Embrace The Process.
If life was nothing but green lights and we didn't have yellows and reds, things that make us pause, hardships, crises, times for introspection, then what the hell would it all be for? We need the yellows and the reds. If we were the same person today that we were 20 years ago, then what the hell are we doing? Embrace the process. You say, "Do I want process? Life. Life." Life isn't beautiful, but you have to accept the good and the bad as being beautiful. You have to take life and it's turned. Life on life turns. That's our terms. You know, we have to live life on life terms. People change so that you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so that you can learn to appreciate them when they're right. And sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together. When it feels scary to jump in, that is exactly when you jump. Otherwise, you end up staying in the same place your whole life. Where you go, kid? Where you go? Or why? It's dangerous out there. It's more dangerous here if you stay with me. And yeah, it's risky. Yeah, it's uncomfortable, but that's why we do it. You only get stronger hiking by going uphill, but if you will patiently embrace the process, then by the time you get up, you can be a manager proud of. You might have to go to this pain. You might have to go to this fear all the time. Why can't it just be peaceful all the time? You're the one good life. See, the route you on right now is the route you got to take. And it's very uniquely yours. You may not see it now, but when it gets you on the other side of it, you're gonna see exactly why it went that way. You can't connect the dots looking forward. You can only connect them looking backwards. Believing that the dots will connect down the road, will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well-worn path. And that will make all the difference. My favorite script to God 13 7, you may not know now, but later you understand. This reminds me to continue to be patient, to remain diligent, stay fast, keep going, keep your eyes on me, and keep God at the center. The idea is running water never goes there, so you gotta just keep on flowing. Man, it's gonna be what it's gonna be. It's gonna happen, how it's gonna happen. You worrying about it ain't gonna change. How do you overcome fear of failure, fear of success or fear of fear itself? You're stepped. Then how do you face the fear of the unknown? Step. These times right now will be the ones that you cherish. So you should approach them with joy and care and presence. Don't wait. Life is happening right now. [Music]
