Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Have you ever stuck your thumb on a rose bush? Listen to Genesis 3.18, New King James Version. "Both thorns and thistles that shall bring forth for you, and you shall eat the herb of the field." Yes, it was different before Adam messed up. Now we all reap the results and suffer the consequences of that first sinful circumstance. But we have the opportunity to determine what we're going to do with the one life God has entrusted to us. What are you going to do today? Are you going to pray? Are you going to ask God to guide you and lead you and direct you and put you in fellowship with the right person at the right time? Are you going to read and heed the word of God? Are you going to let other people be your prayer partners? Praying for those folk that you know who don't know the Lord. Are you going to be moving toward those folk in a sinful world to help people escape the sin that leads to death? The wages of sin is death. But the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus, our Lord. Do you have that gift? Have you received God's glorious forever present? Are you telling other people how they too can be born again and have their sins forgiven and receive God's gift of everlasting life? Christ through you can change the word.
