Contentedness is highly underrated. However, discontent has a role to play as well especially when we are still seeking contentedness. It is discontent that finally gets us up out of our mental easy chair to go for a refreshing walk in the crisp Autumn air. It is nudging us to go further, to explore more deeply and to see what lies beyond our comfort zone.
