[music] You're listening to "Telling the Truth" from Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries, "Telling the Truth to and through teenagers." Here is Triple T. Founder and President George Dooms. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. It happened just exactly as God instructed Noah. Listen to Genesis 819, New King James. Every beast, every creeping thing, every bird and whatever creeps on the earth according to their families, went out of the ark. There you have it. God provided a place of refuge and now they were being dispersed, ready to reproduce and to keep moving forward under God's guidance and direction for all of our tomorrows. God has a perfect plan for you. He had one for Noah and he wants you to be so in tune with him that you will also be obedient to do, to say, to accomplish everything God wants you to. There are people out there that are waiting to be told the truth and you know the truth. The truth shall set you free. It will also set people free that you are concerned about, people you care about. So will you take the truth that Jesus Christ is who He says He is, the Son of God, God the Son? To tell people how by trusting Him, they can have life that will last forever. I hope you will tell someone this very day. Listen to the very first act that Noah endeavored to accomplish as soon as he went out of the ark. Genesis 820, the King James Version says, "Then Noah built an altar to the Lord and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar." Yes, Noah turned directly to God, obeying Him, worshiping Him, accomplishing what would please the Lord. Building an altar, sacrificing the way God had prescribed. What about you? Are you willing to do what God wants you to do? As He wants you to do, when and where He wants you to do, are you worshiping the Lord? Are you reading His word? Are you talking with Him? Are you in fellowship with other believers in Christ and together? Are you strategizing ways to take the gospel message to people who don't know Christ but who could know Him if someone would tell them, "Would you be that someone?" Will you be so in tune with the Lord that you will make your body a living sacrifice and go, do, say, be, whatever God would be pleased? I hope you will. You can, and you can have an opportunity and a great responsibility. Noah's obedient sacrifice brought satisfaction to the Lord. Listen to Genesis 821, New King James Version. And the Lord smelled a soothing aroma. And the Lord said in His heart, "I will never again curse the ground for man's sake." Although the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth, nor will I again destroy every living thing as I have done. That was God's personal promise to Noah and to all of us forever. God was willing to allow that sacrifice that Noah made to cause him to rethink the destruction of man and beast. And so he said, "Never again will I destroy every living thing as I have done." Of course, he protected Noah, his wife, his sons, and their wives, the animals that were put on the ark so the procreation could continue to happen as long as God prevails. So you and I have the opportunity of worshiping the Lord, of pleasing him, and of telling other people how they can learn how to know him personally. Will you do that? Pray, fellowship, and go with the gospel. While the earth remains, seed time and harvest, and cold and heat, and winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease. Genesis 822, New King James. That's God's profound promise. It is complex and it is far reaching. Listen to it again. While the earth remains, seed time and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, night and day shall not cease. Aren't you glad again that God gave us that promise? Aren't you delighted that you live in a world that God is protecting? Aren't you happy about the fact that God loved you so much that He allowed His son, Jesus Christ, to become your sin substitute? That Christ died for your sins and my sins? That He was buried, but He rose again on the third day. And now is interceding for you and for me. When we pray in Jesus' name, we can make our petitions known. We can talk to the Lord directly, and we can ask for things, and He will provide. Read His word, talk to Him, fellowship with other believers in Christ, and then take God's good, great, gracious news to people who need the Lord. With God's blessings comes the responsibility to accomplish His purpose. Listen to Genesis 9-1, New King James Version, "So God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.' Aren't you glad Noah and his sons listened to the Lord? Aren't you glad that they did what He asked them to do? Aren't you glad that you are here now because they were obedient and accomplished what God had set out for them to do for the world to come? You and I are here today because Noah was obedient, because his sons listened, because they did what God said to do. May you and I also have been given responsibilities, and we have God-given opportunities. What are you doing with what God has entrusted to you? Are you really accomplishing things for His glory? Are you reading His word? Are you listening to what He has to say to you? Are you talking with Him? Are you praying in Jesus' name? Are you in fellowship with other believers in Christ, and are you together praying for those people who need to know the Lord? Are you working out ways to get the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to folk who can have their whole world changed because of you? Remember, God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. With every opportunity comes responsibility. Listen to Genesis 9-2, New King James, "And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be on every beast of the earth, on every bird of the air, on all that move on the earth, and on all the fish of the sea, they are given into your hand." Wow, that's awesome. That's what God entrusted to Noah and His family. And that responsibility was taken seriously and effectively put into effect. Aren't you glad that God trusts people? And God will trust you. We have a slogan around Triple T. Christian Youth Ministries. We trust teenagers so long as they prove to be trustworthy. We have found some of them to be precisely that. What a wonderful thing it is to see young people getting their hearts in tune with God, putting their minds really in tune with Him, and then doing something for His glory, sharing their faith, reaching out to their friends, taking their Bible and putting it on top of their books, and carrying it to school. We are seeing this happen more and more. Pray for these wonderful young hearts in tune with God. Listen to these very special words from God's Word, Genesis 9-3 and 4, New King James, "Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things even as the green herbs. That you shall not eat flesh with its life. That is its blood." God provides plenty for you, but He also gives restrictions. We are not to drink blood. We are to eat, but we are not to drink that that is prohibited by the Creator of the universe. So many people today take their life in their hands and they disobey God's laws. And the result is ultimately death. The Bible says, "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord." Have you received God's gift? Are you sharing God's gift with other people who have not yet received it? Are you fellowshiping with other believers? And are you telling those who don't know Him, who Jesus Christ is, and how they can trust Him completely and receive His eternal gift? There are people out there waiting. You have the truth. Go tell somebody right now! Every Saturday at 7.27 p.m. you are invited to attend a live youth event at Triple T, 13,000 U.S. 41 North at Boone Building Harmony Road, midway between I-64 and Evansville Regional Airport. Every first Saturday a good news club for those in first through fifth grades is available in a separate area. For more information call 812-867-2418 or visit www.tripletchristianyouth.org. The Bible describes explicitly in 2 Timothy 3 what we are seeing on television, hearing on radio and reading in newspaper headline stories every day. In Jesus' admonition in Matthew 2641 and Mark 1438, watch and pray lest you enter in temptation. The Spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. When asked do most teenagers attend church, the majority of the 1400 surveyed during fair share last summer answered no. Many Bible-believing congregations are shrinking across America. Most professing Christians are buying the lives of evolution. Many do not really believe Jesus' statement in John 14.6, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." The name of tolerance deceived Christians think that there are other ways to get to heaven other than exclusively through Jesus. Dave Brie's book, Seven Men Who Rule the World from the Grave, exposes today's politically correct adherence to the economic teachings of John Maynard Keynes. Darwinism is taught not as theory but as fact falsely, and the tolerant have no tolerance for creation science. The good news, more and more Christian leaders are standing up for the truth and exposing the devil's lies and deceptive techniques. When the plan of salvation is clearly and scripturally presented, many youth are being redeemed. These are difficult days. Devastating news and urgent prayer requests bring us to our knees. Over fifty individuals, however, were involved with fair share during July and August last summer. Thousands saw the message "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ" on billboards and banners on Triple T's tents in nine counties. Thousands received a copy of God's ABCs and more than 700 received a Bible packet. The goal is to reach out to far more this coming summer. Project Proclaim is continuing and as God opens doors, we will keep going with the gospel into our world. The Daily Telling the Truth Radio ministry continues to be heard in nine states. Tiger Team 3G Pure Evangelism training continues monthly at least and sometimes more. The K-E-Y Keep Evangelizing Youth Action Plan is being developed and provides training and resources for more adult youth workers. From 1966 when the doors first opened at Triple T Christian Youth Ministries, we have reached out to six generations of teenagers and were counting. We have had the wonderful opportunity of having the vision fulfilled moment by moment, year by year, decade by decade, but were still endeavoring to put it into effect. Listen. The vision, every youth, to have the opportunity to hear the gospel with an invitation to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ by His or Her 20th birthday. Then the Lord answered me and said, "Write the vision and make it plain on tablets that He may run who reads it, for the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it will speak and it will not lie, because it will surely come, it will not terry." Habakkuk 2, 2 and 3, New King James. At a national Christian convention, I was privileged to meet George Gallup Jr. In his book The Next American Spirituality, Finding God in the 21st Century, Mr. Gallup says, "Approximately 40% of the world's population is 19 or younger. The number of children and youth alive today exceeds the entire world's population in 1950. In America, a segment of teens, the generation born between 1982 and 2003, sometimes called the millennial generation because the first wave graduated from high school in the year 2000, includes more children and youth in school than in any other cohort in American history. The tennis figures for schools continue to rocket. The multiplied millions of young people will drastically influence the shape of world culture as it emerges over the next 10 years. As we endeavor to connect with students between their 10th and 20th birthdays, we must reconnect with folk, now in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and even some early 60s and beyond. Christian adults in the community must be mobilized, cold laboring with Triple T. Christian Youth Ministry staff. Even many of the retirement age can be recruited to pray and volunteer their time to help reach today's youth. Together, we can follow Jesus' challenge. The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few, therefore pray the Lord of the harvest and send out laborers into his harvest. That's Matthew 9, 37, 38, New King James. The mission? To communicate Christianity to and through teenagers. To win them to Christ and train them for Christ, teaching them how to share their faith through their local churches, on their campuses, throughout their communities and into their world wherever God leads them in their future. Jesus said, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature," Mark 16, 15. In an Acts 1, 8, Jesus is quoted as saying, "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and into the ends of the earth." So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, Romans 10, 17. Those that are lost can go through many motions, but until they believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, they are empty without the indwelling Holy Spirit. Hell is real, but too many Christians really don't show evidence that they really believe the place designed for the devil and his angels is designed to be the eternal destiny, agonizing dwelling place of each and all non-believers in Christ. Check out Revelation 20, 15. The late Dr. D. James Kennedy in his book, "The Gates of Hell Shall Not Prevail," shares the critical need for evangelism. And I quote, "In the long run, if we really want to change the world for good, what we need to do is to evangelize. We need to proclaim the gospel of Christ to every creature. Nothing will change the world as powerfully and as effectively as letting people know that Jesus Christ is who He says and Him crucified." 1 Corinthians 1, 23. When individuals get converted, it changes everything. Thus, to prevail in this conflict, we must become effective witnesses. Jesus Christ, who came to save us from perdition, said that unbelievers shall go into everlasting torment. They shall be cast into a lake of fire, Revelation 12, 15. But coiled in the soul of many who profess Christianity is the serpent of unbelief that doesn't really believe those things at all. In his Bible expedition commentary, Warren W. Wiersby says, "The solemn message about hell carries a warning to all of us to deal drastically with sin. Whatever in our lives makes us stumble, and therefore causes others to stumble must be removed as if by surgery. The hand, foot, and eye would be considered valuable parts of the body, yet they must be removed if they are causing sin. Of course, the Lord is not commanding literal physical surgery, since He had already made it clear that sin comes from the heart. Mark 7, 20, 22, 23." What he is teaching is that sin is to the inner person what a cankerous tumor is to the body, and it must be dealt with drastically. See Luke 16, 19. Hell is not temporary. It is forever. See Revelation 2010. How essential it is for sinners to trust Jesus Christ and be delivered from eternal hell, and how important it is for believers to get the message out to a lost world. End of quote from Warren Wiersby. Make sure that you personally have received God's gift of eternal life through Christ Jesus, our Lord. Then pray diligently. Read God's Word. Fellowship with Christians. Share your faith with your family, with your friends, with your world. You invest your time, your talent, your treasure to help evangelize youth. But you be watchful in all things. Enduroflictions do the work of an evangelist. Fulfill your ministry. 2 Timothy 4.5. Listen carefully. This is God's plan of salvation. We call it God's ABCs. You've heard it before. If you've listened to any of our broadcasts, you will hear it now. Don't miss this. God's ABCs. A. Admit you've sinned. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3.23. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life. In Christ Jesus, our Lord. Romans 6.23. B. Believe on Christ. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that her believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life, John 3.16. See? Confess Christ publicly. Then if you confess with your mouth, the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes under righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10, 9, and 10. Have you admitted you have sinned? Have you believed on the Lord Jesus? Have you confessed Christ publicly? Are you telling others how they too can go to heaven by doing these very special, very intimate, very personal, but very important things? I hope if you haven't, you will. And I hope that if you haven't trusted Jesus, you'll pray this prayer with me right now. Dear God, I'm a sinner and I'm sorry. I turn to Jesus Christ who paid the penalty of my sin. I receive him as my personal Savior, Redeemer, and I want to live for him the rest of my life. Thank you, God, for saving me. In Jesus' name, I give you praise, honor, and glory. Amen. Continue praying, and I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find, knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives, and he who seeks, finds, and to him who knocks, it will be opened. Luke 11, 9, and 10, New King James, quoting Jesus. Please pray for people to open doors where they can and when they can, to the triple T team and our co-laborers. We're excited about what God has done and is doing. And from today, for the next five months, through Saturday, October 1, we're going to keep going with the gospel. Please pray. We then, as workers together with him, also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain, for he says, "In an acceptable time I have heard you, and the day of salvation I have helped you. Behold, now is accepted time. Behold, now is the day of salvation." 2 Corinthians 6, 1 and 2, New King James. Prepare. For if the trumpet makes an uncertain sound, who will prepare himself for battle? 1 Corinthians 14, 8. When Harold Akhoo wrote the music and I penned the lyrics, we wanted to sound the trumpet to prepare for battle. Christ through you can change the world. Let him be your guide. Christ through you can change the world. Stay close by his side. Though fierce the battle be, he'll give you victory. Just keep your flag of faith unfurled. You can change the world. Every month, we are sounding the trumpet to prepare for battle. The K-E-Y, keep evangelizing youth action plan, is for key youth workers to be trained as coaches, and resources being made available, and for Tiger Team, Tiger means teens involved going evangelizing regularly, peer evangelism and leading youth training for youth ages 10 to 19. Students learn God's ABCs that we shared with you a while ago. Over 45 years, we've been telling the truth to and through teenagers, over 2,350 consecutive Saturdays and continuing to count Saturday by Saturday. In between Saturdays, we go with the gospel every day, telling the truth radio is broadcast on 31 radio stations in 9 states, with more possibilities soon. The program is also available anywhere and anytime via podcast, and is streamed on the web by several stations. Please pray and then share. The need, but even if our gospel is veiled or hidden, it is veiled to those who are perishing. St. Corinthians 4-3, New King James. The plan, Jesus told us what to do, he said, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature," Mark 1615. Jesus also said, "As I shared a while ago, but you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria and to the end of the earth," Acts 1-8. Huge blessings from the Lord are alumni, hundreds of them, probably thousands who came to Christ or dedicated their lives to the Lord through this ministry here on this corner of Highway 41, north at Booneville, New Harmony Road on the outskirts of Evansville, Indiana, are across America where we have been privileged to go with the gospel. Many, many triple T alumni are now serving the Lord as pastors, pastors, wives, missionaries, lay leaders in local churches and ministries scattered everywhere. Most Christian communicators are continuing to be trained at and through triple T. "Forever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved, how then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed, and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard, and how shall they hear without a preacher, and how shall they preach unless they are sent." Romans 10, 13, 14, and 15, New King James. You can help share the gospel. You can pray. You can give. Will you consider being a Tiger teammate?
