what's up guys welcome to today's prospecting call if you are new to my youtube channel or podcast real talk real estate my name is Tori i'm a real estate agent and every single day i post either my prospecting calls or lessons i've learned as a real estate agent i do this because i have always learned a ton hearing other people prospect whether it be things i like they said or didn't like that they said i hope you get value like and subscribe hello hey brat hey yeah hey this is Tori here i'm a realtor i hope you don't hate me too much for calling bread i was open to ask a question about the crock in locustry if that's okay with you uh sure yeah thanks man well real simple i just saw that i came off the market recently i didn't know if that was still available if you guys had sold it privately um yeah we just we're not selling right now so got it is you guys just weren't seeing the type of response from the market you wanted to see i'm guessing uh yeah i mean it's uh we're adjusting um our plans a little bit yeah yeah sure all right well before yeah well before we get off the call then red i mean if you guys were able to get a price that worked for you is that something that's just a hundred percent off the table at this time then um yeah yeah okay that's fair well hey i appreciate the time bro thank you you bet okay bye i learned it yeah hi this is Tori here uh this you hang up kamala i was hoping to ask a question about the property on 25th if that's okay with you uh actually i'm not interested in having it sold i have a realtor it's not on the market right now you sound you sound like you've got a couple of these calls before yeah oh a couple try by 20 oh gosh all righty well i'll certainly take you off my call list here before we we hang up and just to clarify if you guys were able to get a price that worked that's just off the table and after you guys wait what's that oh i was asking if uh before we get off the call if you guys were able to get it sold at a price that worked for you of course that's i that's off the table at this time yeah like i said i already have a realtor so i'm not gonna hire somebody new fair enough kamala well i property on 17th avenue if that's okay with you i'm not just listing it but thanks for calling oh yeah i yeah if it helps if it helps i actually figured you weren't selling it anymore it was more so seen if that's something you were considering maybe second part of the year or next year it's not got it got it okay well whenever you do decide to to relist it or you open to the idea of interviewing realtors or do you have someone who committed to it's totally fine either way christa i'm totally committed yeah thanks for calling i appreciate it no worries appreciate the time okay thank you bye bye she was a funny one because she was trying to get off as quick as possible i was trying to keep it calm and not like trying to keep it calm and smooth and not overpower her not like raise my tone and try to talk over her but trying to more so keep it calm and just like hey i was already saying this you're the one interrupting me now vice versa with that tonality as opposed to like you know stopping and then letting her go like if i just keep talking smoothly i can keep asking some questions and now i'm didn't result in anything of course but a lot of times well some of the times it does property on eutica street if that's okay with you yes sir great thank you well real simple i just saw it like came off the market recently i just didn't know if that was still available if you guys had sold that privately yeah we fixed some things on that property and we're gonna put it back in the market oh got it okay got it got it well i'm thinking yeah all right well i know i'm uh totally just calling you out of the blue here but do you mind if i make a recommendation ronado well really is make no sense because i have on my world say you know we are investors so we have our people that a question about the property on the Sherman street that's okay with you yeah i'm not interested man i was rented that place out okay okay yeah i mean darn i was about bummy didn't he hung up once they say like hey i rented it out like that's the go-to thing i say great before we get off the call class a question about it being rented and then i say something along the lines if you could get assault for price that worked for you with the tennis hill in there are you all is that off the table um but i did not get that opportunity oh hi i'm not sure i got the right number here i was trying to reach the owner the property i'd feather walk lane that wouldn't be yourself would it it would be oh god yeah my name's tori i'm a realtor would have upset you if i had a question on that property what did you just say i'm just missed you oh i said my name's tori i'm a realtor and was just asking if i could ask a question on that property yeah go ahead yeah thank you well real simple i saw it came off the market a few months back i just didn't know if getting that property sold was something you guys were still considering well we took it out specifically because of the holidays we have shown me coming in from our town we already have a committee to go back on the market and spread got it and uh i guess before we get off the call then i appreciate that update are you guys uh against the idea of interview realtors just to get a second opinion on the table at this particular point uh we would not be interested yeah no worries Lynn well i appreciate the time yeah thank you uh i appreciate it bye bye people are quite nice most of the time and i mean like most most of the time like people either just going to hang up um or they'll be nice it's quite rare to have someone's actually one of those disaster calls quite rare um and even when you do i don't know you feel bad for them they're probably super stressed got a lot of shit going on hello hey patrisia yeah yeah hi off the market a ways back i just didn't know uh getting that property sold was something you still consider if you got a price that worked for you of course um we are taking off the market for now and we're planning on putting back on the market with someone oh nice yeah i mean good strategy that that's probably the better way to do it do you guys have a a realtor you're committed to do you think you might be open to interviewing realtor is down the road you know we're not even thinking about that right now of course um if you want to call back in the summer that'd be great yeah if you yeah and if you uh i was going to go over sending your resume and then if she said yes the resume is going to go over an earlier appointment but she just hung up uh hey peter yeah this is tori here peter i'm a realtor before you hang out i was hoping to ask a question about the property on 93rd place and that's okay with you yeah thank you well i saw it came off the market a few months back i just didn't know if you guys were able to get that sold at a price that worked for you of course if that was off the table oh nice and i'm assuming it sounds like you guys have already signed all the couple weeks a noticeable amount so it should sell well man i'm not sure i got the right number here i was trying to reach the owner of the property on miller street that wouldn't be yourself would it weren't selling anymore i know it came off the market away it's back it was more so seen if that was on your radar for maybe a second half of the year or next year no no no i'm just gonna rent the they came off are you opening every realtor because i never shit on their realtor or say anything bad like well since they couldn't sell out that it but uh it's you'll i've definitely encountered yes not a lot but people will consistently be like talk to my realtor it's like that's why i'm calling that's a really good pattern interrupting my opinion like oh i'm not i'm not trying to dance around i'm going straight into it like that's why i'm calling that usually throws them off a little bit i've never had anybody interrupt me with that's why i'm calling since the property came off the market if you are totally against interviewing realtors and usually the people who do who to say that talk about realtor they don't want to talk to anyway so it does it usually doesn't work because they don't they're just fucking angry anyway but hey if you had anything that works better for that conversation let me know because i would love to hear hello hey Sean yeah yeah hey this is Tori here i'm
