In the natural world, ecology is seeing the inter-relationships between seemingly dissimilar organisms or processes. In spirituality, all too often, we compartmentalize our experience: worldly life here; spiritual life there. Consciousness here; matter over there. One of the most fundamental questions we can ponder is: is there just one thing happening here? If so, what is the commonality to all these seemingly dissimilar experiences?
