Good morning. And welcome to this week's TLC Show. Here we are, sun is out. I know, well, it was summer solstice. It was the beginning of summer, and actually the sun is playing ball with us at the moment. So, yeah, and we were even on a mini festival vibe yesterday. We were. It definitely feels like summer, definitely. But, yeah, the last week of June already, can we believe that? We're dying. Yeah, so, yeah, let's talk about your week then. Yeah, a bit crazy, actually. So, yes, we're actually out of school. Exams done. So, it's a bit of a muscle getting used to our new way now, really, because we're not in such a routine. So, it's actually throwing me, actually. Off my stool again at the salon, another fall. So, I think it has really unbalanced me, actually, although you want them out of school. Now, you're like, "Oh, right, OK, what's next?" You know, but, but, no. Embracing that. Been out for celebrating our ideas birthday. Yeah, the little festival at Hackful TV yesterday. Lots and lots of different things. So, for me, it's about getting grounded again and moving forward, really. So, what song did you say for us? So, actually, I'll pick, yeah, live your story, which I think is great for all of us, a great reminder. And I just want the kids to go out and live their life, not hold back if they can, you know, if they can. Yeah, definitely. I think you had this. Oh, no, you didn't have this one up last week, do you? It's another one. So, you're getting confused with that one. Yeah, it's not as well before, yeah. This is going to nearly a tune. Yes. Yeah, definitely. And I'm probably the same, really. I mean, I've picked a bit of high school music called Kick us Off to do. Mmm, brilliant. And the start of something new because, yeah, I've got a few potential new beginnings and things coming. So, yeah, it's been a week of playing some of that foundation down and following through with some of that. So, yeah, I mean, we'll talk a lot more about our week during the show because that's kind of what the show's about. Yeah, isn't it? Yeah. Just a bit of a, we're doing sort of impromptu-ish, aren't we? We are. We are. Still following our lovely Dr. Gladys. So, we will bring some of her book into the show for the next few weeks until we've finished it. But, yeah, we thought rather than theming it, we'll just go with it and I think the summer vibe is probably going to naturally seem it anyway. Yeah. And sometimes you're just like, "Actually, you need to stop. "Yeah, for me, it's more me and Bobby were talking "about it that it was quite hot last night." - Yeah. - And I think I went in a really deep sit around, which I can't be sworn in, like out of a really deep, I think, because it's so hot, I must have gone into some sort of coming mug. - Yeah, it was hot. - 'Cause when I woke up, I just thought, "Where the vibe just come from?" So, yeah, let's talk a little bit about some solstice. - Yeah, beautiful. - A great time of the year to kind of really align yourself with the sunshine, the light, the abundance. - Yeah, yeah. - The utility we talked about. - We did. - Bucket lists. - Yeah. - That was nice. - That was really nice. - Yeah, one of the things, okay, across when I was planning the circle, was a thing called a fundo list. - Yeah, fundo. - It sounds like fondo, but it's fun to do. As in, "What are our fundings to do?" And for me, in my head, it kind of connected it to bucket list type lists. - Yes, yeah. - So, yeah, I think it's a really good habit to get into to just have a little think about, what you want to put on your bucket list, a little fundo list, because I think we often make to do lists of things that sometimes aren't fun to do. We're putting them down on the list so that we make sure we do them. - Yeah, but they're not really what we, 'cause we're very old in that group. They were so different, weren't they? - Really different. - Really different, which was really nice, 'cause you could actually learn something about the other person there, that actually they're all like, have always been, haven't they, to circle, so. - Yeah, but some people love putting themselves out of their comfort zone. - Yes. - That's fun to them. - Yeah. - Whereas for me, I do more of the things I love to do that I feel happy doing, which is not being scared to my wits end, but that's the point, isn't it? That's the beauty of humanity, is everybody has a different desire and a different need and what have you. And so, actually, I always liken it to when you go on a cruise ship, and you think everyone's gonna be doing the same thing, and it's like, oh, it's gonna be so ever crowded 'cause it sounds as a people, but it doesn't, it all evens out. - Yeah. - It's so brilliant at how it works, that just naturally, without any effort, it's never too busy anyway. - Yeah, yeah. - Because you all like different things, and we've all got our different ways. - We have, so bucket lists, have you got anything? - Well, I think one of my main ones was to be more spontaneous, and. - Oh, yeah, and we have been a bit more, haven't we? - We have been, and I think that's what I'd really like. I have come to awareness, I do need to plan a little bit more now because I'm getting a bit out of balance, so. But being spontaneous well is fun 'cause I find everything in the diary, then you're blocking yourself from like seeing any new adventures come in. - Yeah, true. - So, but also you, but also, when you've got three children, and an adult child, you know, you've got a lot, a lot of juggling to do, so you've got to be organised as well, so it's just making sure everyone's getting a bit of everything, but mainly that you are. - 'Cause if you are, feel it. - Even a bucket list is meant to be just for you. It is things that you're a little heart-sized to do, sort of things that we should do before our diary. - Yeah. - I've got a few of mine now. - Yeah, I'm not gonna tell you one of them. - Oh, no. - No, I don't know. - That was cheeky laugh, I think. - We might be able to guess what that was. - That was on there, oh no, I'm not sure about that. (laughing) She's like, okay. (laughing) Well, one of mine, I've ticked off, obviously, 'cause we've booked something, but we're not going to tell you what that is. And another thing I'd love to see, I'd love to go and see Teresa Caputo, the medium in platform. - Yeah, she's brilliant, yeah, yeah. I'd like to see Glenn Hansard in Ivy Garden. - Oh, you'd like to see Glenn Hansard anyway. - Yeah, but I think seeing him in Ivy Gardens in Ireland, that would be, it's a bit like when I saw Bond Jovian in New Jersey, because it's from where they're from. I want to see the Trail of 100 Giants in the Sequoia National Park in California. - Lovely. - Virgin Rivas. - Oh yeah? - Set, Vancouver. And also I want to go to Nashville. - Oh, well, yeah, I've got to be in Nashville for us today. - I have, yeah. - I can't remember what song that was. I kept thinking, oh my God, I'm getting a bit country. Oh, I love it, but I've really got to get my needs working so that I can go and do some dancing. - Yeah, exactly. It won't be much fun, would you? - No. - Watching it from the signage. - Honestly, doing a little bit of dancing yesterday, I'm like, oh, goodness sake. Yeah, I'm not very happy with my body at the moment. I need to appreciate it. More than you might stop. - Yeah, well, exactly. See? - Yes. - You do the talk, but you've got to do the doing, haven't you? - I'll walk the talk. - I've got to walk the talk, that's it. - That's more likely. (laughing) You can do the do. - Yeah, that's all right. (laughing) - Okay, so yeah, so the summer solstice, quite a really sort of uplifting time and definitely a time of abundance. It's really key to focus on what it is you want to bring to life because, you know, you're going to get an abundance of what you're focused on. - Yeah. - So make sure it's good. So yeah, I think for me, it's a lovely time of year, that feeling of the song that I've picked is the one that I played on the night, which is a long time. - Oh, this is fun. - And it's just something about that, sitting with that song playing and the sun that is on your face or your back and you can just bathing in that energy. And it's so good for us, the sun. I mean, I made people concerned about getting burned and things, but I think that it actually just sort of soaking up some of that vitamin D is just really, really beautiful. - Yes. - And, you know, I mean, I don't, I'm not a sun bather, but I do like to just bask a little bit in the sun for a few minutes and just drink that up because I think we are hugely connected to the sun. - Yeah. - And we often like shy away from it and sort of, you know, hide away from it. - Yeah, oh no, it's gorgeous. - So yeah, definitely enjoy soaking it up and enjoy the summer because obviously, as we know, time is ticking on long, quite fast at the moment. And Equinox is not that far away. - Oh, sure. - So we've got three lovely months of summer. - Yeah, well, that's a long time. That's lovely. You think how much we get fitted in a lot a week. - It's a long time, but we also, every week go, "Did that go really quickly?" So it's a bit of fun. - Yeah. - But yeah, of course it's all about your own perception. So if you set it's going to go slow, then it will. - Yeah. - And now I'm going to go for my song. It's a lovely little number called "Summer" by Ruby, oh god. Ruby, I'm in a few. (laughing) How do you say it? No, I'm not. The green in the card indicates healing and connection to the heart. Return to a place of harmony to further your ability to understand and express gratitude with your life. - Mm-hmm. - It's very, very nice. - Harmony. Now, I went to see Bruce Lipton. I'll talk a bit more about that later, but he talked a lot about harmony and how we are in resonance with everything around us. And it's either constructive or destructive. And I think it's really interesting, isn't it, how when we talk about being in harmony, really what we're talking about is bringing things into our environment in our energy field that actually resonate on a constructive way, in a way that actually makes us feel good, and it actually brings us to a place of well-being and balance. And so, yeah, I think harmonising has been a word that I've been... - That's beautiful. - Yeah, I haven't had that card before, so that's gorgeous, and I was asking for balance, but actually, I like that word. It's a bit softer, isn't it? - Yeah, beautifully. So, if anybody would like a card, just let us know. Just comment on our Facebook page or message us and we will have a little shuffle for you. We're going to play some music now, which is... Well, my song, I think both of our songs are pretty upbeat, actually. And I chose this one because we've been having a lot of good times this week. It's been quite a jam-packed weekend, really, with a week, with birthdays and different celebrations. I think June is that time of the year where I think everyone sort of must have more babies in June. And there's all like weddings, and there just seems to be a lot of things that you're celebrating in June. But also because the sun's out, you're actually about having good times as well. So, we had a lot of real good times yesterday at the Hatfield Heath Festival, and a big shout-out to all of the committee there. - Yeah, amazing. - We'll send the well out who is involved in that, or her and her husband, because it's a really well orchestrated event. It's like a really good daytime stuff going on with stalls and rides and things. And then they've got music festival that goes on from like 12.30 all the way through to, I think they have live music till about eight or nine in a year. - Yeah, yeah. - So, yeah, it's a really good and hunters' meet. It does so well. - Wow. - Like the country everybody there. - It was such a beautiful atmosphere, wasn't it? - Definitely. - And their dancers didn't know that young girl was doing the dancing. - Yeah, it was a really nice community feel. And I think, you know, it's something that you don't see it everywhere. So, I think we're quite fortunate to have things like that on our doorstep. It's just for free, you know, you just go along and just roll up with your chair or whatever. - Yeah. - And, you know, you've got a whole entertainment. - I know we were very blessed, because Steve had taken lots of chairs over, isn't he? - Yeah, and Nina had found us a little plot. - I know. - So, it's really lovely, you know. - We all came together very spontaneously. - Yeah. - We were talking about being spontaneous. That was definitely our spontaneous thing of the weekend. But also, we were celebrating with our dear friend Nadia. We went to Bishop's Cave. That was nice. - We did. That was really nice. Yeah, we had a little, like, you do, like, not tap a sea boy. - It was like tap a sea. - Yeah, it was snacks, really. - Snacks. - Snacks. - I'd like the patty in that, but really lovely, done. - We had kiroi out. - We did. - We did. - Which I absolutely love. I didn't eat much, because I'd eaten before I went out. So, yeah, it was a really lovely, just a lovely, sort of, grown-up place. - Yeah, because we just, we only went out for a little while, didn't we? Just to celebrate, well, we landed at that sip. We were only going out for a little while, but then we landed at a back-up. Nadia's having a cup of tea, didn't we? - Yeah, finally had to look around her new bungalow, which she's actually had for a year. - Yeah, well, I helped her move. So, I've been in, but it's beautiful, but it was so, it's just nice to spend time with friends, isn't it? See what they're up to, and, yeah. - And the dad took me out for dinner Saturday night, to the Mexico. - Oh, very nice. - And also, obviously, we were, I still sort of saw Charlotte again, because we went to Brisbane together. So, we celebrated her birthday last weekend. It was still nice to, you know, like, have good times with your friends, whatever. - Yes. - It's not always that party, isn't it? - No. - It's just having all the times. - A beam is someone to share these experiences. - Exactly, so I'd love to talk to you about it, because I think that's part of it. Isn't it part of the joy of something sometimes? Is that looking at someone and going, "Ooh, I don't know." - Yeah, I think that's lovely. - Although, it was weird because Paula Pluck was also at the time. - Oh, yeah, I saw that. - And then Elle said she was at the Hatfield East. - Yeah, we did this. - So, it was like behind us. - I think I'm walking around blind this weekend, so I didn't connect with either of those two people, and they're, you know, very sort of close in our circle. So, yeah, walking around obliviously, I think. - Yeah. - Mind you, there's a lot of information at Bruce Lichtenstein, so I'm not surprised. I think I was probably a bit stunned into silence with so much to process. But anyway, so I found this little tune called "Good Times," which I thought was quite funky, and what have you got for us? - Yeah, and I've got this little one called "New Day" by Danny Gokey. Yeah, this was a new one, so let's wake up and breathe. ♪♪ ♪ We're heading out for good times ♪ ♪ We're going with the light shines bright enough ♪ ♪ So hold on to my lifeline ♪ ♪ I'll take you with out for good times ♪ ♪ We're heading out for good times ♪ - And so, we've been commiting. - Good morning. - Okay, and obviously we have Bobby actually in the room with us in the lounge studio. So Bobby picked a car called Open-Minded, and it says it may be challenging to let go of expectation. You might find yourself trying hard to identify whether the outcome of a situation will be good or bad. Being Open-Minded means releasing your assumptions and coming to a person or situation afresh whether we can all do with a bit of that car. And the picture is a baby surrounded by butterflies, bubbles, insects, flowers, birds and a rabbit. Do you recall a time when you were absorbed in an experience? Toddlers and babies can be entirely fascinated by whatever has their attention. Young children that live in the moment and become entranced by the smallest of creatures or experiences. Butterflies usually mean transformation, but they can also represent the magic of belief. The wheat in the image can relate to rebirth, abundance, life or fertility. The rich brown hues refer to wholesomeness, honesty, grounding, foundation, warmth and the feeling of security. Reflect on your opinions or beliefs and see where you can incorporate a more Open-Minded approach. Very nice, beautiful. So as we mentioned earlier, we are continuing the journey with our friend Dr Jay as we call her, Dr Gladys. And the next chapter of her lovely book, The Well-Lived Life, which we have recommended now to many people. But the next chapter we are on now is chapter 32, we are getting through it. And it's called What's Worth Your Energy? And I think this is a really key thing in life, isn't it? Oh God, Jay. What energy? What feels blissful and good to you? When she opened the chapter, she said something about getting beyond the fear of running out of energy and look to where love flows freely without fear. And this is very resonant with Brothipton. Is it? Yeah. It's literally like the same, almost some of them, the same words. Right, okay. And also, you know, it's what we've talked about in the Yellow Book for the last decade or whatever as well. Because the hashtag for creating pieces, you know, for submission to the Yellow Book was, I feel better when. And that's exactly what she's talking about is going to, what did you say? I feel blissful and good. Blissful and good, yeah. So the things that help you feel good are the things that help you feel better. And we always went more with what feels better because I think otherwise you judge it good or bad. Whereas if you just go with, well, that feels better than that, it makes it a bit more, or sorry, less about thinking and more about kind of intuitively feeling your way. Yeah. And then she was talking about following your heart again. What feels better, which we talk about most weeks, don't we? And what juices you're gaining again and again. This is the energy to follow. What's juicy? What is juicy? I thought it was fascinating. She was telling a story about her parents who went up a mountain. Yes, the Himalayan mountains. And all they had was like a donkey or whatever they call it. An ass. Yeah. So I just can't clarify. That means donkey. Yeah. And so she went up there and they had very few belongings. They left their three children behind, but she was actually pregnant with Dr J. Yes, she was. But they were going up because they had a decision to make, didn't they? Yeah. Whether they were going to carry on their work on the field with their doctor in. And what really, I can't find my notes on it, but I knew I wrote it down somewhere. Let's see what my brain can remember. Come on then. Because there was another position of like a hospital, but because women were never seen. No. Women were never been seen. But by going back, so they did decide in the end to go back to the field to work because they could then help everybody. But they went up there with their supplies for a month, didn't they? Yeah. But the point being was like they went where their energy is. Yes. Yeah. So for many people, the idea of going up a Himalayan mountain when you're pregnant. Yeah. It would probably be the last thing that would bring you comfort. But that's for them. Yeah. And I think that was the point, you know, she was making that. It's about knowing where's your place to go and make decisions in a way that actually does lead you to a blissful place. Yeah. Because quite often we attempt to make decisions when we were already in a stressful state or worrying about it overthinking it. Yeah. Or we've got life all around us, but that idea of just opting out and they were away for like a month. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, what a beautiful thing to actually consider something so deeply. Yes. Yeah. Like that. But in a really sort of, you know, beautiful, natural, you're in nature. I know. You've got perspective because you're up the mountain. Yes. Yeah. And I went to really feel it, didn't I? To feel what I wanted to do next? And they'd be quiet and retreat from life in order to have that, get that clarity. That sounds like heaven. And then they know, and then you know you've made the right choice because you've really kind of got into that state of being in a post dance or thinking our way through things. So I think a lot of the time, and that's kind of what she's talking about, is how to, you know, what to give your energy to it, how to understand that better. And giving yourself sort of space, retreat, retreating and being quiet and stillness is a really helpful thing to sort of do. It's the reason why most people in this society meditate. Yes. Because it's our way of kind of doing that without physically coming up the mountain. But yeah, I mean, she said her mum just wanted to spend every minute of life in joy. Even when she hurt herself, she was in hospital, she was still making jokes. That's really at the end of our life, wasn't it? Yeah. She had a fall. She was still... She was still making jokes because she wanted to see her family happy and that's what brought her the joy, wasn't it? Yeah, and just this idea of turning towards life by loving, finding your own rhythm and adapting because flow has rhythm. So it was a lot, it was about the rivers have rhythm, the agriculture, everything has rhythm. Yes, yeah. And then it's finding your rhythm, like my words today. And it was beautiful, we're talking about like they went up there and were quiet. But it's like she's talking about true rest is an action, not just the absence of doing anything. It involves thinking, kind, gentle, regenerative, kind of say the word. That's it. Yeah, regenerative thoughts about that body and being fully present. So she talked a lot about rest and she said how important it is. It was interesting, it was actually talking to my dad about this over Sunday lunch yesterday, how some days up, both me and my dad have always been like late to bed sort of people. And he was saying you know the thing is he said I go to bed but I'm tired and I said yeah I'm the same. Because if I go up too early, just because someone says you should, I don't sleep. No. I just lie there and that irritates me more. Yes. And then I actually get less sleep because I've been irritated so I don't go to sleep when I would normally. Yeah. So I think you know this idea that we all sleep, as you get older you do likely, you will sleep less. But why do we see it as a negative thing that isn't the right way to be? I'm not saying if you've actually got insomnia, that's a different challenge. But not always having to sleep you know 12 hours. When you're hit you might sleep 12 hours. Yeah. You know then you might change that to 8 hours but maybe when you're older you might feel 4 hours is enough for you. And that's what she said, just do what you follow your body because we do follow your natural rhythm. Yeah, it is, isn't it? It's just all these reminders because I think we get caught up at that we've got to go bed at this time. We've got to do this. We've got to eat. It's the same with food, isn't it? Yeah. Eat when you're hungry. Yeah, exactly. And as she said, if you need sleep, you'll be asleep. Yeah. Yeah. Because it does just take you when you really need it. I mean, I came, it was a Saturday. I came in and I sat down. I thought I'm going to watch a bit of TV before bed. And I was like, oh no I'm not. I'm going to sleep again. Yeah. So yeah, I think yeah, when it wants to do it will just take you. But yeah, it's about letting the rest be the type of rest that rejuvenates that juicing yet. Yeah. And therefore you're then dedicating your best energy to the day ahead. Yes. So I think that's the point, you know, it's just, it's realizing that rest is also part of that. Yeah. It's not your enemy. It's not the thing that's a waste of time or take it up your time. Yeah. It's actually a really positive thing. And not what's draining you. She talks about it. What's draining you? You know, it's about focusing on what's, you know, juicing you. Juicing you. Juicing you up. And also she says she has more beautiful dreams in her sleep. And so, you know, it's almost like the quality of her sleep now is, is even better. She's 103. Oh, I know. It's absolutely incredible. Okay. Anyway, um, now what have I written here? Rest is consciously dedicating what's important. Oh, dedicating your time towards important and a reminder of the orientation towards what's positive and good and best for us. Yeah. Yeah. So although you wouldn't think it, rest is, as you say, something to be, to actively choose. Yeah. Because sometimes you can sleep, you can sleep, have a nice sleep, but still wake up feeling tired. Yeah. Because you're not actually probably tired. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, true rest honors our body and our soul mission. That's the other thing I thought was really beautiful. Because obviously we're quite into our soul connection. Yeah, definitely. Because when you are connected to your soul, nothing's hard. No, it's not. No. So, we've done all the training right? You're like, "Why am I not doing that?" Well, because we're getting our head too quickly. Yeah. I mean, I have to say, Bruce Lipton, who I went to see, he must be living purely from his soul. Really? Because that man, 79, he bounced around the stage. He was like, just cracking jokes and lively the whole time he spoke from 10 till 1230. So two and a half hours without even taking a sip of water. Wow. And came back after an hour of lunch break, but he hadn't had a break. He'd been signing books. Wow. Went back on and then full on again from 130 to five. Yeah, but he's doing what he absolutely loves so, isn't he? But he was totally in his... Yeah, that's what I mean. He's flowing with it. So nothing, he didn't need a break, did he from it? Yeah. Because it was good for him. Yeah, but still, he didn't even think just from a physical world. Yeah. Oh, no. That true soul living, as he said, he's in heaven on earth. And that's so neat. Wow. An amazing place to live. Yeah. So nice. So if sometimes in the moments when we think we're going to run out or lose something, just sort of allow it, because that is how it comes back to us. So it's that thing of instead of focusing on, "Oh, God, it's going to run out. Like I'm going to run out of energy. I'm going to run." It's like, actually, just let it go. Yeah. So we'll come back and just rest and, you know, kind of surrender. Yeah. So I think that's our message for today. I think it is. Get resting. Oh, yes, please. OK. So I'll go with "Follow What You Love" and "Love Will Follow." Yeah. And I'm going to go with a bit of rhythm of the night by taking us back. [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] [MUSIC] The woman can relate to feeling a bit confused and seeking peace. The fairies and nature bins are connected to inspirational opportunities and reaching your goals. This card speaks to all aspects of your life where you need emotional support or protection. So your affirmation, Sue, is I welcome the opportunity to spend time in solitude and become reacquainted with myself. So that is beautiful. I'll send you the rest so you can read the rest. So hopefully that's what you're doing then. And yeah, sorry, I only just saw your tattoo. So very nice, very big actually for someone who's never had any before. So a bold little statement on your bucket list that was on your bucket list. So well done. Congratulations on following your heart. So yes, on a lighter note, I was saying to others in here in the room with me about, I was tickled a little bit by a message or somebody had posted on Facebook about that there were people riding around Chelmsford with no clothes on on their bikes. And I just thought it was quite amusing anyway, because the lady was quite indignant about how it was so terrible that her child had seen these people, you know. And really, you know, it was interesting just reading the comments about, well, actually, maybe it's about explaining why they're doing it and understanding what it's about and that there is no shame, actually, nudity in just a natural way, you know, like, a lot of countries, I mean, particularly Germany springs to mind because I used to go there quite a lot for work. And they, they get all their saunas, they're all naked. They literally have no body shame. No, because they just accept, but they just don't think about it like that. They're not looking and judging you. They're just, it's just your body. Yeah, but it's just your body, isn't it? It's actually a really healthy way, but we've been so shamed in our culture to not show anything. I mean, I'm guilty myself because my, you know, my mum was very much private and that's how we were brought up to be respectful of yourself and others. So I'm quite private about things like that. But again, if somebody, if I saw that, I would just be like, good on you. How very dare you. Yes, exactly. And, you know, to celebrate your body in that way. And it is actually a worldwide thing called the world naked bike ride, clothing optional bike ride. I mean, to be fair, I wouldn't be going on a bike ride anyway. So, you know, whether I've got clothes on or not is irrelevant. But yeah, so it's all about riding in, like as a, on mass together with a message. And the message is quite powerful, actually. It's kind of, well, first of all, they're, they're, what did I call it? The dress code motto is bear as you dare. And what they're saying is the whole point of it, really, and why it began. And it's been going for about 20 years now. So this is the first time I've heard of it. Have you never heard of it? No. Maybe it's a new thing we should start. Well, maybe not doing different things. Is that all your book? No thing. So I asked you and I won't tell you what Claire said today, but I said, just any bucket is we will be banned from our show. I feel something like that rhymes with bucket, I think. Anyway, so it's all about making a peaceful protest, which I, you know, I think it's a protest, although it's a bit of a contradiction in terms. But, you know, this idea of standing your ground and putting out your, your message in a peaceful way is quite clever. And it gets attention, right? If you're, if you're running around that low, you can call it a good situation. But it's really to protest against global oil dependency to curb car culture. That's not easy to say that. Okay. And promote cyclist rights and demonstrate the vulnerability of them. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, no. But most of all, to celebrate body freedom and to have that positive body image. And I think for me, that is a really powerful thing. Because in our culture, it's the complete opposite. If you look at all of the way the models are and how we portrayed. Really? I was actually sitting in a livable street station when I was waiting to meet Charlotte. And I was actually in that space of looking at people, I was sitting in a really conscious space. It wasn't like judgy, sometimes you can be like, oh, well, they're wearing or whatever. But it wasn't that sort of space. It was the interest in humanity of all about, yeah, they're just so, so many people and we're all so individual. Oh, we are. I know. I'll talk about these. Like what you look like, what you're wearing, what you're doing, what you're carrying. It was just really interesting. And then it was quite, it was also quite amusing. When I came back into sort of more my personality, I suppose that his couple walking around and man had like effectively made a tree on his head without a load of leaves and things. And his wife has to say, but she didn't have so much of a tree. His was pretty full on. He's walking around like, really, and it doesn't look quite miserable. And I'm not really like, they weren't going with the outfit. Right. So I was just sort of sitting there waiting for Charlotte. And this lady sat next to me. We both looked to each other. He really want to ask them where they go. She said, yeah, he could have had a sign on him saying that we were off to celebrate. And she said, but then on second thought, he did look like he was really having a very happy talk. And I just thought, it's interesting is that you sit next to someone. You don't know them at all. And you've got the same thought. Yes. Well, just for how funny is that? We both literally looked at each other as if we knew each other and sort of made this face of interest. As you do, walk about with a tree on your head, but have a really serious face on you. So no one questions it. I love it. How people really embrace things like that. I love that. Yeah, I do. But really broadly, when people are dressed up, they're quite approachable and they almost want you to ask them. But no, no, he wasn't. But it was just really funny. You know, that came out of the conscious space back in. So Matt has got a tree on his head. Oh, yes. So there we are. But yeah, so just really celebrating ourselves. It's something that I don't think we're all that good at. No, I don't think so. I think, yeah. I think you don't want to have any regrets, do you, when it's your time? No, definitely. I mean, there's Lucy in our B&I group. She had cancer a couple years back. And she said, when she was in remission and she was recovering and doing really well, she said, "That's it. I'm never going to waste a moment of my life." And she doesn't. She literally is just full on having fun all the time, because she said it really woke her up to nothing is promised. And nobody say it, but you know, you don't know how long you go. And are you really, truly happy that you're living your best life? And, you know, irrespective of other people, she said, "Oh, you know, I really don't like sometimes the way that I look." But then I just think, "But that's not important. I'm here. I'm laughing. I'm with people I love." And who cares whether my hair is growing back or, you know, whether I've put my face looks different or my body's not dealing with, you know, things as well. You know, actually, that's not important. And I think it's something that's really quite difficult for us to get over sometimes, because, you know, we've lived in that culture where you are meant to look a certain way. No, no, no. And if you are a little bit different, then you are young people. You are all different. Yeah, and a lot of people do judge unfortunately. We all can, can't we? We say you don't. Everyone judges are the first five seconds of seeing someone, whether they like them or not. No, no. Right. So, you know, no one can say they don't judge, but some of it is judging just by instinct and like feeling someone's energy, which is natural. And then obviously then there's the additional judgment, which is learned societal culture. Yeah. So, that's the bit that I'm kind of talking about is your body image. And I love your friends, Sam Poise, that she does a lot around that. Yeah, she does. She does workshops. I mean, well, they're cool now. Something boot camp, isn't it? But it's basically about loving yourself, isn't it? And, you know, she's all about owning your joy, but her journey of that was being a dancer. And she's actually a brilliant dancer, but in the dancing world, there's a certain way you're kind of expected to look. Yeah. Yeah. And she didn't fit the model. Oh, no. The mold, I should say. Yeah, that's really, really terrible, isn't it? Yeah. But then actually, but then she, but if she'd gone down that path, she wouldn't have gone down and helped her. Yeah. And then she's helping so many other people. Yeah. But that's the point of the thing, yeah. There's an other girl. I can't remember what her name is, but she does like hip-hop dancing and she's, again, quite a naturally heavy in her, you know, her figure. But the move's that girl. Yeah. It's irrelevant. It's nothing to do with that. You know, sometimes you just build differently for others, but it doesn't mean that you can't move and grove like the best one. You'll buy your bike naked. No, that's a key. There's a new TikTok dance that Daisy was showing Kane and said, "Can you do this?" And this was not yesterday. This was a challenge for you later. No, it's not the way I hear this, but honestly, Kane, right, he can twerk, right? But yeah, he'd done his dance. Well, we were just throwing up because he has got, I said, "I can't believe how much freedom he had." Well, let's see if you do it tonight. I doubt it. And he hadn't even had a drink at this point, but honestly, he just embraced it and moved his body. And the way, and I went, "Oh, my God, you've got the, I didn't realize he had so much movement in him, actually." Because he's six foot, well, five, and he's very, very good. So he's got very, yeah, I reckon he'd be a good dancer, you know. Obviously, I never, I didn't really put him into Joe Jingle's. We never really went dancing. No, that's where it all began. It all began. It all existed to fit. But I didn't ever, he didn't ever want to go into dance, but I think that might be his thing. Oh, there you go. Never know, do you? So, anyway... It's all we're doing. Right, I'm going to go for a bit of life to live. And this is like, what does your heart say? It's your life to live, so live the life you would like to live. Perfect. Love it like them naked boat riders. I think that's where he'll meet. Let's not talk about helmets. Anyway, on that note, I'm playing "Shave With Your Heart". And if you listen to the lyrics on this one, it's going past all the body stuff and your helmet. And focusing on the shape of your heart, because that's really all that matters, isn't it? Leslie. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. [music] I hope you enjoyed them songs, so anyway, Julie, we have a little card for you. Absolutely gorgeous, I've never picked this one out of this pack, so this is called Clues. Every day you are given signs and clues to help you decipher the next steps for your life purpose, life lessons or heart desire. It takes awareness and diligence to recognize these messages. Everyone receives their clues differently, but there are similarities in how the Divine tries to provide guidance. Clues are repeated until the message is received. That is really lovely, I mind, with the parent repeating the messages. There's a butterfly in all of these cards as well. You've got a young fairy girl, pierced from behind a tree, surrounded by symbols. The spider web in front of her can be a prompt to get into creative flow. The lights twinkle around the fairy may signify inspiration, ideas, intuition or perception. The shades of black may allude to mystery that which is hidden, or that something will be revealed. So you've got to look at them signs I love living like that. The purple hues may contain a message about your spirituality, how you are thinking or something you are seeking at this time. Oh, Julie, that's really lovely, isn't it? Julie and the clues. There you go. Oh, let's see if there's any signs. Very exciting, so yeah, we do. Okay, so I was going to revert back a little bit to what we were saying at the start about some new beginnings, some new things. Yes. And one of those things is a new radio station. Is it really? No, of course I know. So, yes, all very exciting. Yeah, so which works, we seem to have an abundance of radio stations. Yeah, well, not for everybody. Exciting part of this one is that we were instrumental in particularly your good self, was the instrumental in introducing Dan and Fay to the world. Just from doing a nice haircut, you know. Exactly, and so you and Fay have been friends for a while, I think. Yeah, kids went to, since primary school, we've known me since Keen and Jake were at primary school, long, long time. Yes. So, yeah, so Dan and Fay, who do the Mojo show on the Friday day and have been with us on TLC pretty much from the start really. Yeah, not long has it started. And so they've been doing their Friday show and they've been growing their audience. They were like ranking really high on their pod cards and pod chatting and stuff. So, we've been watching them grow in their confidence and everything else, and they're very good at going to festivals and meeting bands. Yeah, and interviewing people, aren't they? I love them, don't they? So, yeah, it'd be really exciting to see. So, it's coming on the 5th of July. I think it's, it might already, I'm not sure, I think it's only us that can hear it at the moment. But I'm not sure they'll have to let us know on that how people access them, but we'll share the details. It's going to be called Houdu. Yeah. Houdu. I like that. And Houdu is actually the opposite of Voodoo. Yes. Because where Voodoo is dark energy, Houdu is all about the good energy and the high vibes and the good vibes. It's kind of defined as almost like a folk religion. Ah, okay. Much about folks and obviously Fay does her solstice skincare. That's what she does, she works with the will of life. Yeah, the will of the year. Which is all about the pagan kind of festivals, which is effectively like, it's not really religion. Religion meaning a way of life, not an actual thing to follow, but just being in that folk space. Yeah, lovely. Although, when they first said their name, I thought, I didn't really understand it. When I looked into it, I thought, yeah, that's pretty perfect, isn't it? Yeah. And we're going to be included in their line-up. We are. Nice. This lovely show. We'll be going out on their airwaves as well on a Monday. So, it's all very exciting for everyone. Yeah, it is. I'm really happy for them. We're really, our hearts are warm. Yeah, they are. It's lovely. I love it. Being able to, you know, the whole point of TLC when we set it up was to give people a voice, a platform. Yeah. And to support their growth. So, it's for us, it's just, you know, literally the perfect way to study. I love it. Yeah, and their enthusiasm and their passion for music and everything is, you can, you just see it on every page. Yeah, they live and breathe it. And I think that's the thing with us. It's about being authentic. And although without music styles and genres perhaps that we showcase are different, it's about the passion behind it. Yes. And about the importance of music in your life and creativity. Yeah. Yeah. And I think, you know, we align on many things. And the community is also a big part of their show. Yeah. Showcase what's going on. And again, that's something that we hold very dear. So, yeah, we're excited to be a part of it. It's excited to see what's going to develop. Yeah. I wish them both all the very best with that. Yes. So, yeah, I've got, I actually found a song called Who Do, which I thought I would play. It's got quite a nice little folky vibe. So, well, this one's by a lady called Donna Sipos. What have you got for us? Oh, I don't know. Oh, I don't know. Right. I'm going to go with a bit of country. Bourn to fly. How to keep your balance. Yeah. But also, we'd like to see them fly. Oh, exciting. Yes. Bourn to fly. Bourn to fly. Bourn to fly. I'm going to go with a little bit. Oh, yeah. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. I'm going to go with a little bit. [music] We're going to cut that one a little bit short because it's five and a half minutes long. Oh, no. A bit of a year old there. I don't really draw on this country, but I did love country dancing. I said Nashville is cool in here. Yeah, definitely. We will get there. We are going to read out Fay's card because we were just chatting about Fay. She asked for us to bring one. We got relationship. We did. When we put the picture up, have a look because it could possibly be a young Dan in the picture. It's definitely not a Fay, but it could be Dan. We don't know who the other person is, but it could be Dan. It could be his daughter. It could be his daughter. Yes. Yoursies Fay relationship, as Claire just said. You will have varying types of relationships throughout your life, including casual acquaintances, family relationships, deep friendships and romantic lovers. When you have shared a connection with someone, look at how the relationship affects you and consider whether it's favorable for you. Communication is essential to maintain healthy relationships. Be aware of your role in a relationship. Notice whether you revert to learned behaviours that keep them from flourishing. It may take some effort to be more direct about your needs, but the result is worth the time invested. I mean, communication is key though. It's definitely key in relationship with anybody, even with yourself. Yeah. Oh look, so it says here two boys. I thought that was a good one either. So two boys who appear to be brothers share a book that opens to reveal a castle and various characters of a story. There is no way to know the challenges or events that will take place within a relationship. Living in the here and now and trust the relationship will make it through whatever happens. Green and yellow rays are emitted from the background of the image. These colours represent the connection of the solar plexus chakra to the heart chakra. You are reminded to come from a place of love while remaining empowered. Additionally, the dominance of the colour green is a reminder to work on healing any unhealthy aspects in the current relationships. We'll send you the rest so you can have a little look later. Sounds good. But yeah, I think relationship is a big part again of what Bruce Lipton was chatting about and how he was talking a lot about the honeymoon effect. And so how when you first meet someone and you're in that honeymoon period that it feels like that's something that you can't ever have again. It's like it's gone. But what you're saying is that you only feel that way because you're fully present with that person and that's how life's supposed to feel all the time. So if you're not feeling that all the time, then you're in your head and you've come away from the natural flow and the presence of life. And you think, yeah, actually you don't stay in that for very long. No, no, you don't. I mean, I don't just meet in your relationships like your romantic relationships. I mean, in life. Like life, any relationship. You know, when you're in that, I think the sun is helpful, you know, in terms of it kind of puts you back more in that space because you do get more present, I think, when it's sunny and warm and you're happy to sit there. And you connect more with people because everyone's out and about. These are lifted and you're in more in that high energy. But yeah, it's interesting, isn't it? There's a song for that. Hi. Oh, is he singing to us now? See, the energy's lifting. The chocolate biscuit helped. Thank God for chocolate. Yeah. Okay, so just moving on to also that we've not only had summer solstice, but we also had a full moon which can really affect the energies. Now, Leslie has started doing these little moon readings. Oh no, I did myself one day on practising. We're not practising them. I'm doing it as well. And on Saturday, we are doing, we've changed our event because we feel that perhaps there's not the engagement for that yet and maybe it's a bit too soon. And maybe it's a bit too soon for us as well. So always trusting the universe. We thought we'd open the day up instead to a day of card reading. Oh, nice. So basically, normally, for an hour of our time, we were charged in £50 and £60. So we're doing card readings for £30. But you could still get up to an hour of our time depending on what you want. So you can come for a chakra card reading with healing around that reading. Or you're going to do more of a... Oh, I'm going to go with it. Yeah, I'm doing intuitive reading what I feel is going to be whatever question you've got of. It's more of a guidance. It won't be a tarot reading. No, we don't do tarot, but we do our own way of connecting with your energy. And obviously, we're both channeling messages in our own different ways and we're both channeling healing in our own different ways. So it's very much like you can come to either one of us, but potentially, if it's a short reading, you could potentially maybe have time for both of us. So we're open to booking our canal of our time and seeing where that goes. So if you're free, no, it's sort of Saturday. It's Sunday. It's Sunday. It's Sunday. On Sunday between £10.30 and £3. Let us know if you would like to book in for that. It's a bit of a steal because normally, as I say, the charge would be quite a lot higher than that. So it is a real opportunity to come and spend some time with us. And we'll be up at Stance, the golf world in the little room, beautiful room upstairs. Very nice. So, yeah, but make sure you book in, but I'm sure we will have some drop-ins, but it'd be really nice to know. We prefer booking, so we never look in. So we can plan and not let anybody down on the die. Yeah, exactly. But that room is really 11/11. The room has got beautiful energy. I was up there on, I think it was Wednesday. I think I was up there. There was a celebration of life. And before that, I was clearing the room and getting it ready. And I was connecting to the person whose wake it was. So it was really, really powerful stuff. And Joanne is the manager, one of the managers down there. She really embraces all of this. And it really does bring comfort to people. You know, getting messages from loved ones or guidance for yourself. So I feel it is really stepping up. And it is a beautiful energy up there. So, yeah, if you feel like you need a little bit of space out, it's really private. So, yeah, time for you. Done lovely. Okay. And so I'm going to play a song called Other Sides of the Moon, which I think is a fairly new release from Lucy Spragon. But just before I do that, play the songs. Just a reminder also that we have All Things Moon broadcasting with the lovely Kelly James. It's about 2.22 in the last afternoon. So Monday being Moon Day. Yeah. It's got everyone to say about Moon. No, I've got my book out because, yeah, I did this little Moon reading for myself. But I'm still learning about it. But I do feel when I follow it, because we were doing quite a lot, weren't we, at the beginning of the year, around the way. When I follow it, I do feel much more in rhythm. So, but the Moon that was last week was all more about work, life balance, which actually we've covered quite a lot today. Love all about love, the gentle words you're speaking with yourself, and facing some of the facts. So this was, well, that's the guidance from Yasmin Boland that I've got her book. But there's lots more in it. You could always find, find information about it. But I think Kelly would be the main one to listen to because she obviously, that's her work. So we learn a lot from her. But the song I'm going to pick, I know I've played this before. One of my absolute favourites, Spirit Lead Me, because I do feel that with my work at the moment, I'm really being guided by them of where I'm going. So, yeah. I've known you for years. I want to know you better. I think you've always been here. Better late than ever. A friend of a friend to a friend to each other. To wishing you that I went running for cover. Just starting to think we were built for each other. We were on all the sides of the Moon. We were always in spin. And now I feel your stillness. I don't know who that I went. It doesn't make a difference. A friend of a friend to a friend to each other. To wishing you that I went running for cover. Just starting to think we were built for each other. We were on all the sides of the Moon. I was always gonna get to you. The constellations always knew that we were on all the sides of the Moon. All the sides of the Moon. Don't let me go. I finally feel grounded. In this atmosphere it's glow. It kind of feels nostalgic. A friend of a friend to a friend to each other. To wishing you that I went running for cover. Just starting to think we were built for each other. We were on all the sides of the Moon. I was always gonna get to you. The constellations always knew that we were on all the sides of the Moon. All the sides of the Moon. Something has to break away. But in the universe to take his shame. We were chasing, sons of always faith. And I will stay awake to share your space. A friend of a friend to a friend to each other. I was always gonna get to you. The constellations always knew that we were on all the sides of the Moon. I was always gonna get to you. The constellations always knew that we were on all the sides of the Moon. All the sides of the Moon. The constellations always knew that we were on all the sides of the Moon. T.S.A! Spirit led me where my trust is without borders. Let me walk upon the waters. Wherever you would call me. Let me think through the mouth it could ever wonder. My felt would be much stronger. In the presence of my savior. I will call upon your name. Keep my eyes above the waist my soul. We're resting here. In the presence of my savior. I will call upon your name. Keep my eyes above the waist. I am yours in your mind. Your mind in your mind. Spirit led me where my trust is without borders. Let me walk upon the waters. Wherever you would call me. Take me deeper than my feet could ever wonder. My felt would be much stronger. In the presence of my savior. Spirit led me where my trust is without borders. Let me walk upon the waters. Wherever you would call me. Take me deeper than my feet could ever wonder. My felt would be much stronger. In the presence of my savior. My savior. My savior. My savior. Oh, my savior. My savior. My savior. Spirit led me where my trust is without borders. Let me walk upon the waters. Wherever you would call me. Take me deeper than my feet could ever wonder. My felt would be much stronger. In the presence of my savior. Beautiful song. Okay, so we're coming to sort of the last section of the show. Yeah, there we are. 'Cause of time. We would love to see lots of you tonight with Sweet Talk, the Solbridgeworth Library. We've got to talk around Aloe Vera. Yeah, interesting. I'll find out a bit more about that. And join us 7.30. The talk will start at 8. So you've got about half an hour of, you know, just connecting with other members. It's free to members, but you're also very welcome if you're not a member. It's just that you pay £750 on the door. Okay, so sorry to get you waiting, Pete, but you're the last of our cards today. And yours is possibilities. So it says when you feel stuck and want to create a change or new direction, there's always so many possibilities within your reach. Each day contains numerous pathways that are laid out by each choice you make. Decisions such as what you eat or what you wear may seem unimportant, but every choice you make is an opportunity to shift things up. But it may also push you out of your comfort zone. A simple change in what you think or do can bring about a significant opportunity. And so the picture is beautiful. It's rich colours and golds and it's really magical. She's kind of opening a treasure chest. So it says this woman openly led to a box filled with mystical energy and beings. On the table next to the box, a mirror reflects her image. A fairy, a fish, a phoenix and a butterfly appear over the woman's head. The fairy may represent nature. The ability to manifest your desires or the magic that new opportunities will bring. The fish may indicate wealth, prosperity or the evolution of your soul. The phoenix is a symbol of rebirth or rising from the ashes. The butterfly remind you to continue to change and not become stagnant. Possibilities are all around you. Allow yourself the gift of receiving their benefits. And the affirmation is I'm thankful for immeasurable possibilities. That's beautiful isn't it? Lovely message. Oh yeah, perfect. Okay and we're going to do that last don't we? So is there anything else we need to talk about? I just thought today I was going to finish on a song I came across which is a bit of a funny little number. But it's called the sound of sunshine and it just I thought it did make me smile. And I thought you know we're in the sunny days. We really want to celebrate this because we've had all of that rain and misery haven't we? So it's been lovely to wake up and just think oh it's sunny again. And also my lovely daughter Daisy is away on holiday at the moment after a much earned break. So she's having a lovely sunny time. Oh brilliant. My sister Lucy is in sunny Portugal at the moment. Is she? Yeah so she's on the way. She's her last night. She's only been away for five I say only but I mean she's had a little five day break over there. Oh her lovely. Hello with her friend Claire and her audience. It's actually she's really stunning over there. I don't know what part of Portugal it is but she said the beaches. It's not like the Algarve where generally we go. It's all sunny beaches like surfing beaches like in Australia. She said at night time it gets really really cold. So it's interesting isn't it? To go to all these different parts of the same country and have a completely different experience. So yeah so I'm going to embrace the sunshine and stick with that vibe. We came in on that vibe and I'm going to exit on that vibe. So what last song are you going to do? Oh I think well I've got a couple little slow ones. I'm just thinking which one to go. I think I'm going to go with Never Alone. This came on actually when it was on Daisy playing the music in the darkest day. But I think it is about remembering if you are having a tough time. Love is all around you and you know there's always people around and we're here aren't we? Always to reach out to all of us. TLC is always there as well to tune in to a little bit of music or with lifts out. Yeah so remembering you're not if you do feel some days isolated or on your own. Reach out or listen to one of our shows on Podomazzo. But also as you're serious. Ciric? What even word is that? As you are laughing as I'm thinking of the name of it. So your song spirit, about spirit is also a reminder that you're never alone because there's always the aspect of the invisible song. What are you talking about Bruce Lipp? Oh my god, I used to get off the air. Bruce Lipton, not Bruce. Yeah, I will talk more about him as we go along. There's so much I took away that I think a bit like Dr. Gladys. We will revisit Bruce Lipton. But yes anyway we've got a final card for the show and then we're offski. So it's a sacred breath and sound. Lifeforce communication, which we've talked a lot about today. So this priestess of the breath of life brings the light of the dolphin to you. This important totem has long been a symbol of the life force embodied in breath, movement and sound. This card is telling you to bring the dolphins easy flowing pattern to the breath of your life force at this time. Healing is available to you now on both the physical and personal levels.
