So it kind of gets on me It doesn't not make them the evil empire. No, not yet. It's kind of like Taking a new site Okay, well first off porn. Yo is gonna be opening in about 800 theaters nationwide Which is the biggest opening for a Miyazaki film in the US? I was gonna play the trailer thinking there was a English dub and They are not releasing the English dub trailer until the weekend of July 4th So it's probably in time for expo. No, exactly. Sorry. Um, July 10th not fourth. Oh, okay But it will be opening in August August 15th or 16th I don't have the date exactly sitting in front of me, but good stuff nonetheless If no one I've never heard of Ponyo, it's basically about a goldfish and a kid and then the kid Like goldfish and junk and then they get lost and I have to find each other again It looks pretty cute and the animation looks really badass Now this is opening well, how many theaters are like 800? Yeah Well, we have to have a legion movie night Possibly, but actually I'm more interested in the other movie the blood plug Yeah, yeah, that's only opening in 11 theaters pretty sure that will just come and go and it'll be on DVD next week Hit up target, you know, yeah Hit up fucking Walmart be like bam with a double plus Probably get the special edition cuz I do so horrible in theaters Just one of those that's either you're gonna know about it and go to it or you're not gonna know anything about it and Just think it sounds cool. I don't know It is a live action you think they if they're spending the time to Bring it over to the u.s. Dubbed or subbed even that they put a little effort into it There's getting to be an audience for it, too Well here was like the really really big news of the week and this is I can come up as like the next three stories, so I'll just kind of Break it down basically The one piece was leaked a day before A couple weeks ago We brought you the news that funimation was gonna start streaming one piece while the day before they were originally gonna stream it I don't know if it was a hack or an exploit or just some person put it on a public directory It got taken off one of the web servers and thrown all over bit torrent Can I add something to this as well? Yeah, go right ahead Just today I was reading about formulone alchemist is also leaked early. Yeah Inside job. Yeah, it was formulone alchemist one piece and then phantom episode 10 Like the goofy thing was so they got leaked and funimation did the whole 1080 and said, you know what screw it It's been ruined. We're not gonna stream jack So they took away and said, you know, we're not gonna stream one piece at all So one piece has not streamed officially and then they said, okay, you know what? From an alchemist that's pulled two and then they did a 180 and said, okay, we'll bring it back and then they streamed it Well, about a day after they brought back formulone alchemist phantom episode 10 got leaked Even a day before with us to err in Japan. So once again They got hacked or exploited or whatever and like you said it might be an inside job Why someone would do this? I don't know because what benefit the other than? You know anime freak one five six on pirate bay is getting lots of creds from Nobody's well putting your you know job at risk, you know and I don't understand about Funimation they were like, oh, we're gonna do ultra-new security and we're gonna read us You know regal through all our guidelines and this and that and they get hacked again I was gonna say when there's a hacker. There's a way. I mean, I'm in I work as IT as a web administrator Thomas platform and that's definitely an inside job Well, I've put some thought to it and I'm sorry. Go ahead. I I understand where the will the pull the information, but you know So you're not helping the anime community at all When you're taking stuff off the company you work for and put it out to the public because You're ripping off the company. That's bringing what little they can over to the stateside in the first place If it isn't inside job, maybe the guy's gonna bribe do something now Guarantee it's that because I mean like I like you you work in IT. I work in IT There's only so many ways that this stuff gets out. It's either they have predetermined Directories because I was thinking like they've got a large video directory You know a lot of different shows well, there's got to be some kind of way or reason that they do their development so stuff doesn't get crossed and I have a feeling that they said they were gonna, you know fix the leaks or whatever They just they did and just to do it more than enough or something like it's something we'll never know But I just think it's funny as hell that you know the people this is ultimately ending hurting is us the fans, but Funimation in return because When you're giving out stuff that like hasn't even aired in the home country where it makes a lot of money To a foreign company, you know and saying okay look this, you know, they probably have very strict NDAs and other stuff This ultimately hurts funimation as well because that's less they can bring to us Now here's another spin on a conspiracy. What if this is all just a big publicity stunt? No No, I Highly doubt it makes it gives funimation to black eyes unnecessarily Funimation has been awesome this year ever since a X last year when they came out with Jenny on Getting all the Jenny on titles. They were getting a lot of titles They seem like the only people who are releasing new shows here in the US Why would they need any more publicity when the only place you'll get is? Anime fans. I didn't see tech crunch or you know Any a big, you know new you know tech websites. Oh for dimension got hacked, you know, no one cares outside the enemy community It's just a conspiracy theory, but yeah, really I think the animation is the only one that's actually doing well in the market right now Unfortunately, yeah, well, I don't know we have yet to hear from Universal studio and their inquiry of Jenny on. I don't think that's really set up yet. That's just Well, I mean set up as far as what titles they have under their belt I think when the Japanese website did does have They got like fate state night and all of them. So they do have licenses. Okay, they're legit Actually, I'm looking forward to seeing what universal Jenny on brings out So now I believe they did the release of the only cyber user 9 DVD that was released over here And I enjoyed it. I'm just very sad. They they discontinued it It's one of my favorite series Now are they it's now this apart. I kind I'm sorry. I'm not really up to date on this But this is a partnership that they agreed on or we want a universal purchase Jenny on oh Okay To my knowledge, we're to see universal getting into the anime You know the market's niche enough and they're always bitching about sales I'm right on the website. It was anime movies and music. Yeah, they purchased a whole Okay, and it was universal of Japan that purchased Jenny on oh, okay, I'm thinking universal like stateside No, I was thinking who no it's universal of Japan that which you know same company We just don't know if it's going to transition to the states yet We do know Jenny on's got backing now. Okay. No, that's a good thing cuz I mean Jenny on where this is some good stuff over in Japan They were the staple back in the day I love Jenny on I love them back when they were pioneer I'll sing laser disc Laser disc And it was a way to watch it back in the day and everything I ever watched in laser disc was Nova and that's because of school You did not go to Nova. I did go to Nova No, we didn't have a few of us. No, we didn't have the laser disc play when I was in high school As the crickets chirp So say Well, if you guys don't need more to say on that I just think it's pretty damn funny that you know a company of this size We're doing so well, and then to have this stuff start happening They must be scrambling left and right to fix whatever they need to get fixed I would be to cuz they're in danger of losing the licenses. Yeah, that would suck big time ADV ads former Central Park Media title dark side blues now watch this back in the day and It was already around 95, but I don't think anybody's really heard of it since then so it's another one of those titles at CPM Got early on marketed the hell of did really well, but it's kind of been lost over the years. Yeah It's a good series, but like I said, it just hasn't really been heard of since the mid 90s Well, that's a lot of Central Park Media stuff I mean, MD guys credit the fireflies now that here and there all really good shows It's just only hardcore people are gonna watch them or if they were in the 90s, you know, it's nothing people are gonna go Oh my god MD guys, oh, I'm gonna go pick that up now No one respects the old school and you know, I don't consider nine mid 90s old school But to today's generation that is oh yeah, I was watching I was when I started watching um Hana Dory Yang Three's honey, hurry down. Yes, and it looks so fucking dated, but it was only done in 2002 Oh, you have to see the live action that it just blows the animal in episode four four or five Some early on but I was watching it and going this has been in the eight 90s or something Oh, was it? That's why I got stuck in my house gonna say I was watching and going 2002 holy crap like Computer-generated anime going over like night and day in like a year That's the sound that series at the date that it was made the anime the manga wasn't even finished yet Yeah, it's one of those It'll read the manga afterwards now the manga itself is like nine billion ages five or more series volumes, I'm sorry Yeah, 35 or so volumes So it's got like preserves length. It's pretty long So yeah, go what go get that CPM crap, I guess if you really want it I mean, I don't understand why even they're bothering to pick it up, but I guess it's just you know But I guess it's good for ADB to get something Given your stuff on a mission. Everyone was Jenny on You know ADV how strong they were and how quickly a year and a half two years ago by and now It's like the phonomation is like the only anime Company besides like Nizome, you know releasing stuff every now and then Well, ADV was the king early 2000s. Oh, yeah, they were Remember it would have caught and they had that huge Yeah, that took up like a good size chunk of the dealers room and they're throwing things at people and they had the boost Yeah, yeah It was like a big show like they were shouting at all the girls going by the cosplay girls like hey look get over here Basically times a good money's no object Get everyone you know to Love 80 80 V's First hit was when Sunco started to go under because they were in heavy partnership with Sunco's And then they tried Best Buy and then that wasn't really selling as well as they had expected Wow Well, of course that wasn't gonna work because I was with Best Buy when Best Buy decided to sell Sunco's doll Let's move on yeah I think I'm sorry. Maybe you guys can explain this to me Ever 1.11 sells 49,000 blue rays in the first week What I'm kind of confused on is why is it 1.11 on the retail side, but movie site it's 1.01 They like to confuse people and it's just another ploy to package it again I honestly don't know. I'm the biggest blue ray buff out of the team and Didn't even bother purchasing it If I hurt my brain, I don't even bother with it seems like you own more DVDs than actual anime section at Best Buy I'm jealous So basically it came out with 49,000 first week it broke The the other record which was set by the Dark Knight doesn't like 26,000 so this shattered it They also sold about 10,000 DVD copies, so I really tell this you know It's the thing I got to say that's a very telling stat whereas you look in the United States the blue ray attach rate is horrible Everyone's still cleaning on the DVDs, but over in Japan, you know, they're like fuck DVDs Blu-ray, baby Working in a warehouse that supplies DVDs Blu-ray is slowly catching on but very slowly It's more so the price scares people off Well, no, you gotta look at it like this DVD didn't catch on in this country until it was bundled with the PlayStation 2 and It took it a few years after that Yep, and now the PS3 is doing the same thing. They're pushing Blu-ray via the PS3 Well, I think the HD DVD Blu-ray war kind of you know stalled it as well. Oh, yeah, I agree Now see sir, are you getting complete on Blu-ray? Yeah, of course I'm getting complete on Blu-ray Come ask twice It's gonna look beautiful especially with the extra minute that it on so Legion party night. I'm sorry Okay, I understand In your co-host at E3 this week Uh, no, he kind of banded me ditched me today. He's like, I don't want to be on there much any longer I want to stay with this podcast He does a gaming podcast slash blog with about five or six other people So they were doing live video casts Um doing all the trailers and all that stuff and discussing it All week, but not directly at E3 even though like one of them is like on the street from it Oh, I gotcha. Oh, you love me for today. We won't abandon you. Uh, yeah, I'm just gonna figure out what to do for next week, but whatever Um, so it started out with microsoft the first night And they had like I think uh, they Wow, they amount they amazed me Um, the really big thing they came out with was what was called project and tall and it was a Like a little sensor bar that goes underneath your tv And it could do facial recognition and automatically locking it live And the big factor was You don't need a controller anymore You are the controller And uh, they showed off like some ball-breaking kick game where you kick balls into a wall of legos Uh, they showed a painting thingy they showed a Skate it looked like skate where the guy was just doing the motions of being on a skateboard And uh, I honestly think that stole the show One of every- Uh, now how long is it until they make the hand-tied game for this? Okay, that's what I thought too Do you know what I'm gonna take it back as well? No, you know, it's gonna happen Hey, what happened? The problem is, and I think I agree with the general here, is that it seemed a little glitchy Well, I could have voiced my opinion before you said you agreed with me Yeah I'm gonna say I can see two problems with this and it's what's really keeping it back from going any further in all honesty One, I view that the controller Not having one is actually in a way going to be a detriment Because I know personally I have a friend who is um paralyzed from the waist down Now, how's he gonna play any of those games? He he can't Well, I'm sure there'll be- Well, I'm I'm just saying there's I mean they're saying about all this recognition to use your whole body And I'll worry about the people that still need the controllers No general, don't forget this is a first-generation I know that but I'm just saying that everyone's typing about how there's there's not gonna be any need for controllers anymore and all this stuff and Well, no, they've Microsoft even came out and said hey, we're still gonna make you know make games with the you need the controller The controller's not going anywhere Now the second thing that I do want to say about is that as I was watching the paint demo Um, this actually again splits into two things. One is that I found it to be actually pretty glitchy with recognizing movement And it's windows paint And well getting to that and other parts in the windows part. Yeah And with that paint program that's on those computers Is with um I was not impressed by when they used paint mode on it actually Really? Yes, because where was there any fine detailing done? I want to know about this if it can recognize facial structures And it can recognize all these specific movements Why is it that he's using a paint bucket to slosh around the images And he's not able to fine tune it because it the palm tree even they made look pretty ugly in my opinion Yeah, but it was more of a tech demo. It wasn't a hey, it can be van goe You know, they only have so much time on stage. I mean, that's a good question though But at the same time like comparatively to I know i'm going to probably shut down for this, but when sony pulled out their little gizmo Um, they went and they were able to go millimeter for millimeter With their device live on stage Yeah, that was a domino though or you know, no, no, they actually pulled up. Oh, yeah, you're right. You're right Yes, everything on there No, no, they're Now, hang on. We can't be too crucial. They're still developing this They're still developing both and i'm not gonna be too crucial either But I mean, I'm gonna say good and bad on all the sides for this for right now But that's my good and bad on Microsoft for right now Well, the biggest thing like I another you mentioned bugs one thing the iphone kind of funny was when they had the project manager staying there And he was like you ever seen the bottom of an avatar shoe But like he was walking around just walking and his avatar was like breaking his neck doing the uh, you know, um Breaking his arm and really doing some really odd movements where it's like Um, if you're telling us it's supposed to be one-to-one Why the hell is like his head not facing the crack away and you know Exorcist Yeah, this is reminding me of the exorcist when he was all just doing these crazy movements like and they were like, hey This is one-to-one And it's like well, this doesn't look any's better than the we I like the little people they remind me of this surprise people from when you were a kid Oh, so you're the people who buy things like lego store wars in place. I see what's going on here Maybe let's keep going What we got next song here, uh, the other big thing was halo o dst um Yeah, it just seems like they just took the halo universe and just Took it from a different direction. Nothing new here. Made a multiplayer. Yeah Well, what do you mean? Yeah, instead of halo 2.5. We have halo 2.75. Yeah Um There was a new metal gear solid they had kojima up on stage and he made the big point of art and talk about snake You know then they had ridin and all I can think of was naked cartwheels Gameful naked cartwheels You're fired for that comment Yeah, he is I played metal here too. It's the first I got that. I was like, oh crap not more Um, the other big spiel that made those, uh, the Beatles rock band and I got to say I'm really looking forward to the Beatles rock band as I'm a big fan of them and You know, it seems like more of a fun game though that you want to be like the singer screw playing guitar and All that, you know, it sounds like a good game that you'd have a lot more fun like doing when they do Beatles karaoke Yeah, I mean, like, come on. Who doesn't know at least four or five Beatles songs drunken sergeant pepper There's one Come on. You're doing it's one more Yeah named four of them all Hold your hand to letter v Um three that's not a song title And don't know Uh Yellow submarine. Oh yellow rig B I almost took two hours like every day this week. Don't don't hurt me. Yeah, mine just slow Uh, then they showed off four of the three and they kept saying This is the best generation. This is the best race of game of the generation Now I would have I had to jump in here because I'm a huge racing uh a car game fan and I've been a gt fan for a very long time Now I understand gt5 doesn't do damage like Like uh forts it does. Yeah, because the official car they want to show them is wrecked or whatever You know damage is one thing but Real simulations another that's what I love gt for Okay, fair enough. I don't think forts it does As good a job is uh That's gt. What do you think? Well, what do you PGR? PGR the project the project off and race the series Now that was fun. I really did like that And it was it was pretty spot-on Yeah, I've been loving I actually have been firing it up and playing PGR three my echoing on your ender You're like a little freaky You get cut off a little bit weird weird. I don't know if that's skype doing that or not Yeah, because I keep hearing myself so Okay Not that big of a deal Final fantasy 13 was shown with a uh the dubbed You know the dub work was man I didn't see what's like right about it Yeah He's one of voice actors. It was terrible I like the black guy sounded like the typical stereotypical black guy in like a movie I mean no offense to any black people out there but like he was like, yep, that's the black guy everyone always hears He doesn't bring anything to the table I don't know Uh twitter facebook got announced as well so now you can go harass all your friends And tell them that you're playing supermore of others or sonic or whatever on xbox live We're not doing the tender yet My problem is twitter like can't even freaking work on the capacity it has now like twitter is always broken like every other day And now you're bringing it to millions of consoles Every 60 has a tendency to be glitchy too Well combining two glitchiness. Well, I've gone through eight xbox 360s myself. So All red ring of death and then one of them the video chip died Oh, suck Yeah, I have a lot of controllers and a lot of memory packs and Not fun And a lot of boxes from mexico Um, you're like, I don't know like my whole big thing is like twitter doesn't work on the frickin platform. It has now They break they always go down. Yeah, sort of like never games, but I agree it Why still use the eye toy if they're gonna use that that's what I thought like the eye toy is so fucking horrible It's felt like you can get a better camera quality on a on a cell phone now Well, I mean yeah the eye toy The camera isn't quality is not as great, but hopefully maybe Maybe in the future look on the updated a little bit, you know I actually thought they were coming a little bit update for it and they were just keeping the name Eye toy consider what to come out with but it sounds like they're using the old ps2 one Which is pretty freaking crazy. No. No, they actually did go and uh change it from the ps2. Oh, okay I have an eye toy and The only thing that makes the quality bid is when you try the go and talk online with it and that's only because of um It trying to send the entry that's zoni does the psn network restricting video. Yeah, that's not the eye toy Yeah, because I know when I do personal videos. Um, like stuff Yeah, anyways It kind of makes me want to kick you across the room. No All right back on topic back when I was um Just going and I at first got the eye toy because it came with I think it was I have storm or something like that And I also had a little big plan at the time So I could use the eye toy to take with like different random pictures and post them up in the little big planet thing um Now the eye toy quality Is great for like pictures and video and all that stuff But then when you put the playstation network to try and chat with people It just becomes crap Yeah, a lot of time I choose the eye toy was for burnout paradise And every time you uh t-bone somebody I flipped them off and said gotcha And sent your picture across to them I had some 400 pound white guy moon me. That wasn't disgusting Wow, it was really disturbing Like I'm done playing. Yeah, I forgot. I didn't want to go play the uh sims tower now Um The one thing that I was impressed about with um them sharing off these ones Was how it actually tracked the movement and actually automatically grabbed things that You put your hands near like uh when they did the bone arrow demonstration How the guy actually reached back as though he had arrows in his back and uh pulled him and shot him off And unlike the we where you had the hold it still yep the boat move along with you I thought that was pretty cool He seemed like he was really nervous or something because like he like kept missing and was like Oh, I'll just use this sword to hit this baseball and all miss six times I think he got jumped on him last minute because basically I think sony found out last minute. Oh crap Everyone else is revealing their emotion tech. We better reveal ours Right, you know, it was funny. It was microsoft kind of put a dig out at It'd be better than any wand and um chuck or anything else And you know Um, I really hope they remake it though to like something more decent without the Big ass ball thing that they did say one thing that they did say was it was only a prototype That was not the final product by any means they did say this is a prototype This isn't what it's got to look like in the end bear with us. Mm-hmm. Oh, it sounds like pretty pretty princess I just know, you know, I just The one thing I want to say though is like I really hope they don't think like this is just a freaking fat and video game. No every game that came out was like there's no point like I could go big I could go grill a steak in real life. I mean obviously they have but I really don't know I really hope they continue making games with controllers and whatnot and actually have decent stuff and stop and don't alienate the hardcore gamers On that note, I'm not really good with the new systems I can't beat the pants off of both these guys in old school nintendo. All right, I'm sure I can always extend it in half an hour Um Yes Then then I showed the psp go and god that damn thing is ugly and they kept calling it the digital person's psp If you don't want games in your in your backpack or a briefcase get this it's only 250 dollars Yeah, it's only I don't know and it's smaller regular psp Well normal psp is only a hundred and like 20 bucks Now the thing it does have with is a 16 gigabyte internal memory. Yep, and uh, there were slides and ledges Well, I mean if you if you look at memory, you can I can see the price jumping that because buy 16 gigs For for sony micro doorbought in about 50 60 some odd dollar still Well, and they also have a memory card slot to to expand it as well but um You know, I I don't know. I mean it was pretty well covered before you even eat three So I honestly think it 250 bucks. This they're really alienating the market because I mean the you kind of be sucks right now You know, yeah, but if you look at all the psp games and i'm a i'm an avid psp fan Some of these games are two gigs. Yeah. Well, yeah Yeah I just got my Pandora battery today myself and it's got to look at the size of these games I was like, whoa, it's two gig memory card. I'm gonna cut it. Oh, yeah I got a couple four gigs so um P s No, we would never half our psp No, of course not. I I don't like playing games from japan I hate games from japan. I played a boys loved game today and I wanted to puke Really? What is it about? Oh, I don't know. I don't know japanese They said they're also chamele grand trismo for the psp 800 cars 35 tracks. That's pretty fucking amazing 800 cars in a psp game That's fantastic. I wish the hell they'd finished gt5 Yeah, that's a demo. It's gonna buy every car Yeah, they said it's coming out I gave a really steak then I told you i told you i told you i told you i told me that Yeah, gt5 is basically a demo. It came out and he's gonna buy everything for it. It's all piecemeal Good now And they also, well then um The other story though, I think is skip going um was um psp 2 gang over 100 new titles Yeah, that's freaking crazy. Like i'll be honest though. I still have my ps. I still have my ps2 hooked up I purchased uh persona 4 for 50 bucks here a couple months ago I still play it. I know too. There's no release in super robot wars games on ps2. There you go And it's just crazy that like 10 year old console is still like You know, as you said, it's still beating the freaking next gen console There's one reasoning. It's cheap. Yeah. Yeah They're very cheap for now We want to do it Yeah Oh, yeah, I'll kind of run through the other ones uh new middle gear solid with solid snake The best part of the trailer though is the very very end when he's in the box and he's in front of it He's moving around in the And the guard gets alerted Pretty basic What's that? isn't that every mouth your solid game? Yeah, yeah Uh, the home hasn't died But it's still getting more content. Whoever whoever uses the ps3 home other than trying to hook up with other men. I don't know Uh, I know they showed god of war three I like god of war so for me god war three is a pretty big deal. Gotcha Yeah, I played one like did play two meh and number three just looks a lot more of the same no offense but teach their own Well, the uh The thing with the three that they actually said was no, we actually want finish it So instead of making this a short game like we've made the last two we're gonna make an actually long game And they're going to be playing story in it and they're supposed to have a lot more um Interactive deaths as I guess would be the best way of describing them Gotcha, okay Because I yeah, I didn't watch the sony. I only watched bits of the sony um press conference to be honest I I stayed through and watched it and actually I was impressed when I saw mag if they ever released Yeah, I mean that was a big thing last year. I was like, oh my god 256 people My thing is Whenever you're gonna find that many people to even then then on the top of that Do you think people are really gonna work together? I mean, here's the problem a The psn network tried to go online with ps2 console and the blew out the network in japan You didn't hear about that did you know that's pretty bad because japan is has all the fiber and Everyone's got really good connections and whatnot Just blew it apart and now they got The closest game they have the massive multiplayer is resistance And warlock and they can barely keep up with that. So what the hell do they think they're gonna pull off a mag? Well, apparently they were working on the live demo They were working on an isolated network Probably yeah, I was probably all lame. That's all right. Oh, man I just want to find like we're gonna find 256 people who are gonna want to play at once plus Do you really think people are gonna work together? I don't really want to say Kingdom Hearts 3 had uh, really cool showing the had a very strange Kind of a long intro and it's kind of like it was there was another Kingdom Hearts It seemed to get a lot of mixed reviews Either you're going to like it or not like it I thought three was supposed to come out on ps3 Apparently Nintendo's getting it. I don't know. I must have been some Kingdom Hearts game then I I know there was a Kingdom Hearts game shown for Nintendo, but I do not know it was not three I do not think it was three. Okay. That's my fault then It is. I believe that was a side story. Oh, okay. Now. What was this other game? I don't remember the game. It wasn't heavy rain. What's it called? The one with the like half chicken half dog 90 seconds. I don't know what the fuck it was I think it might have been heavy rain They started off with like a some feather floating down and this kid. I almost said I was a prince of Persia No, no, no the last guardian Okay, I did the last guardian. That's another, uh, ps3 game. Oh, jeez. I'm off Okay, are you forgetting a very important staple of the Nintendo franchise? Yeah, I've got it. Yeah mario 60 seconds We got mario coming out Which looks epic. Well, it's just like the gba or the ds port And they beat us a beer the hard part is though. They said they're not going to have an online feature for it It's basically a multiplayer mario Where you gotta work together and it looks really freaking epic Looks like a lot of fun. Well, they're not going to be doing anything for online connectivity with it Yeah Um, and then If you have any other games you want to shout out. I I'm kind of drawing blanks on the whole nintendo thing other than their That one hardware release I can't think of much again. It's not done. No, I don't think there is much to come on. Yeah Wait, 10 seconds We do have the pulse thing. No, that's how I was waiting for last Yeah They came out with this whole thing Called the vitality you put your finger in there and it's supposed to react to the game if you're breathing too hard or your heart beats too rapid the game changes and Everyone did a collective. What the fuck are you smoking Nintendo? It's the weirdest peripheral I've ever seen Well, I shouldn't say that but still I can see where they're going with it. All right, because I mean if you if you get on with a little bit more explanation for it It makes sense in japan in america it doesn't Because in japan they're all all about you know the vitality and the blood you know the Blood type and all that real, you know, they believe in all that stuff, you know, if you have You go out and get what you get what I'm getting at Oh, yeah, but in america, it's like, uh, we go to the doctor and have that done In japan they can make anything be legit. I mean the purpose behind this though is I mean, yeah, you could do it for the Wii fit the active ea thing but The resident evil or other games like that When you get to intense situations, they can read how fast your heart beat kids Therefore making the game difficult so you have to calm yourself down And it could be interesting. It just kind of one of those things americans would go. I'll fix that Yeah Oh, yeah, that's a couple of the things that came out with we fit plus Nothing really and exciting and they came they finally showed off the Well, they showed it last year. I haven't come out yet that What are they what are they calling it? We plus their true motion where they're like, it's not one to one It wasn't before now it is And it still really wasn't you're still restricted to what's on screen. You don't really have freedom of movement with it That is correct. So yeah, that was basically e3 um I gotta say, uh What did you go out of the big out of the three? Yeah Because then they can't put chocobos in it and everyone wants to ride around on a chocobo Fun Final Fantasy is known for chocobos. You put chocobos in anything. I mean, he's got bugs. They got to work out obviously, but it blew the doors off of the tendos If they can work it out then no dominate. Oh, yeah, xbox will dominate but only if they can get the bugs fixed and Judging from past experiences, there's no never that guarantee There's never that guarantee It's pretty much a 50/50 shot on whether or not they get those bugs fixed Well, the thing that really wowed me about that was that my low demo But I almost want to wonder how much of that was pre-recorded. They were like, oh, it's the first time they've done it Yeah, bullshit And I have yet to hear anybody in the blogs or the big gaming sites talk about their my low demo personally because I think it's an awesome idea like I like the whole um She put the photo up to the thing and he quote unquote grabbed it You know was they would go, oh, it's a fish You know like I can think of so many uses like I honestly thought of like five things on top of my head one How great would that be to you learn a new language? To be able to like look at somebody like I'm too. I'm I'm teaching myself Japanese It's boring. It's fuck And I don't know any Japanese people that I can't go talk to and uh, you know get suggestions Um, I also have like maybe they're gonna put a grilling a grilling mini game and mad in 11 or something A tail, you know a tailgate mode Tailgating mini game. It's hardcore. Yes But like by running around at the parking lot with the can of blood light in his hand exactly You know, I just thought of stuff like um, um, you know like needs you know go Okay, you know, I thought of different different things you could do with it, but like We have heard all about that at all and how it works with um You know the racing game and the block game But it seems like nobody has said anything since that Milo demo and I got to agree with you I think Microsoft whooped everybody's ass this year Like they came out with really good franchise titles This project natal walled everybody and basically took the bar and shattered it And said here's where it's gonna be now nintendo your old go away Now sony looks funny for even coming out with pretty much the same thing as a we You know, it's different granted, but I mean, you know, like they went from you need none trucks And all this other bs to microsoft and you know, you're the controller. You get to do all this really neat stuff Now on that note as well My warehouse also sells video games Were we attachments? Can't you just get a water bottle out of your kitchen or use a cup Yes Yeah, no, that's that's the other thing I thought of too was, you know, they showed him quote unquote scanning his skateboard in Which I don't think it's gonna look that good but um, I kind of thought the same thing like people were saying about like the baseball game or the um What was it? Yeah, I might have been like a baseball game where I said, well, why can't you just hold a bat or or something like that? To imitate, you know a baseball or a football or whatever But I got I agree with you though, I think microsoft clearly hands down Kicked everyone else's but with all the unknowns and it's all the they basically in my opinion Touched on every social need to be touched on they they upgraded xbox live they got The big franchise titles coming out. They got an exclusive middle gear solid Which was one of the very few ps3 exclusive left on the bs3 You know, yes microsoft the original xbox had um Metal gear solid two, but I mean, you know, the whole big thing was Oh my god, they're getting her medical saw three, you know, they got four and Everyone always pondered. Oh, what are they gonna get for? Well, no, they got their own version of the game. That's you know unique so um I think we should just call it though. It's 8c3. It's really Either you watched it and loved it or just kind of like me Um, I think a lot of this is gonna be kind of like you guys were saying We shall see in a couple of six to nine months Maybe next year's e3 and how well some of the stuff develops Actually, I think no, I think the next time we're going to see anything of real Importances go to be Tokyo game show.
