTTChristianYouth.org or even check to Facebook and you can find out more about what's going on. Best of all, come on and be with us tonight or any Saturday that you possibly can. Again, we have with us missions international team from all across America and they'll be sharing some drama and some wonderful things tonight. And you're invited to come and meet them and to see them and to find out what God has done and is doing all during this fair share outreach so far this summer and will continue to go for the next couple of weeks. Be praying and be diligent in going yourself with God's glorious gospel. Now put on your calendar these dates. August 6. August 6 is big splat. It'll be the wrap up of fair share 2011. And we'll be celebrating all that God has done. All he's doing right now, all we believe he's going to do. God wants to make you usable and use you and you can come and be a part of all the happenings here at Triple T. We hope that you welcome back. Some of you haven't been here for a long time. Others of you have never been here. Some of you were here last week, but you can come and you can come tonight or next week or the next. Will you do that? You can learn firsthand how you can accomplish some things that will glorify the Lord. You can be a tiger teammate. If you'll stay tuned, we're going to tell you precisely how that can happen right where you are, how you can be a part of something very, very special in a very personal way. By praying, by giving, and by willing, just to go with the gospel as God leads you, guides you, directs you, and enables you. Stay tuned. We're going to tell you how you can be a tiger teammate yourself. Have you seen the billboards? With the message, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, telling the truth to teenagers, and then Triple T's website, www.tttchristianyouth.org. They're dotting the tri-state, and we want you to know that you can have a part in telling the truth. We've been doing it since 1966, and it takes a team. Many adults assist with special projects and events. Collegiate staff, high school student staff, middle school task force, help with Triple T Saturday nights, tiger team impact, events, leading youth training and other activities. Triple T's executive board have issued a challenge to you. They invite Christian adults willing to invest time and talent and treasure to join them as tiger teammates. There are three ways to be a teammate. The first of these is to invest just a very small amount, just $20, and you become a tiger teammate encourager. Acts 11 refers to Barnabas known as the encourager. When he came and had seen the grace of God, he was glad and encouraged them all that with purpose of heart, they should continue with the Lord. That's Acts 11 23 New King James. Every person providing a $20 leading youth scholarship then is a tiger teammate encourager. Youth 10 to 19 are trained in peer evangelism and challenged to go with the gospel. Each tiger, teen involved going evangelizing regularly, can help implement Triple T's vision. Every youth to have the opportunity to hear the gospel with an invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ before turning 20. It's happening right now in fair after fair across the tri-state area. We're hopeful that you will become a tiger teammate encourager and then some of you will become tiger teammate enlargers. Isaiah 54 2 and 3 says, "Enlarge the place of your tent and let them stretch out the curtains of your habitations, do not spare, lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left and your descendants will inherit the nations and make the desolate cities inhabited." Again, that's Isaiah 54 2 and 3 New King James Version. We hope that you will consider being an enlarger. The way you do this is to determine to give at least $20 a month and help us to enlarge the area in which we are involved now. And then some of you can be tiger teammate expanders. Those are the people who give $100 a month average. Those are the people that help us to conquer a campus for Christ. And this is how it works. We will train students and an adult coach to work with those trained students. They in turn will reach out to those who don't know the Lord and they will enlist those who do to be a part of the tiger team. And together they will make an impact on their community for Christ. And you can help this happen. We're asking the Lord to give us people all across the area. We'd like to have at least 30 campuses that will have $100 a month coming in. Either one person giving $100 or three giving $33 or four giving $25 or five giving $20 a month. However, God puts the packages together so that we can have these 30 campuses ready when school begins this fall. And we hope that you will be prayerfully considering being the best possible tiger teammate you can be. Will you write to us? Again, our address is TTT Christian Youth, 13,000. That's 1-3-0-0-US Highway 41 North, Evansville, Indiana, 4-7-7-2-5. And if you want one of our very special Bibles with the special cover, all you have to do is write our call and we'll send it to you. Our phone number is area code 812-867-2418. Repeat 812-867-2418. Remember, we want to put this Bible into your hands and if you will give one to someone else, wonderful. We'll allow that to happen. Why don't you come and be with us tonight or the first Saturday you possibly can and learn more about it. But meanwhile, check the website. It's www.tttchristianyouth.org. Repeat TTTchristianYouth.org. You can find out all kinds of things. You can check out Tilling the Truth, the current issue by checking the website. Again, write to us or call us. We want to connect with you. We invite you to be a tiger teammate today. Christ through you can change the world. Every Saturday at 7.27 PM, you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 US-41 North at Booneville and Harmony Road, Midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport.
