Well Being with Don Oakley

How to Let Go

We may have heard that letting go is a good thing to do, spiritually speaking. But the "little me" has no interest in actually letting go. So, we end up trying to figure out how we can let go and hold on at the same time. We navigate near the edge without ever allowing ourselves to be drawn further into the unknown. We retain our spiritual persona without any real risk to the little me. Note that this is not about trying harder; it is about clearly seeing the falsity of what we're hanging onto and the price we pay for it.
